Located in Cambridge in the historical district, just two blocks from Harvard Yard, our 1897 colonial revival house, designed by architect George Fogerty, is noted for its "simplicity of design and crispness of detail." We have preserved many of its original details. We are just a short "T" ride across the river to Boston. Our rooms are for double or single occupancy with king, queen or twin beds. The tax-free price includes parking, breakfast, afternoon tea and sherry. We have antiques, lace curtains, down pillows, fresh flowers in the room. Breakfast includes homemade bread, homemade jams, and fresh fruit and we make crepes, Belgian waffles or blueberry pancakes for breakfast. The rooms are air-conditioned, have cable TV, voice mail, overstuffed chairs, and antique writing desks. They are shared bath with a dressing gown and a basket for your toiletries, with no smoking on the premises. The rooms are on the third floor and they are light and airy. There is a back porch surrounded with trees. The common room has a small library of history, poetry, and tourist literature, a book of menus, and my grandmother's rocking chairs. If you wish to swim or use the weight room across the street, remember to bring your suit. We donate 5% of our profits to the Cambridge Action Fund, a nonprofit that helps the Cambridge homeless.

Enclosed parking can be obtained from the building for $15/day. Interaction with GuestsEmail or text us if you have any problem or question. The SpaceThe room has a nice view. The hosts have a separate bathroom and there is a 2nd bathroom used primarily by you, the guest. It is best described as mostly the guest bathroom. However, if the hosts have visitors, they would use the guest bathroom. Interaction with GuestsIts up to to the Guest to some level. I travel a bit, but if we are around, me and my housemates are extremely friendly. We are energetic, active in sports and hobbies, busy, and pursuing careers in science. We love to eat out with friends, especially after a pleasant night of local volleyball. The NeighborhoodThis is an excellent location, featuring a beautiful house in a wonderful neighbohood, nearby Central Square and Inman square, with the Red Line Subway, Bus routes, excellent restaurants, Whole Foods, and much more in short walking distance. If you dress warmly, you can enjoy winter her too, as Boston is also very well prepared for snow, so it is not that difficult to get around and public transportation is very robust in winter.

Being shy girls, they (generally) prefer to keep to themselves. ***GETTING AROUND*** --Cambridge is a walking city, and we are proud of it! Bikes are also becoming an increasingly popular mode of commuting. If you are able-bodied I highly recommend doing the majority of your travel by foot and public transportation. An EXTENSIVE public bike system "HUBWAY" throughout greater metro Boston/ Cambridge (and many of the surrounding cities and towns!) makes touring the area by bike a very desirable and easy option. Public Transportation: our bus & subway system is known as the "T" IF YOU DO BRING A CAR: Most local people park on the street--(and you could too, were it not for the fact that you need a Cambridge Resident Permit), so... Don't feel like going out? You can also DINE IN at Jazzville for dinner (if you request it in advance, or sometimes I can accommodate a later request. if I can I will, but no guarantees!) I charge a modest fee, just to cover the ingredients... (see above) SIGHTS: World famous universities MIT and Harvard are within walking distance (on the subway line as well.) Mass General Hospital is also 2 stops away. Also easy to visit: Berklee College of Music, Boston University, Emerson College- all super accessible from Jazzville. (Did you know that We have over 90 Colleges and universities in the Metro Boston Area?!) Jazzville is located a 4 Minutes walk to the the 'T'. from there you'll have Incredibly E-Z access to downtown Boston, Freedom Trail, Quincy Market, Fanueil Hall, The Seaport District, North End, Newbury Street, Convention /Prudential Shopping Concourse, and even to Logan airport. Flying in? Its possible to fly to Logan Airport and get right to my door--very easily-- with out a cab! (How? Use the "T"! Silver line to Red Line.) Coming by Bus or Train? Ridiculously easy! A direct (Red Line) subway route from station to station. You are also convenient to the commuter rail and water taxi, so visiting The Harbor Islands, Salem, Rockport, Gloucester and Cape Ann are easy day trips to make from Cambridge, by T, by train and water taxi. Whale watching from the Aquarium is popular. JAZZ VILLE IS TRULY A CENTER POINT. The Neighborhood is residential. Mostly '3 Deckers' (the traditional housing stock of Boston) with a couple of hi Rise buildings and some single family, historic "soap worker" cottages. Central Square ( which is a geographical and subway stop 'center point'/ "midpoint" between Harvard University and MIT, on Massachusetts Avenue. (or "Mass Ave"as we call it.) is a little 'textured' i.e. 