The SpaceDisclaimer: I will not be living in the house. I am simply renting out my room while I am in California for the summer. However, 2 of my roommates plan on staying there, so they can help you with any issues you may have.
I am always open (and encourage) some kind of (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)/Facetime meeting to ensure that we are both on the same page, as well as answer any questions you may have.
This listing is for the master bedroom of a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. This room has its own bathroom with shower, so there's no need to share it. It is the largest room in the house. There are 2 other vacant rooms in the house (they will also be gone during the summer), so there will only be 2 other roommates living there this summer. The upper floor consists of three rooms including the master, but only one of the other rooms will be occupied. The lower floor (which is accessible via the kitchen) has two bedrooms and its own living room, kitchen, and bathroom, but the living room is open and shared.
All roommates in this house are college students between the ages of 21 and 24. They are extremely kind people, and will give you your privacy if you want.
The main floor has a foyer, public bathroom, 3 bedrooms, and a kitchen. The lower floor has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a laundry room. The house is completely open, so feel free to hang out downstairs and watch HD tv, wash clothes, etc. Includes high-speed WiFi and all utilities included. Guest AccessEverything! The entire house is open, and the roommates are respectable, but open to hanging out. If you're the quiet type, they'll completely respect your privacy. Interaction with GuestsAs much as you want. They are both mid 20's males who are social but not annoying, and will give you your space if you want. The NeighborhoodThis is a neighborhood watch community. It is very quiet, and all of the neighbors know each other. Getting AroundPublic transit is pretty good around here. There's a metro station within a few minutes if you drive, but I'm pretty sure there's also a public transportation bus that comes to stops within a block or two from the house.
