The stone driveway provides plenty of parking space and all guests can take the tram straight to the beach. The house also includes brand new everything! Brand new quartz countertops, cabinets, and appliances plus custom furniture. Also, is a Nest thermostat providing central air. When not in the home, the child friendly streets welcome children as well as the lighthouse being a great place to visit since it is in walking distance as well as the beach being about 200 feet from the house. If kids are in the picture and walking is a hassle, the tram will take you straight down to the ocean from down the street by the house. The SpaceThe apartment features a master bedroom with queen bed and full bath, as well as two more bedrooms featuring two twin beds each. These two bedrooms share another full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and adjacent to a large living room that features a large flat-screen TV with DVD player, handsome chairs and a comfy couch that pulls out into a queen bed. Guest AccessThe kitchen is fully equipped with anything you would need for an episode of "Chopped" (or just to make a good family meal); it also has a dishwasher. Outside, tenants can enjoy a cool drink on the front deck or a rinse in the outdoor shower, or prepare a meal on the charcoal grill. Apartment comes equipped with washer & dryer and central air conditioning as well. Interaction with GuestsWe're happy to interact with our guests just as much as they please~ we'll give them complete privacy the entire week if they desire, or we're happy to chat, submit ideas for excellent local activities, or share our favorite summer recipes. :) The goal is for our guests to have a rich, relaxing experience under our roof on their own terms. The NeighborhoodThe house is on a quiet cul-de-sac right near the beach, with quiet neighbors and right near public tennis courts, a great kids' playground, boat and kayak rentals, and shopping at Viking Village. It is also only a bike ride from iconic Barnegat Light House and Mustache Bill's Diner, which was featured on Diners, Drive-ins, & Dives. If you're looking for the loud, party-centric LBI experience, we suggest Beach Haven. If you want a serene get-away vibe, we suggest northern LBI and the Blue Skies Suite! Getting AroundPublic transport is limited, although there are some bus options. And the LBI Trolley runs up & down the island throughout the day. Ultimately, however, the area is geared towards families with cars and/or bikes. Other Things to NoteThis house has been in our family for 35 years; we have kept it in terrific condition and expect that you will, too. And please enjoy it!! Note that we only accommodate stays shorter than 6 days outside of the months of June, July, & August. During those three months, our bookings run Saturday to Saturday only. Outside of those months, minimum stay is 3 nights.

The SpaceWeekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check in is at 3:00 pm and checkout is 11:00 am. Guest AccessBesides your own floor, you also have access to the outside shower, downstairs washer and dryer, and the backyard grill. Interaction with GuestsMy husband and I live downstairs in a separate private area. Please be aware that we have two loving black labs that will be in the backyard at times. Sorry but we do not allow renters to bring their pets, no exceptions. Other Things to NotePlease be aware the apartment does not have central air. We do have window air conditioning units for the bedrooms upon request.

The Space4BRs, 1 and 1/2 baths plus 2 oversized outdoor showers. (Shower soaps included in all showers-inside and out. Dish soaps included. Walking distance to everything! A beautiful, heavenly place for anyone who does not smoke in or around the house. Bike for miles on flat roads that lead to everything that makes a vacation memorable-especially for nature lovers. Barnegat Light is located on the very northern end of Long Beach Island and is very quiet and safe. The southern end (20 min drive) has mini golf, an amusement park, water park, clubs, a wonderful theatre for all ages, tons of shopping, gourmet restaurants, fireworks and boats that sail to Atlantic City. Our family has come here for generations and love our dear, cozy home. There is also an art center which runs film festivals, art classes, yoga, exercise, cooking lessons, writing classes, lectures, book club-biking distance away. (see Long Beach Island Foundation of Arts and Sciences) There are free weekly outdoor concerts and other special events at the Lighthouse where you can climb 255 steps for a breathtaking view as well as fish or hike on a nature trail. Lighthouse, public gardens, museums, historic fishing village, antiques, special events, free concerts, bonfires, great beach combing, fishing, art classes, lectures, films, ticketed concerts, fireworks, golf course 20 mins drive, Atlantic City, 35 mins, Brigantine refuge 30 mins, sailing, surfing, parasailing or just relax. Getting AroundBike rental at end of block. Cars rentals w pick-ups available.Taxis, Trolley in summer from North to southern end. Most people bike or walk to everything as the town is about a mile wide by two miles long. Airport transportation can be arranged as well as excursions to Atlantic City, area museums, art galleries, Philadelphia, shows can be arranged for modest fees by professional driver. Bike to the Barnegat Lighthouse, where you can climb 255 steps to the top for views of LBI and across the inlet to Island Beach State Park. The Neighborhood42 Lighthouse Way is in a quiet residential neighborhood on a narrow island six miles out to sea. Other Things to NoteLoveladies Bayfront is considered to be the premier spot on LBI if you want to get away from it all. Most notably, you have navigable and swimmable water right in your backyard, as well as the most spectacular sunsets you've ever seen almost every night. Even bad weather is exciting, because you can watch a storm as it crosses the bay: six miles across and a twenty mile wide horizon. The wide sandy beach is just up the block, and there are never more than about fifty people on it. There's even a tennis court by the beach. And if you're into boating, there's a marina nearby for gas and supplies.

Sleeps 8. Full bath down, 1/2 up. Private outdoor shower. - Wall mounted a/c upstairs, window units in bedrooms. - Washer, dryer, d/w, cable, DVD player, wifi. - Bedding/Towels available for use, but must be laundered/folded prior to departure. Alternatively, renter can provide own linens. - 6 Beach Badges are Included. Required for ages 12 and above. - Cleaning fee has been deducted from base rental amount and shown as a separate cost.

Get away from the crowd in a fantastic, easy living beach house on one of the most exclusive blocks, in the most exclusive section of LBI.. Huge decks. Gorgeous view of the bay. Large dock. Hot tub. Three living rooms so guests can always get away from it all. Six bedrooms, four of which have bay views. All bedrooms have adjoining full baths or half bath (6). Sunroom/Screened porch with bay views. Open style kitchen with all new appliances and everything you need to prepare a feast. Sunroom/porch with bay views. Plenty of deck furniture. Idyllic swimming off the dock with easy steps in and out. Hammock with amazing view for just chilling out. (We've spent whole weekends in it). Queen sofa bed Linens and towels are included. (which is pretty unusual on LBI) Fully air conditioned and fans. Sleeps 14. Friday 2:00 pm to Friday 11:00 am rental to avoid the traffic and give you a full weekend at the shore. Easy walk to beach or park in a private lot right at the beach. The beach is often almost empty before 10 AM in summer, and rarely crowded. No smoking. Responsible pet owners and well behaved pets are welcome. Transparent fence available to go across dock available for small children. Boat dock Minimum rental: 1 week Security deposit: $2,000 If Trip Advisor adds a booking fee you can avoid that by paying by check. Parking: Private parking for about 5 vehicles. Street parking easily available

                                      Recently rebuilt from the ground up after Sandy. My place is walking distance to the Barnegat Bay, and a short drive to Wells Mills County Park, Seaside, and LBI. You’ll love the private backyard that overlooks the lagoon. My place is great for singles, couples, families, & respectful pets are considered. Front porch offers additional sleeping, note: if a heavy rain storm occurs a small amount of water may seep in on the porch floor because it is at sea level. Close to shopping. No WiFi