'gritty.' It is a real eclectic stew of diverse clientele, as it is a major transportation node. (Lots of folks passing through, along with the stay-put locals.) We locals are, ourselves, a diverse bunch: a mix of folks who shop at the discount merchandise retailers, scientists, poets, recent immigrants , international college students, lots of young professionals, some 'sketchy' folks; some street regulars, some winos, politically correct food co-op customers, cool coffeehouse hanger-outers, and some fancy hipsters who eat at a handful exclusive restaurants with reputations for great food, along with a couple of independent local pubs with good, if not great food. Yes ! All of this diversity in the one pleasantly textured neighborhood. 02138 and 02139 might be the most opinionated and educated zip codes in the United Sates, but we are not exempt from the ubiquitous: Dunkin' Donuts and a somewhat seedy MCDonald's are also represented in Central Square. (I'm just saying...) The street life on Mass Ave is certainly a mosaic of all of these different peoples and eateries. My 'hood, just off Mass Ave, is pretty much made up of young professionals, some older, lifelong Cantabrigians and some young families from all over the world-- and I do mean all over the world. It's a four to five minute walk from the subway to my place, which has a pleasant 'neighbor-hoody' kind of vibe. It is highly diverse, highly educated, edgy and eclectic (both culturally and economically) population. Welcome! At Jazz Ville you will have a very comfortable oasis from which to explore the whole area! I look forward to making your Cambridge experience a fulfilling one. Guest AccessYour Bedroom (is on (3rd floor) Your private bathroom (for showering and stowing your toiletries, is on 2nd Floor) **NOTE: In addition, guests may access the master bathroom on 3rd floor, for convenience. **The kitchen, at breakfast, between 7-9 AM ****(Additional spaces by invitation of host.) Laundry room: Ask If you need to do laundry, I'll be glad make my laundry room, detergent, drying rack, iron or electric dryer, etc. available free of charge. (single load) The laundry room is conveniently located just next to the Airbnb bedroom. Guests: I value my neighbor's AND my guest's comfort, privacy and right to relative quiet & well-being, in equal measure. I am one of several owners of this building. My fellow owners and neighbors know that I am an Airbnb host and respect me for the work I do. In return I ask that my Airbnb guests refrain from loud conversations, as they come and go through the front entrance hall and front porch. Interaction with GuestsI value my privacy and yours. I tailor my interactions based on your social cues. Here's what to expect as a baseline: *A welcome at the front door. *A brief tour of the house, and an orientation on the Boston /Cambridge map, with subway directions included, if you need it. *When we enter the kitchen area, I will also ask you about food allergies and preferences for breakfast the next morning. *Once you are comfortable with the layout of the home and how to get around, you'll be given your own key to come and go as you like for the remainder of your stay. *I may check in with in with you later to make sure that you are comfortable with everything at home and with navigating Cambridge and Boston, independently. ***PLEASE, speak up if you are confused about house rules, you are too hot, or too cold-- or if something is not to your liking during your stay. Nothing is more disquieting to a conscientious host than to devote oneself to anticipating and filling guest's needs, only to find out AFTER the stay (in the review) that there was a 'problem,' which the guest never said anything about!! *I am happy to answer questions, and share local insights. *I work from home, but that does not mean necessarily that I never leave home. *During the work week , I concentrate on my consulting work. ( I run a consulting firm from my home, and try to start my work day at 9AM.) * I go out frequently during the day and sometimes in evenings, thus I am not 'home all the time." * Mornings at breakfast (between 7-9 AM) are usually our principal time together. This time can be either very interactive (conversational ) or not. If you prefer to start your day with quiet, just let me know. I am happy to prepare breakfast and leave it out for you to enjoy some solitude. The Airbnb Travel experience is a unique way to experience being a Citizen of the World. The 'stay with a local 'perspective is one I truly believe in. Being part of this network is rewarding for me on many levels; from what my guests tell me, they love it, too! Overwhelmingly, my guests seem to agree that Airbnb provides them with a more 'human' travel experience. No one is a stranger here. *Conversations about everything from world cultures, food ways, anthropology, democracy, health care and economics happen at the breakfast table. Breakfast is a great time to ask for help to find Boston Cambridge/ treasures/ activities/ or if you need help figuring navigation/ transportation. The NeighborhoodLocated in The Cambridgeport Neighborhood 5 blocks from