The red French Country bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and the Norwegian bedroom features four twin-sized bunk beds. There is (1) full bath with a tub/shower. There is an optional sofa sleeper in the living room. Sleeps 6. The Alpinglow Cabin has a lovely chalet floor plan with a loft bedroom, living area with Jotul gas stove, and kitchen. The loft bedroom features a Queen-sized bed with an optional sofa sleeper in the living area below to accommodate young children. The full bath features a jacuzzi whirlpool tub. Sleeps 2-4. The Edelweiss Cabin is similarly appointed, but features a California King bed with an optional sofa sleeper to accommodate young children in the living area below. Sleeps 2-4. The SpacePrivate Lake shore! 1 bedroom and private bath (can be put together as a two bedroom suite, see our other listing on airbnb) Guests have full access to Kitchen, dining room with great sunset views, washer dryer, outdoor BBQ on the Deck. We will usually be available with time to get to get to know our guests in the late afternoon or early evening over a glass of house made apple wine. No public transportation . We do have ample outside parking. We are about 50 min. from Glacier Park International Airport (FCA). We are 10 miles South of Bigfork Guests have access to the kitchen, large dining area, large living space, a very spacious outdoor deck, lake frontage access, washer and dryer. I will be staying in the home along with the guests. There is a large living and dining area with great Sunset views We are a rural farming community and have many local cherry and apple orchards. fresh fruit, peaches, cherries apricots, plums and apples are avail for you in season from our orchard. There is no public transportation to our location you do need your own vehicle or rented car. Guest AccessYour quarters will be downstairs with your own private bath. We will be sharing the kitchen and living and area you are more then welcome to use the kitchen, please just clean up after yourselves. I will provide towels and wash clothes and basic bed linens the rest is up to you. Upon your arrival please park below the house and the sliding glass door will be open you to use. You will find your room in the walk out basement to the left and the the first door on the left down the hall. The restroom will be on the right. I do have a washer and dryer that you are able to use during your stay. The SpaceJane's Place is located on the East shore of Flathead Lake in Northwestern Montana, 12 miles south of the quaint village of Bigfork. The home is located amidst the famous Flathead Cherry orchards. Glacier National Park is within an hour and a half max of the house. Our property runs from the highway to the lake. The house is a short walk, about 3 mins., down thru the orchards to the beach. The house itself is not RIGHT on the lake but the lake view is available from all 3 of our decks. The Lake View room has a new queen bed outfitted with nice cotton sheets, plenty of pillows and a beautiful view of the lake, warm flannels in the chillier months. Our upstairs bedrooms are on the small side but are outfitted with the basics.... a bed, dresser, and night stands w/ lamps and a clock and a chair. You will also have your own private full bath down the hall. Bath towels are provided, PLEASE bring your own beach towel. Guests have full use of the kitchen, upstairs of the house and of course the hot tub! Basics are included, like a great cup of coffee in the A.M. There is a BBQ that is open for use year round, Brickettes are always on hand. Relax at the beach or take a day to sight see. After a long day of hiking the local trails or sking The Mountain in Whitefish or Blacktail Mountain just over in Lakeside, relax with a nice soak in our year round hot tub! Please contact 'Jane' ahead of time about any pets traveling with you. Well behaved NON shedding adult dogs only are welcome. The pet fee is an additional $10 per night per dog and a $100 per pet refundable deposit. We suggest a crate if you have one. The yard is only partially fenced. No barkers please. One body = one guest. Children count as guests, please include them when making your reservation, thank you. Our prices include our Montana state lodging tax of 7%. Bring your boat; our home has a boat dock. The home sits on one acre of privacy in a park-like setting and is sheltered by cedar trees. Walk through the front door of this impeccably maintained home with open great room floor plan, ideal for entertaining. Our home has been designer decorated with beautiful upscale nautical-style furnishings and designer theme touches and has wood floors throughout. This is true luxury vacation home that is considered to be one of the finest homes in the Flathead Valley. Main Floor: The master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king size bed a Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower is in the master bath, a second guest bedroom is located on the main floor with queen size bed and full size bath room with another walk in shower. A large gourmet kitchen features every small appliance imaginable, top of the line Monogram stainless steel double oven, microwave and a six burner gas range, warming drawer and Bosh dishwasher and compactor. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for 12 guests, a nice breakfast bar is wide an open for family entertaining. Also, on the main floor is a half bathroom and large laundry area with large capacity washer and dryer, this area also serves as a mud room. Second floor: Two guest bedrooms are located on the upper level with a walkway bridge that separates the two bedrooms providing really nice privacy. Both bedrooms are very spacious #3 bedroom has two queen size beds, #4 bedroom one queen beds. Both bedrooms have larger dormer window seats, and both bedrooms have full bathrooms with double vanity sinks and shower over tub. Lower Level The #5 bedroom is on the lower level of the house and has a unique speed boat trundle bed that opens to make two twin beds. #6 bedroom has a queen size bed with adjoining bathroom. Also on the lower level is a large game room with pool table and a private office set up for those that need keep in touch with work, the lower level also features a fabulous home theater room with ten recliner seats. The home has a 7th bedroom with in suite bathroom which is totally private and is located across the breezeway over the garage. The guest quarters set up is ideal for those who prefer a bit of privacy. This bedroom has beautiful views of Swan Lake and features a king size bed and private bathroom with walk in shower and vanity. (this bedroom is not available for use off season winter months as the bathroom is winterized). The NeighborhoodLovely private location as our home is located at the end of the lane. Getting AroundYou will require a car as this property is located in a fairly remote area. Other Things to Note*Our insurance carrier requires that we have a signed rental agreement in place prior to arrival that includes driver’s license or passport information along with the names of all occupants and the ages of all children. Once a booking is made through Airbnb we will request that the guest provides us with their mailing address for processing the booking through our own reservation system which will enable us to process the rental agreement by email for digital signature. •Suitability: Families are welcome. We just do not recommend young children sleeping on the upper level as in emergency the only way out would be through use of a rope type fire ladder. The stairway in this home has a very steep stairway and the railings around the upper level hallway does not go to the ground. Please include all occupants including all children and infants. Our insurance carrier has placed an occupancy limit rider on our policy maximum is 12 guests. Every human being is considered to be an occupant in the total headcount so we are not able to make exceptions to the 12 person occupancy limit.

The SpaceWe will begin booking Spring-Summer Season 2017 (May-Labor Day) for our Bigfork Westward Lake House in December 2016! Our Bigfork Westward Lake House is situated 2 ½ miles south of Bigfork, Montana at the end of a ½ mile road. Built in 1942 and remodeled in 1992, this rustic summer home is situated on 200 feet of private Flathead Lake shoreline. Guests can walk the 31 hand-laid stone steps descending below the front deck and down a 30-foot path to access our private dock and 200 feet of private lakeshore beachfront. There is also a bit gentler, though longer path to lake if stairs are an issue. The beach consists of glacially deposited Flathead lake gravel, rocks and boulders. The lake is wonderful for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, resting, reading or just watching local ospreys hunt for fish. Westward’s setting is remarkably beautiful, surrounded to east by a large front yard and 30+ fruit tree orchard (cherries, apples, plums, apricots) and to the west by tall Ponderosa pine and Flathead Lake. The nearby town of Bigfork boasts nationally recognized eateries, pubs, fine dining, art galleries, summer theatre, lake tours, etc, for you to experience. Moreover, Westward is located just 45 minutes from the western entrance to Glacier Park or 60 minutes away from Whitefish Mountain Resort (Big Mountain to locals). Also nearby are numerous areas for biking and hiking. Westward is ideal launch pad to explore NW Montana! This home on the east shore of Flathead Lake has 3 quiet private bedrooms (1 upstairs, 2 down), an upstairs loft-like open bedroom, two living areas, one full kitchen, an additional mini-kitchen area, a small outdoor BBQ grill, two full baths (one upstairs, one down), satellite TV, DVD, VHS, CD stereo systems, laundry facilities, electric baseboard heat, a screened side porch and a large outside deck overlooking Flathead Lake. Ideally suited for 8 - 12 people, it has two queen size beds, three full size double beds, two twin beds and a queen sofa/sleeper. Guests also have access to lakeshore/dock, two sit-on-top sea kayaks and other water toys and can noodle on an old acoustic guitar. No motorboats or jet skis as the dock and gravelly, rocky beachfront shoreline are not suitable for mooring watercraft and the location is a quiet residential area. No Smoking, no pets or no loud parties. Quiet hours 10pm-9am. