1 full bathroom off of the master bedroom. 1 1/2 bath off of one of the other bedrooms. The host boost a great collection of danish modern furniture, a lovely view, and gourmet kitchen, and central location.
I do not live in the house full time, as I split my time between Maine and Boston. Therefore, I likely will not be there to greet you. If you are looking for a true Bed and Breakfast experience, where breakfast is provided, and you interact with your host personally, this may not be the option for you.

If you have a kayak, you can use the public boat launch approximately 1/4 mile away to access the stream.
The house also has a TV in the living room with HDMI hookups if you choose to bring a laptop. WiFi is available for your streaming video services. Stereo and speakers also located in the living area.
The bedrooms have a selection of fiction and non-fiction books for your enjoyment.

Getting AroundParking available in the large driveway. The city of Waterville is easily walk-able. The house is about a 7 minute walk to the downtown area. The house is approximately 1 mile to Colby. I walk/job up to Colby regularly. Other Things to NoteDuring your stay I will be in Boston, but if you need some immediate assistance that I cannot provide remotely, that is easily arranged.
Heating should always be turned down to 60 degrees when leaving the home.
