When visiting Kos, Kalimera Mare is a great choice to consider. The SpaceIt's out of the city but only a 20 minute train ride. Very safe and quiet building with security cameras.       The SpaceWe welcome you to enjoy your stay in our 16-room mansion in the heart of Norwood, Massachusetts. We're about 30 minutes outside of Boston via train, so you can enjoy the quiet of of our town and still enjoy and evening in the city. You suite is on the 2nd and 3rd floors, with the bedroom and den on the third floor and the bathroom on the second floor. You'll have private access to the bedroom and bathroom during your stay (one of my children might use the den on occasion). In addition, there is ample parking in our circle driveway. Our yard features an expansive terrace with a pool and hot tub (in season). The other occupants of the house are me and my husband. We entertain frequently and it's possible that you will be invited to our impromptu gatherings, though of course your privacy is respected. In fact, there is a separate staircase to your suite from the main floor so that you can have secluded access to your suite. Guest AccessGuests will have access to a private bedroom, den, and bathroom, in addition to shared use of the kitchen, dining room, and terrace. While guests are welcome to shared use of the kitchen and dining room, guests cannot host parties or bring other individuals to our home during their stay. For safety reasons, guests cannot make fires in the fireplaces. Guests enjoy private use of their bedroom and bathroom, but are asked not to enter the other bedrooms during their stay. We unfortunately have to state this based on past experiences, but guests cannot bring other individuals into our house. Interaction with GuestsOur interaction with guests will be determined by what our guests will like. We are very respectful of those who are looking for a quiet place to sleep, and very open to those who are looking to meet new people. It's up to the guests! The NeighborhoodNorwood is a very quiet, lovely, suburban neighborhood. Our home is a 2-block walk into the town center, where one can find restaurants, shops, pubs, and a theater. At the same time, we are conveniently located to Boston. Getting AroundWe are four blocks from a commuter rail station that will get you to Boston in 30 minutes. We are reached from major highways including I-93 and I-95. Other Things to NoteThere is one dog and one cat who also live in the house. Fenwick is a very well-manered and lovable pup. Reesie is an older, very sweet, and spoiled cat. Both animals have the run of the house, but will not be staying in the guest rooms. Please make sure that you've completed your Airbnb profile (including a current photo and verifications) before requesting us as hosts. Guests must check in between 7 PM and 9 PM on the day of arrival and check out by 12 PM on the day of departure.

      The SpaceWe are listing a private basement bedroom with own full bath, but have flexibility if you need more sleeping space. This is a very comfortable queen sized mattress. The bedroom is adjacent to a shared space living-room you with a leather sectional couch and monitor with Roku/Netflix/Hulu etc and a DVD player. Because the room is downstairs, it is very quiet and private. We have a few kids ourselves and the space is very safe and kid friendly. Guest AccessYou are welcome to wander around our large backyard, hang out on the porch, use the kitchen for light food prep, and if you have kids, they can make use of our playset and playroom. I can provide a travel pack 'n play if you need it, let me know in advance. Interaction with GuestsIf you need anything, I'm happy to be available via text or phone. I'm home or around most of the time - feel free to ask me for recommendations. We have used Airbnb a few times and really enjoyed our experience. Just let us know what you need to have a good time! The NeighborhoodWalpole is uniquely situated between Boston and Gillette Stadium allowing you to enjoy both the city and any events in Foxboro. There are a number of delicious date night restaurants and casual food places in Walpole and nearby Norwood, Westwood and Dedham. We love exploring the Arboretum in Boston and Bird Park here in Walpole, and frequent the various farm stands. We have made it our summer goal to try all of the ice cream shops in Walpole - there are quiet a few! Bubbling Brook is just down the street and serves amazing ice cream and fried clams. Legacy Place is about 15-20 mins away to see movies or shop at the mid to high-end outdoor mall. Getting Around-Parking: You can park in our driveway. Very safe and at the end of a cul-de-sac. -Getting to Boston: Your options for getting around are many. We take the commuter rail train from Norwood Central Station into downtown Boston daily, and you can park in that lot (about 9 mins away), or you can drive to Forest Hills, Roslindale/JP in Boston and take the public train rail system or bus into the city from there. Parking is a little harder to find there but it can be done. The commuter rail has a more limited schedule than the MBTA, especially at night. I drive into the city regularly also, and just use parking garages downtown. On a typical morning leaving around 9am, its about 45 mins to the Museum of Fine Arts, 40 mins to Fenway Park or Copley Square, 50-60 mins to the Museum of Science or Faneuil Hall. Wait a tad longer and morning traffic will have eased some and it can be quicker. -Getting to Gillette Stadium: Its less than 8 miles and about 20 mins to get to the stadium. There are also a ton of shopping opportunities in the Patriot Place Plaza there. Our guests typically use uber and it seems to work great so you don't have to pay for parking. -Wrentham Outlets: About 25-30 mins south. -South Shore beaches such as Nantasket are about 1 hr east. North Shore beaches (Crane for example) are about 1.5-2 hrs. Day trips: Newport is about 1.5 hours, Providence is about 50mins-1hr, Kittery, ME 1.5-2 hrs. -There are a number of grocery stores within 5 miles and also a local donut shop. Other Things to NoteWe have children that are home with me. If you expect to stay here all day and need it very quiet (if you are prepping for a meeting for example) just let me know and we can be busy elsewhere!