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the entire property as well as private dock and 200 feet of Flathead lake beach. Other Things to NoteUnlike a hotel, there is no housekeeping or room service, but you are free to make your own meals or do your own laundry using the washer and dryer. The SpaceHappy New Year! Jane's Place on Flathead Lake is closed for renovations until mid-March but we are still taking reservations for later Spring and Summer 2017! The Garden View room has a brand new queen bed with nice linens and it's own private bathroom. The room has a shower in it. Our upstairs bedrooms are on the small side but have the basics...There is a dresser, a place to hang your clothes, night stands w/ lamps and a clock. The bathroom is adjacent the room, the shower is in your room as well. There are plenty of towels for you as well for the hot tub and beach. As with our other rentals, you have access to the kitchen, community areas, hot tub and upper portion of the home, I stay downstairs. There are 2 kayaks for your use and of course the beauty of Flathead Lake and your own private beach with dock. We do not rent to people who have not uploaded a profile photo and are not verified by Airbnb. We hope to see you soon!! Well trained non- shedding adult dogs are welcome. 2 dog limit. No puppies. Dogs are $10 per night per dog. Guest AccessGuests have access to the upstairs of the home, kitchen, hot tub, TV, etc!!!! Laundry on site can be arranged free of charge. We live on the East shore of Flathead Lake, where all the cherry orchards are. There are working orchards all around us. Because we are on the East side, we have the longest days during winter and fantastic sunsets all year long...come check it out! Getting AroundA car is a must, there is no public transit in the area. 4x4 suggested but not required during the winter, our driveway in is slightly sloped. Other Things to NoteNon shedding adult dogs are welcome, no puppies. Dogs are $10 a night. Please remember we are located among active cherry orchards. Depending on the time of year there is usually some type of orchard operations going on, trimming, picking etc. PLEASE shower before using the hot tub, makeup, lotions and the like are bad for the tub. The SpaceIf there are more than 2 in your group, DO NOT hit the "Request to Book" tab or I won't be able to offer you an accurate price. Hit the " Contact Host" tab and describe your group. We mainly need to know how many of you will share a room/cabin with one queen bed, and possible space on the floor for a foam pad for kids. We have clean, comfortable, and rustic options on a scenic property at the base of the Swan Mountains. There are 2 bedrooms in the house, each with a queen bed. All 3 cabins have queen beds and down comforters and 2 have wood stoves. The barn dormitory has 12 beds in one upstairs space so you're not alone. Toilet and sink upstairs, 2 more toilets, and 6 showers and sinks downstairs. Kitchen downstairs. Rustic camping. Pricing decreases with more rustic options. If children are involved please let me know their age and if they would share your bed or could sleep on an impromptu bed on the floor made from foam pads and bedding. Organic breakfast options include eggs, coffee, bread, butter, jam, honey, granola, coffee, oatmeal, rice/soy/coconut milk , included with your lodging. Guest AccessThe property is 15 acres, mostly forested with mountain views at the base of the Swan Range. Hiking trail leaves the property and with a lot of bush-wacking can connect to official trails in the Swan Mountains. Jewel Basin hiking area, Swan River, small lakes, Flathead Lake all a short drive away. Glacier Nat Park, and both downhill ski resorts are all 1 hour away. Fishing, hunting, kayaking, swimming, boating are all close-by options. Interaction with GuestsGuest interaction is likely to be minimal simply because of the many projects the host is juggling. Host will be living in the house so sharing openly all the common areas. The NeighborhoodThe property is at the end of a 2 mile drive from Highway 83, Swan Hwy, on a fairly bumpy road travelled at 15 mph. No neighbors are visible from the main part of the property. We have had most native wildlife in the yard at one time or another but no adverse interactions. The most frequent guest comment : "...I can't believe how long I slept.." Getting AroundThis is not an area with public transportation but special assistance may possibly be arranged with the host for an additional fee. Other Things to NoteCabins do not have electricity or running water but both are available close-by and fully available in the barn about 50 yards away. Wi-Fi is also available along with a fully functioning business office.

