Year-round destination for golfers featuring a driving range, mini golf, a pro shop & lessons. Getting AroundNew York city is approximately a 20 min car ride away from our home (depending on traffic), once you arrive in The Big Apple/NYC via the George Washington Bridge (located in Fort Lee, New Jersey), it takes another 15minutes to drive down to Time Square. We're also approx 35-45minutes away from Newark, LaGuardia & JFK airports (again), depending on traffic and "rush hour".
In addition, we have our own parking in or homes driveway. Also, in-walking distance, there is a bus stop to NYC, a grocery store, movie theatre, pharmacy, banks, post office, Restaurants, Starbucks coffee and other shopping. In addition, there's always UBER and a Taxi company located several blocks away so, a ride is quickly available. Other Things to NoteIn addition to the 1 bedroom that you see listed on our profile (which sleeps 3), we also have a 2 bedroom-Mother In-Law Suite, that sleeps a Family of 8 comfortably. It's available for a higher cost because its a mini apartment with 2 bedrooms, the living room has a full sofa, a love-seat and a big comfy chair to relax, nap and/or enjoy internet and cable. There is also an eat in kitchen and full bath and laundry. 1 of the bedrooms is more spacious, it has a queen size bed, as well as a twin size sofa/sleeper (upon request we can bring in a twin size trundle bed, which will allow this room to sleep 4). The 2nd bedroom is small, with a queen size bed that fits 2 adults (and maybe a small child on the bedroom sofa or the use of our Aero-Bed will allow sleeping accommodations for 3). Our family also finds the 2 living-room sofas comfortable for sleeping (this allows 2 more sleeping areas if you'd like). There's also a full kitchen, ready with (a variety of coffee, tea, coco, bottled water and oatmeal) a few amenities to help you get settled-in, until you make it to the grocery store. Although the bathroom is not attached as the room you see in my listing but The Mother In-Law Suite is more spacious and a bit more private than it is being on the main area of the house. I haven't had time to take pictures and post the mother-in law suite or the price nor have I figured out how to post 2 separate listing for 1 home? But, I will figure it out sometime soon. I just wanted to get the initial room up and listed, so I could get going with our home accommodations being an #1 Airbnb representative ;-)