Central Square T Stop (Red Line) And the #1 Bus ( Cambridge- Boston) #47 Bus ( Fenway Park, MFA, Gardner Museum) passes in front of my house. ---Walk to everything! --A wealth of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk from my front door. ( **Pop Open my 'Guidebook' Under Guest Resources) and you'll see my write ups on the individual pubs, coffee houses, museums, places of worship and other cool places in this part of Cambridge. ) Getting AroundCouldn't be easier! I'm tucked away in a pedestrian paradise with easy access to every form of public transportation. PLUS car rentals right around the corner, a Cab co. on Speed dial. UBER, ZIPCAR, etc. Mass Transit: I'm 5 Blocks from Central Square, a transit hub for: Red Line Subway and Many Boston-to-Cambridge MBTA bus routes including: Harvard Square, Downtown Boston, Innovation District, (Kendall Square), Symphony Hall, Berklee, (Wally's!) Fenway Park, Isabella Stewart Gardener Musuem, Museum of Fina Arts, ICA, Seaport District, Rose Kennedy Greenway, JFK Museum, and more. Depart easily for day trips to Salem, Cape Ann and Cape Cod by commuter rail, ferry or car! The Red line links to directly to Logan Airport, South Station ( All subways and Trains, as well as the Bus Terminal). The Red Line leads directly here to Central Square Want a bike or car for a couple of hours or a day? Hourly transportation rentals --all within a couple of minutes of my front door. Zip Cars rent by the hour. Hubway Bikes rent bikes by the hour. Need to rent a car for a longer term? Enterprise Car Rental is right in the neighborhood, too. ( 2.5 blocks) Traveling by car? PARKING on street with my Resident Guest Pass. I also have very easy access to all Metro Boston expressways leading to Rtes 93, 95 and the MASS turnpike (Rte 90) Other Things to NoteBuilding features: This is a tall, 11'-ft ceiling Victorian-era building, which = STAIRS. This is a multi-unit building, a 'side by side' with two front doors. The front door entrance on the left side, is the entrance to my condo. No one else uses this entrance but me. ( And of course, you.) My condo is a comfortable duplex, on the second and third floors of this three -story house. It is a light -filled, air-conditioned oasis, with high ceilings and every modern comfort. (Wi-fi, Zoned Heating, new plumbing and electrical.) *The finishes are refined and I have some nice original art, along with funky-found objects. (The best way to describe my home decor and over all atmosphere would be 'Bohemian Chic'. ) *My home is a work in progress. What does that mean, exactly? Part of my spacious, 2 level condo --the kitchen and the living area floor, for instance-- remain unfinished. (***The AirB bedroom and bath which you are renting, are, of course each FULLY FINISHED as well as well-furnished, and they are exactly as pictured.) -- Its my own living quarters which are partly 'unfinished'. * I have patiently reinforced the beams and columns in the whole building so I could ( safely )create a more open-plan living area in my unit. *I have imported and restored a lot of missing architectural detail, a process which has taken me more than 10 years to complete. *I still have open-stud walls in the big, sunny kitchen and a plywood sub-floor, ( instead of a finished, hardwood floor) in my office and living area. **As hundreds of guests who have stayed at Jazzville have attested, the 'unfinished" parts of the house--the kitchen and my office- living area--do not seem to impact the quality of their stay in the least. In fact, just the opposite--many of my guests actually remark at how 'welcoming' the open plan / work- in-progress- open- nature of the kitchen and living areas of my home make them feel. They seem to appreciate the quality breakfasts, the very central location, the comfortable, clean, private bedroom and bath, as well as the conversation which take place here, most of all. My intention in telling you this is to give you a real sense of what you, as a guest, can expect to see, feel, taste and experience, once you arrive at Jazzville. My aim is to have zero daylight between what you see and read here and what you experience while staying here. Deliverables: A great bed. A great bath. Privacy. Comfort and a welcome feel'. A great breakfast. A location in the center of the city of Cambridge, in a quiet neighborhood. After reading this, if you suspect that stairs might be a barrier to you enjoying yourself, or that parts of my unfinished living quarters might- in any way--detract from your experience-- please---choose somewhere else to stay! No hard feelings. I'm proud of my my guests enthusiastic reviews and I am also proud the work I have done on this house. I even like the work I have yet to do to complete the kitchen finishes. Kitchen Access: Breakfast: Guests are made welcome in the sunny kitchen for a full breakfast between 7AM & 9AM. I'm sorry, I do not offer guests kitchen privileges at Jazz Ville. Due to my home layout ( open plan ) its impractical for me to have folks padding about in my kitchen when I'm working close by. l prefer serving you from