You will be staying in a residence as opposed to a hotel room.

The SpaceOur fully furnished farmhouse sits on a sunny south facing 1.25 acres. Large, grassy private front and backyard with tall pines and is partially wooded. The NeighborhoodJust 4.5 miles outside of downtown Bigfork, sits little mountain town of Ferndale. Epic views of the Mission Mountain range are in view as you drive towards the house. One half a mile down the street is the Ferndale Market where you can grab local meats and other quick items. Also sells bait and tackle for the great fishing we have around this area. Floating the lower swan river on tubes, float toys, or kayaks is a popular summer activity, highly recomend it. 1 mile down the opposite way is the Swan River boat ramp and hike/bike trail. The well maintained wide and flat trail runs along side the Swan River and right into downtown Bigfork, where there is great shopping and fantastic restaurants and bars. Great mountain bike trails too! Beardance trail is a popular one, just up the mountain from the farmhouse. The lakes and rivers and hiking are endless in this area. Jewel basin, Swan and Mission range offers more solitude hiking with incredible views, wildlife, and breathtaking scenary. 45 minutes to Whitefish and less than an hour from the west entrance to Glacier National Park Getting AroundHighly recommend having your own vehicle. The SpaceThis cabin was built about a 100 years ago. Some time after that it was added on to. The house has been completely refurbished. The rooms are large and comfortable with plenty of space to relax. Guest AccessWe have a trout pond and guests may enjoy feeding the fish. There is a trail leading up into the National forest. Our property is like a huge park with many shaded spots to sit and appreciate the great outdoors. Interaction with GuestsWe have a home on the property but are very busy, especially in the summer. But we will gladly help our guests with advice and info on local activities. The NeighborhoodThe property is 330 feet wide and a half a mile deep so we have no near neighbors. We have cultivated about three acres with lawns and gardens and orchards. It overlooks Flathead Lake. But of the 20 acres, about 17 are still forested and home to a wide variety of wild life. There is a trail leading up the side of the mountain so guests can enjoy the forested area. Getting AroundYou will definitely need a car! Other Things to NoteThe house is not fenced so we do not think it works for pets. We ask our guests to smoke outside.

                      The house is located on 20 acres overlooking Flathead Lake. Most of the property is forested but the front three acres are in lawns and orchards and landscaped. There is a pond and waterfall on the property and though the pond is not deep, we recommend that parents accompany children who might want to feed the fish. There is a deck and an outside fire pit. the property is very serene and quiet with few bugs if one wants to sit outside and read or relax. It is a about 30 miles from Glacier and ten miles from Bigfork. The area is rural, populated with orchards. There is lake access in several spots a few miles from the property. the Lake is 27 miles long and even on the finest summer days, it is not crowded. On can float the river, travel to Glacier, rent a boat and waterski or sight see. There is very popular summer theater, featuring some of the most talented college students around the United States. there some really nice restaurants available as well.

