The SpaceThe private self-contained living space is on the 2nd floor (stair access only), is a shotgun style layout, and is half of the building footprint. There is a private self-contained residence adjacent to this space. In south Louisiana this is called a "Raised Shotgun Double". Guest AccessThe entire private self-contained residence is yours and includes 2 living areas with seating and dining, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and full bathroom. One bedroom, City Lights, is completely private. The other bedroom, Lavender Dreams, provides the access between the kitchen and the hall to the bathroom and living spaces which means it is not 100% private. A privacy curtain is in place for visual privacy.
You will also have access to a private 1st floor utility space for laundry, storage, and your bikes that leads to the private rear yard with seating.
The rear yard is enclosed with a fence and has patio seating.
The front porch is shared, but very large and there are separate seating areas for both residences.