my kitchen! Glad to bring you a cup of tea later in the day or the evening--- Just ask! Enjoying Our Best Breakfast: Guests who have the best experience typically come down early: (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) AM. ( Earlier is okay, just ask.) By 9:00 AM I'm typically clearing breakfast things away for the day and beginning my work day. Sleeping in(URL HIDDEN)Feel free to sleep as late as you like at Jazz Ville. However if you do elect to sleep in past 9:00 AM you will need to plan on going out for breakfast. There are plenty of coffee houses and tasty options within a few minutes walk, for late risers. Night Owls: --Coming in late(URL HIDDEN)No problem. I'll leave the front hall lights on for you. Come in quietly and turn off the light in the front foyer. ( I'll show you.) Food Storage: I'm glad to store the odd restaurant left over, a bottle of wine or water, but please do not count on large quantities of food storage space in my refrigerator. I use my fridge heavily and often have little, if any room. Smokers: If you let me know of your desire to smoke, I'll be glad to direct you to where to enjoy a cigarette comfortably, with chair and ashtray in back of the house : My aim to provide you a cigarette break is which is relaxed and dignified, and to ensure that the butts are not left behind on the ground. There is absolutely no smoking in on the front porch, which is s common area for the building--) Getting the Most from your Visit(URL HIDDEN)truly love AirB & B hosting, thus I'm delighted to help every traveler plan how to get the most from his or her trip to Boston and Cambridge. (URL HIDDEN) The best time for us to explore your options together is usually just after you arrive, or at breakfast, where I can give you my full attention. (URL HIDDEN) I am delighted to help get you oriented and give all the local to tips on walking distances, maps, the hidden finds and great eating places, according to your own specific interests, budget and objectives(URL HIDDEN) I have a full social life and a demanding work schedule. Thus its best to speak with me at the beginning of the day, or preview things in the evenings for the next day. From 9AM to roughly 6PM I'm working and prefer not to have interruptions. During the day, I need it fairly quiet, not a lot of hustle and bustle here at the house. ----THANK YOU for reading this!

The SpacePlease read the full description and ensure my place is a good fit for your needs! Clean, spacious private bedroom in a fully furnished 3 bedroom apartment between Harvard and Davis Sq. This bedroom is located on the 1st floor. I live on the city borderlands where Cambridge and Somerville meet, and am an easy, 7 minute walk to Porter Square T station (a Cambridge T stop) on the redline, 9min walk to Davis (From Porter 1 stop -- a 2 min ride -- to Davis or Harvard, 2 stops to Central, 3 stops to MIT, 5 to the Boson Commons) or a 3min walk to buses (87, 88, 96). Boston streets and city lines are confusing, so if you need to reach a specific location for your stay, I'd be happy to let you know the distance to get there before booking. If you are coming with a car, please let me know! I will need to arrange for you to get a parking pass. Please see more details below. Free Wifi and use of shared space which includes fully equipped kitchen, living room, essentials (towels, linens, and soap), and a washer and dryer (in the apartment). Peaceful and quiet sanctuary - ideal for studying, relaxing, meditating. I will have another listing for the other rooms and the whole apartment when my mom and/or I will be traveling. This room has a comfortable queen bed and dresser. Shared space has cable TV, fax machine/printer/copier, and plenty of books to read. The apartment is located on a quiet, tree-lined side street, yet very close to all the activity of convenient Porter Sq, hip Davis Sq, Harvard Sq, Lesley University, and Tufts. 7-9 min walk to Porter Sq and Davis Sq restaurants, shops, cafes, yoga studios, music/improv/comedy venues, movie theaters, the Minuteman Rail Trail where you can bike, rollerblade, jog, or walk, and public transport (the Redline and bus routes) to get you anywhere you need or want to go around Somerville/Cambridge/Boston. Your bedrooms will be private. Bathroom, living room, and kitchen are shared spaces. Airbnb, for me, is a great way to meet folks from around the world and to share my local knowledge with visitors. Driving/Parking: Walking and public transportation is most definitely the best way to get around the area. I highly advise against bringing/renting a car because it's unpleasant to drive in Boston and parking is extremely challenging and local cities are strict about giving out parking tickets. If you are driving from a nearby city or town and need to bring a car I can provide a free parking pass for 2 days (3 days if one includes a Sunday or holiday). If you need to park, please include this request in your inquiry, as other guests may request it as well and am only allowed one pass from the city. If you need to park longer, there are a few options. I