The SpaceWe have a beautiful 5 bedroom home in Bozeman, Montana. The house sits on a hill with expansive views of the Bridger Mounains. We are the last house at the end of the road so the property is open and spacious. We are 15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown and 1 and a half hours from Yellowstone. Local skiing a half hour away and we have one of the best sledding hills in Bozeman right in our front yard. The house has two upstairs bedrooms and a bath. We share the property with a meditation temple (separate building) and one resident dog, Geronimo. (Also known as Mo) You may see people walking up the hill to attend meditation practice. As you can imagine the place is very peaceful and contemplative. Tom and Carol are your hosts. They are both great lovers of the outdoors and the beauty Montana has to offer. We both enjoy entertaining people and making the great connections that travel allows. We have a fully equipped kitchen if you like to cook. Closest grocery is 10 minutes from the house. Come enjoy our place and explore Bozeman and the surrounding area. You will love it! Guest AccessGuests have access to kitchen, living room, laundry room and 5 acres of beautiful property. Parking is also plentiful. Interaction with GuestsAs little or as much as they prefer! The NeighborhoodOur neighborhood feels rural even though we are very close to town. The SpaceConvenient location downtown and the loft apartment that is entirely yours. This apartment includes a bedroom with queen bed, night stand, closet. Dining / living area includes table that seats four, a couch, and futon that can be used for additional sleeping if needed. Bathroom with tub/shower is attached to the bedroom. Kitchen is equipped with dishes, basic pots & pans, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. It's not stocked with food cooking supplies other than salt / pepper / cooking oil. Note that it's a 1950s kitchen, and the fridge doesn't have a full freezer (it's just an ice box small freezer -- basically, you should not count on a freezer). Guests have their own thermostat for heat in cold months. There is no a/c, but there are fans for summer months. This is a clean, light, conveniently located apartment. It's basic, but comfortable. There won't be mints on the pillows, but it's clean, convenient, comfortable. Guest AccessGuests have their own entrance and key, and can come and go as they please. The apartment has its own private access and host will meet guests upon arrival or leave a key. Free street parking directly in front of the house. No parking due to street cleaning on early Tuesday and Thursday mornings, but then there is parking right around the corner (about 100' walk). Interaction with GuestsOwners use the office space on main floor (the office has its own, separate entrance). We are available if needed, but there otherwise isn't much interaction unless a guess wants or needs. The NeighborhoodOne block off Main Street and Bozeman's popular restaurants; grocery store behind the apartment for shopping; also one block to Lindley Park and Bozeman's public library. Very convenient location. Getting AroundStreet parking is free and open to public. There is a free public bus in town if needed: it's called the "Streamline," and routes can be found online. You can park right in front of the house every day of the week, except for Tuesday & Thursday early mornings, but then parking is available right around the corner on S. Wallace (less than 50 yard-walk). Other Things to NoteGenerally a 4-night minimum. We don't breakfast, but there is a kitchen for your use, and a grocery store across the alley. Wood floors, great light, great location. The Long Horn Cidery next door sometimes has music at night. It's just a couple / few times a week and typically ends by 10 pm. The bedroom of the apartment is on the far-side away from cider house, but if you are looking for absolute peace & quiet, you may hear them during summer nights. Backyard with picnic table is communal and open to take advantage of during summer months. There is no t.v. (call us progressive or old fashioned), but use the wifi to stream (assuming you have a laptop with you). There is no washer / dryer, but a couple laundry mats in downtown district. Clothesline in backyard available for use if wanted. There is no air conditioning, but there is a fan (and lots of windows for cross-ventilation). Towels and bedding are always provided. We don't provide ongoing new towels / bedding during a guest's stay, but guests can launder at the laundry mat if desired. (Prices are discounted for longer-term stays, and cleaning services only done upon move-out unless requested, which will have an extra fee.) This is a 1940s house, but clean, comfortable, and convenient location. Guests should note that we try to price it accordingly (it's not one of the downtown boutique hotels), and describe it in full detail here.

The SpaceWe provide private and simple lodging, but nothing fancy. Please read the entire description/house rules and reviews BEFORE sending us a reservation request. By sending us a reservation request you are confirming that you read everything and agree to book under the given conditions. Of course we are happy to answer any additional questions. - Bedroom: one queen size bed (a queen size mattress on the box spring) 32" HDTV with full cable and wireless headset; WIFI; comfy reading chair, closet and dresser, cotton sheets. - Bathroom: across the hall (in the utility room), small but complete and private. However if you are claustrophobic/have other concerns OR absolutely need a big bathroom, you better look for another place. - We have another Airbnb option on the same floor (check Spacious Placious). So the entrance to the downstairs is the "common spaces" when both places are booked. - We use a different entrance. Guest AccessPrivate access to the downstairs floor: through the enclosed backyard, down 10 steps (with a handrail) and then through the utility room (your private bathroom is there) to your room on the left. Sometimes you might be sharing this access should we also be renting our other Airbnb space on the same floor (check Spacious Placious) Washer/dryer (9am-9pm) - free for guests who stays min 3 nights Interaction with GuestsWhile very friendly we generally stay to ourselves, but are always available by text/call. We will likely meet you upon your arrival, but give you your privacy after that. Getting AroundStreamline Bus (free) goes all about town and stops 2 short blocks away. Most things are in walking distance. Other Things to Note1. We believe that Airbnb community builds upon coherent communication between guests and hosts. Make sure you have a clear profile picture and, preferably, a verified ID - especially if you are newbie and don't have positive reviews yet. If you have a picture of a dog (cat, rooster, crocodile, etc) as your identification photo, it's fine and dandy, but that won't work with us. We love animals, but can't accommodate them, sorry. 2. We're a mature married couple that like a comfortable and peaceful environment and enjoy a healthy life style. So night life lovers please look for another accommodation. 3. We have two sweet senior dogs, but you won't see them, unless you wish to.