Guest AccessYou have the cabin to yourselves. For cooking there is a two burner hot plate, microwave, toaster oven and coffee pot. There is NO stove, garbage disposal or dishwasher. There is a queen size bed, a futon couch and a dining table. A shower and toilet is also in the cabin. Interaction with GuestsSince we live on the property, we will be able to answer any questions or point you in the right direction to where you want to go. We have bicycles that you can use to ride into town. We'd love to share a beer with you at happy hour if that sounds good to you. The NeighborhoodThe village of Bigfork is 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bicycle. Its a fun bike ride into town along the Swan River trail. We can tell you all the fun places to go and where to get the best food. The people in Bigfork are very friendly. Getting AroundYou will need a car to get around. The airport is a 35 minute drive. There is a flat screen, dressers, a clock, a place to sit and a place to hang your clothes. Off the master is another sitting area with sofa and chair, and a table and more chairs, a nice place for a game of crib! The room opens out onto the lower deck, you are just steps from the hot tub. Before tubbing you have your private bath with a great walk in shower to rinse off in. Towels are provided and for guests staying with us longer, you have access to the laundry down the hall. The river view is constantly changing as the flow of the river rises and falls with the seasons. Swans Nest is at the heart of Bigfork and a minute's walk from shops, the Bigfork Summer Playhouse, galleries, boutiques, fine restaurants, live music and central to all the outdoor activities associated with the mountains and the lakes of the Flathead Valley. It is a forty-minute drive to Glacier National Park, but there are many other outdoor activities even closer by such as hiking in the Jewel Basin Wilderness area, playing golf at Eagle Bend Golf course, and fly fishing on the Flathead and Swan Rivers. Flathead Lake offers many boating and sporting activities. There is abundant swimming, rafting, tubing, paddle boarding and kayaking opportunities in the rivers. In the winter, enjoy cross country skiing in the valley and by Glacier Park and snowboarding and skiing at Whitefish Mountain and Blacktail Mountain near Lakeside.                               The SpaceThough fairly small at around 850 square feet, Swan Song is equipped with a master bedroom, closet and bathroom on the main floor and living/dining area and kitchen on the top floor. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and fold-out queen futon sofa sleeper in the living room. The bathroom has a shower and there is an outdoor bathtub which is a real treat! The kitchen is equipped with oven/stove, sink. microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot and dishes, utensils and cooking pots and supplies. It has been recently renovated with new carpet and paint. There is also a deck which wraps around the front and one side of the cabin on the top level which is equipped with a bar-b-que, picnic table, and chairs/lounger. Guest AccessThe entire place, including space for parking, a lovely gazebo at the end of the "point" (with an amazing view), and a rocky beach with a great swimming area, dock and fire pit will be all yours. To access the private beach, you will walk down a lovely wooded path which winds down to the water. The NeighborhoodWhile Swan Swan is a beautiful private spot that is difficult to leave, there are a couple of good restaurants on the lake (one of which - "The Terrace"is at the turn-off to the property so very close). Only fifteen minutes to the North is the lovely village of Bigfork on Flathead Lake which is home to many art galleries, shops, wonderful restaurants and a fabulous summer theater (I might be partial as I worked there as an actor for several seasons as did my parents :). Amazing Glacier Park is only about an hour north, the Bob Marshall Wilderness is also nearby as are a multitude of hiking trails and smaller lakes. In the winter, Swan Lake is great for ice skating, there is ample opportunity for cross-country skiing and Big Mountain ski area is approximately 45 minutes north above the town of Whitefish (also home to great shops, theatre and dining). Getting AroundMontana is NOT a state to rely on public transportation; you will need a car to get around. Our parking area can easily accommodate up to four cars. Other Things to NoteWhile there is a small pontoon paddle fishing boat there for your use, if you want to bring watercraft, feel free! One of the best things about Swan Lake is the amazing calm glassy water that is so common (perfect for water skiing or wake-boarding). There is also very little boat traffic on this 12-mile long lake so it can often feel that the lake is all yours. There is often a bit more wind in morning which is nice for a small sail boat or windsurfer. There is a dock for your use if you bring watercraft. For larger boats, you would need to launch at the public park/launch on the South end of the lake.

                              The SpaceThis amazing house sits on a cliff back in a very private 3 acre setting. We have a fenced area if you want to bring your dog(s). This is our dream vacation home and it comes decorated tastefully right out of Flathead Living Magazine. The home has the finest furnishings, bedding, kitchen cookware, and dinning dishes. The house has huge custom windows with a wide open view of Flathead river and lake, and it has great blinds so when the sun does beam in, you can just put the blinds down. Our home also has Air Conditioning. Its a modern convenience that a lot of properties don't have in this area, but in the late afternoon / evening after a long day of boating out in the sun its nice to be able to retreat to an air conditioned comfort zone to rejuvenate. The most stunning feature of the home is the deck. It juts out about 8' feet over the cliff and the south view is all the way down the Flathead lake, and from the north view you can see down to Glacier National Park and the Big Mountain Ski resort. Its just minutes from Bigfork, and Eagle Bend Golf Course, as well as the private dock area. This is not a water front property, although we own a private dock which you can see from the deck. Its nice to be able to leave your boat tied up at the dock and not have to worry about taking it in and out every time you want to go water skiing or boating. Guest AccessThe property has easy access and is very private. You will be able to get in and out using an electronic door lock. No searching for a key late at night.