can purchase a temporary permit for you from the city for $25 for up to 7 days, or $35 for up to 30 days. Alternatively, there are two relatively inexpensive parking garages nearby -- one at the Green St Parking Garage in Central Sq and one at the Alewife T stop ($7/day; $8 overnight). Please begin your inquiry by telling me if this is your first experience on airbnb or if you've used it before, what time you're planning to check-in / out, and your favorite color so I know that you've read this description and we're on the same page! A handy reference to ensure smooth check-in and check-out: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/41 If the check-in / check-out times pose a challenge for your travel circumstances, let me know, and I'll do my best to accommodate. If you have any questions about accessibility, please do not hesitate to ask. And if there's anything I can do to make your stay more relaxed & comfortable, please let me know. I look forward to welcoming you! Guest AccessShared well stocked kitchen, shared bathroom w/ shower & tub, living room. Getting Around7 minute walk to the T (redline) Davis and Porter Square. Transit from airport is free- take the silver line to South Station and then switch to the Alewife bound red line to get off t Porter Square. Walk 7 minutes. Other Things to NoteShould I choose Jacey's place or a hotel? Jacey's place provides: - a friendly, local host who is happy to share tips and conversation with visitors - a host who will do their best to make you happy and comfortable during your stay and address any concerns - a home - a full kitchen you're welcome to use - a relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere - a clean room with all essentials (towels, linens, A/C, heat) covered - use of washer/dryer - living room w/ cable TV, printer/copier/fax - short (7min) walk to Porter & Davis Sq - 7min walk to Red Line T, 24hr grocery store & CVS - living in a residential, quiet neighborhood; close to the bikepath - sometimes healthy baked goods :) You might be happier in a hotel if you need: - 24/7 concierge service / travel agent - a private bathroom - a lock on the bedroom door - a daily professional cleaning service - a place where the host does not live - an impersonal environment that is NOT like staying with a friend or at a private home *If you value a homey, friendly environment with down to earth people then my place would be a good fit! FAQ: Q: Is the bathroom shared? A: Yes. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Schedule conflicts are rarely an issue as schedules are often offset. If you have any concerns, I'm happy to coordinate with you. Q: Is my room private? A: Yes Q: Is there a lock on my door? A: No. As this is a private residence, not a hotel, there are no locks on individual doors. You're room is private and no one but you will enter during your stay. I've been hosting since 2012 and never had an issue with this. Q: Can I park there? A: I highly advise against bringing/renting a car because it's unpleasant to drive in Boston, parking is extremely challenging, local cities are strict about giving out parking tickets, and public transport is very accessible here. If you are driving from a nearby city or town and need to bring a car I can provide a free parking pass for 3 days (4 days if one includes a Sunday). Q: How far are you from Harvard Square? A: 10min by public transit; 13min by bike; 28min walking. Q: Can I use the kitchen? A: Yes, you may use the kitchen freely. Please respect the space, take care of equipment and leave everything as you found it. Q: Can I use the washer dryer? A: Yes, you may use it. Q: Can I bring an extra person? A: I have an extra person charge of $20/night to account for additional utilities and shared space. For long-term guests, I make arrangements on a case by case basis. Q: Do you have a bike I could use? A: I have a mountain bike I let guests use, as long as they are careful and make sure to lock it up. I'm 5'3" and have had guests 5'8" use it. It would probably be too small for anyone taller than that. Q: How do I get to your place from the airport? A: Public transportation is free and easy from the airport to my place. I provide a clear set of directions near your arrival date. If you have lots of luggage and don't want to take public transport, you can take an Uber. If you don't have an account, I will give you my referral code and you'll get the first ride free! Q: When can I expect to receive the directions and instructions from you? A: I provide all details a few days prior to arrival. If you need this information sooner, just ask! Q: What are check-in & check-out times? A: Check is 3PM or later and check out is 12PM or earlier. This is to ensure time to clear between guests who check in & out on the same day. If this poses difficult for your travel plans, let me know and we'll try to make it work. Bonus Hidden Question: If you were a kind of cheese, what cheese would you be? Q: Can I leave my luggage there before check in or after check out? A: Yes, you are welcome to leave bags in the living room.

