The Space1920's Harbor View Home + Newly Renovated in 2015 with 2500 square feet, 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 3 ½ bathrooms (2 are en suite), hot tub, 2 blocks from the village and short bike ride to the beach. Our home reflects the love we have for design, tranquility, and simplicity.
It is open plan with a kitchen that includes Viking gas stove and a Sub Zero refrigerator, limestone floors and an island that seats 5 + a view of the harbor. The family room is connected and also has views of the harbor, TV, cable + a Wii. There is an open plan dinning, living room + sitting room with 2 fireplaces. The master has a king bed and is en suite, has a sitting area, desk + view of the harbor. The guest room has a queen bed and is en suite, has a desk + TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin loft bed. The 4th bedroom is used as a playroom and a blow up queen or twin bed can be provided. The house is wired with built in speakers and sonos system. Heating and cooling all operated by the Nest system. Washer/Dryer + ironing board/iron. 3 hair dryers and hangers. The kitchen is stocked with spices, cooking + baking staples, and condiments.
OUTSIDE + EXTRAS:
Has a hot tub, gas grill, fire pit, sonos music system with built in speakers inside + outside on the deck, play set, 4 adult bikes, a kids bike trailer attachment (best for ages 4 or 5 and up), 2 kid bikes, 3 scooters, wagon, kayak with wheel attachment for transport (seats 2 + jump seat for a kid), 2 paddle boards, life jackets, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels + toys, coolers, outside kid toys, and more.

The NeighborhoodOur home is located in a family neighborhood and centrally located in the historic district, you can walk to most venues. The area was settled in the late 19th century by Portuguese lobster fishermen and several fourth generation families still live on this street.
We are in walking distant to The Cohasset Harbor Inn, Atlantica, The Red Lion Inn, South Shore Art Center, the town green, shops, a bakery, Irish pub, restaurants, cupcake shop, ice cream, and two juice bars.
The town dock and kayak/paddle board access is 2 blocks away. You can see the dock from our home and a short bike ride to beaches. Getting AroundThe commuter rail station is a 5 minute drive from our home with direct access to downtown Boston in 35 minutes.
There is a ferry located 15 minutes drive that takes you to the Boston Seaport in about 35 minutes.