The SpaceLocated just 3 miles north of downtown Bozeman, Montana, Cherry Creek Guest House is an eclectic 4 bed/3 bath home featuring a spaciously comfortable interior, breathtaking views, and a beautiful yard with hot tub and fire pit. With a view to the East Gallatin River and hundreds of acres of open space out back, you’ll feel as though you are in the Montana wilderness while abundant shopping, fine dining, recreation and entertainment options are just around the corner. Originally built in 1956 with a stunning renovation, this 3200+ square foot ranch home offers truly memorable lodging. Upon arrival you will find a large wooden carport adjacent to the home’s entrance which provides both convenience and shelter from the elements. From the artistic slate and Douglas fir timber flooring to the vaulted ceilings with reclaimed wood beams and expansive picture windows to the mountainous view beyond, this space is something everyone should experience. Guest AccessThe home accommodates up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The upper level is dedicated to the master suite with 2 exterior decks viewing the Bridger range of the Rocky Mountains. This suite also features incredible marble floors with a custom built-in jetted tub, an expansive walk-in shower, king size bed, TV and DVD player. Other Things to NoteThe home has four TVs, each with a DVD player. There is no TV reception but there is a DVD library along with games and books. Toddler Safety While Cherry Creek Guest House owners welcome children, we do want to fully disclose that the home is not kid friendly to toddlers. The SpaceOur cozy apartment has a separate entrance and its own deck looking out over downtown Bozeman. It has a fully-equipped kitchen (the good stuff - decent knives!) with oven, microwave, coffee maker, and a full fridge. The full bathroom has a radiant heat floor. If you need anything, just ask! Our guests have access to our full wraparound deck. We are happy to help with special kitchen items you might need, directions and recommendations, or even spare toiletries for anything you may have forgotten. If we are home, we'd love to share over 20 years of experience in the Bozeman area. We have lots of good tips on downhill and cross-country skiing, hiking, backpacking, Montana's national parks, and local hot spots. We also have a very friendly golden retriever (not allowed in the apartment) that loves to make new friends! We live on 23 acres surrounded by 2,000+ acres of ranch land. Great for walks and wildlife spotting - raptors, deer, even the occasional bear or moose. We also have great songbirds. From the front door there are miles of walking trails into the hills with big sky views. Although it's rural we are just two miles from downtown Bozeman. Parking is easy in our multi-car driveway. We are on the north-east side of town, easy driving to downtown, our local ski area or shuttles to ski areas farther afield (Big Sky, Moonlight). Yellowstone National Park is an hour and a half away through the beautiful Paradise Valley. Children under 5 are welcome. We can provide sleeping pads for extra guests but please note the extra charge of $15 per person per night. Guest AccessGuests have access to both the lower and upper decks, as well as the sitting area under the aspens on the west lawn. Interaction with GuestsWe are happy to point guests to local attractions, advise them on gear and conditions and tell them about our favorites haunts. We have created a binder filled with information about grocery stores, favorite restaurants, breweries and attractions which we hope will be helpful to you. The NeighborhoodWe live just outside of the town limits, about ten minutes from downtown. Cows are pastured on land surrounding us and we hear and see lots of songbirds, coyotes, marmots and foxes. We also see jackrabbits, cottontails, weasels, eagles and hawks. Runners, hikers, mountain bikers and birders are routine on the trails below our house. Getting AroundPublic transit is only available in town. To get to us, you do need a car. In winter, it is best to have 4WD or at least all wheel drive and good tires. Other Things to NoteWe love Montana and the West and hope you will too! We are 20 minutes from Bridger Bowl, our local non-profit ski area, an hour from Big Sky, and 1.5 hours from Yellowstone Park. We provide a starter supply of coffee and teabags and a few kitchen basics. A good locally-owned grocery store is ten minutes away when you need more.

Currently, the main room has a full-size futon, small table with tea and coffee, hot kettle, mini refrigerator and microwave. The bedroom has a full bathroom with a Queen size bed. The suite is quiet and cozy, although you may hear us above you from time to time. We are a family of three, and love to host travelers and give them a nice space to call home for however long they are here. Our home is new, built by us in 2011. We work at home, grow veggies and fruits in our yard, and bike as much as we can while leaving the car at home. Our house is just to the west of the apartment and on the same property but we do use the back alley as our main doorway to town and our cars. When guests arrive I do like to knock on the door to say "hello", introduce myself, and make sure everything is satisfactory, but other than that you are on your own unless you need our assistance. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is a nice north side community with the distant sound of the train that runs on the east side of town. The property is a 4 block walk to main street where you can easily be a part of downtown events like Sweet Pea, Music on Main, or the Christmas Stroll.