We are in Inman Square which boasts International Cuisine at Zagat rated restaurants such as Dali, and Oleana, coffee shops, bakeries and live music. Join us in our Ivy League neighborhood with ease, there is easy street parking out front, and a secure entry to the building. With two bathrooms and two bedrooms there is space for everyone to relax, and a premium kitchen for cooking with ingredients from Whole Foods next door to us, or Savenor's, Julia Child's favorite gourmet grocery, down the street. As Kundalini yoga and meditation practitioners, we hope you will feel a sense of cleanliness and positive vibrations in our space. We have a young son and infant daughter, so we happily welcome children into our house. If you want to venture into the hubbub of downtown Boston, you can hop on the bus that runs down Beacon St. or the Redline Subway stop in Harvard Square. Welcome, Bienvenidos, Shalom, Bonjour, Anyonghasseyo - our casa is your casa! Guest AccessStocked kitchen and Whole Foods next door for home cooking. Washer and dryer. Elevator makes getting suitcases in and out a breeze. Easy guest parking. Hip "Little Brooklyn" neighborhood where folks walk and ride bicycles. Lovely Lincoln Park or Cambridge Public Library nearby for picnics. Interaction with GuestsWe love our Somerville/Cambridge location and are active in community and local government. We can recommend a great local massage or coffee or meal based on your budget and group dynamic. We are happy to be accessible during your stay for any questions about transportation or local highlights. If you want to know about child friendly restaurants and activities in the area, we can give you the entire breakdown from library singalongs, toy stores and great parks for whatever age your child is. We can even recommend trusted local babysitters. The NeighborhoodHarvard Square and Harvard Campus is a 10 minute walk away! Kendall Sq and MIT Campus is a 10 min walk the other way! Here are some Restaurant notes I wrote to a guest the other day: Seafood: Just down the street from us is East Coast Grill. Delicious, Zagat rated. I took some friends to Neptune Oyster in the North End, and they were in heaven. It is expensive, but very high quality seafood. Legal Harborside in the Seaport District is fun. Italian: Strega in the Seaport is beautiful and near the water. I love eating there. It's next door to the ICA (institute for contemporary art) and on a boardwalk along the water that is fun to walk, you could lunch there and then walk the boardwalk over to the North End for dinner, or reverse! Nearby, is Posto, in Davis Square, mostly Neopolitan style woodfired pizza and handmade pasta. In case you like brunch: The Neighborhood Restaurant (You have to try the Cream of Wheat!!! ) This one is a lovely 10 min walk into Union Square. And stop by Union Square donuts! Soundbites Cafe Ball Square Cafe (but go early, there are lines down the block to get in) Some new restaurants I just discovered in our nearby in neighborhood: Dwelltime (coffee, incredible scones) Bloc 11 (coffee, sandwiches, scones, salads) Puritan & Co. Kirkland Tap & Trotter Dali For quick fast food in almost any neighborhood in the area, find the nearest CLOVER. It's incredibly delicious, local vegetarian food, so good you won't miss the meat. Amazing to eat healthy, fast, inexpensive. We love them. They are all over Boston, Cambridge, Somerville. And look for food trucks! Getting AroundEverything is walking distance. Subway station is in Harvard Square or Central Square, 10 minute walk to each one. Harvard Square and Central Sq. stations are on the Red Line, directly into Boston and Boston Common (Park Street Station). Uber is a simple, easy way to get downtown fast, 5 minutes drive from our location. A new Whole Foods is one block away. Other Things to NoteWe have a Visitor parking spot in a covered parking lot behind our building, and an overnight Visitor Parking pass for free street parking.
