______________________________ Guest AccessGuests can enjoy living in a home atmosphere. The unit is a lock-out and guests will have access to everything in the unit. The main house is occupied by the two of us. We recently lost our senior dog, but we dogsit occasionally. Guests will share the ¾ acre fenced backyard with the main house, the backyard patio and the BBQ grill, if weather permits. Driveway or unrestricted street parking is available for one or two vehicles. Interaction with GuestsWe respect the privacy of our guests so interaction is minimal. Guests can come and go as they please through a separate entrance. We are, however, always available by phone, text or email (in person, when we are in) to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The NeighborhoodOur residential neighborhood is about a mile from the Shady Grove metro station, and 3 miles or one metro stop from the newly developed Rockville Town Square with numerous restaurants and shops. We are 5 miles from the shops and restaurants at Rio Washingtonian Center. We are also close to the ICC/I-370 and I-270. Lake Needwood, a 75-acre lake where you can rent a boat, go fishing, hiking, picnicking, play golf, or go zip-lining, is only 2 miles away. There is a park with a ball field, playground and tennis courts a few blocks away.
