The West End Park offers free concerts Sunday nights, there are often fairs or events on the main street Brighton Ave. Grab a hot dog at New Jersey's famous Windmill or catch sports, dancing, and awesome food at Jack's Goal Line Sports Bar. Whether you are looking for upscale, casual, Japanese (Izu Sushi is one of the best in the area) Mexican, Italian, bagels...you name it, West End has it. 24 hour 7 eleven across the street for anytime needs. Getting AroundYou can have your own parking spot right in from of the apartment. The Long Branch Train Station is a 15 minute walk, a $5 cab ride, and is serviced also by a free shuttle outside the apartments. Other Things to NoteIn the interest of full disclosure, my apartment is steps to the beach, however with rebuilding the Long Branch boardwalk the entrance in front of m y place is (URL HIDDEN) worries though, you can walk 10 mins north or 5 mins south and get on the beach, I will show you exactly how on map.

      The SpaceMy home is a peaceful quiet space which makes it a relaxing experience for everyone. I prefer guests with similar mind set. Overview/What’s yours to use? Basic amenities have been provided including clean bedding and fresh towels. Extra towels can be found in the closet outside your bedroom. Also bathroom in hallway. You are also allowed to store items in the refrigerator. Home has central air and set around 70 degrees and your room also has a ceiling fan with a couple settings. Please let me know if temperature is not comfortable and I’ll adjust. Please do not touch thermostat without my permission. I do not serve a full breakfast but do provide coffee with cake or danish in the AM. For your stay I also provide two beach passes for day of “check-in only” not on “check-out day” for Long Branch beaches only (can walk two blocks to beach access). $45 each for any loss badges so please pin them on a bag or towel. Store bikes in backyard or garage. Guest AccessI will give you a garage code to use for your stay to enter and exit home. This code is changed after each guest visit. The NeighborhoodQuiet residential neighborhood on dead end road lined with new homes and condos. Getting AroundGetting Around The house in the middle of all the action. Two short blocks to the right of exit of Hulick Street is Brighton Avenue. You can find pubs (Ron’s Bar, Jacks bar and grill etc.), restaurants, banks, liquor store, grocery store, gas station, cocktail lounges (MIX Lounge), Brighton Bar (live music dive bar). About two blocks from house is the ocean access to beach. A brand new boardwalk goes from Brighton Avenue to Pier Village. West End Beach closest to the house is very clean and less visited for more of a relaxing beach while going further up towards Pier Village will be busier by Avenue Restaurant. Boardwalk has public restrooms. Renting bikes close to house is D.J.s cycles on Ocean Avenue. Great bike trail along ocean next to boardwalk. Long distance bikers can take a ride up ocean avenue to either Asbury Park /Ocean Grove the other end up to lighthouse in Sandy Hook. Both great long rides. NJ Transit is a 10 minute walk or 3 minute cab to get too. Direct train to other fun locations or NYC. About 15 minutes down Ocean Avenue will take you to very hip and exciting Asbury Park as well as historical boardwalk. Ask me for any pointers on this. Most of the restaurants are centered around Cookman Avenue. Other Things to NoteSome Home Rules • No cooking in kitchen or on grill. Please turn off coffee maker after you get your cups filled. Feel free to use our microwave, utensils and glasses as needed. May store items in fridge. Please put your dishes in the dishwasher after use. We run the dishwasher frequently. • Our home is a non-smoking environment. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterward. • No outside guests allowed in space or invited to meet up with you outside my home. • No food or drink on unfinished wood tables in living space. Any water or liquid will damage them. Use of backyard couch for before dinner cocktail or morning coffee is ok along with use of Kitchen Island. • If you are the last to leave the house, please make sure that the home is secure and all doors and windows are locked. While my neighborhood is very safe, but for both our safety, please lock all the doors. • Cellphones. Please go outside for lengthy phone conversations and try to keep noise at a low level. I keep light music on throughout the day for a tranquility experience.

      The SpaceOlder house being renovated by owner, slowly. Very close to completion, but still things need to be done. No work will be done when tenants present, except for gardening. Guests welcome to garden, tomatoes,peppers,corn,squash,zucchini,cucumbers, watermelon, pumpkins may be picked in season. Interaction with GuestsI am available at all times. The NeighborhoodWorking class neighborhood with neighbors of all ethnicities. Owner knows most of neighbors. As you get closer to beach, this changes, and is exclusive to luxury homes. Getting AroundBusy beach weekends is best to walk or bike to beach, as people start parking in street out front. After going down driveway, going left and making first left on Cooper is quieter and brings you directly to Rooneys and Great Lawn beach, which has bathrooms. Going right and then right on Seaview brings you to the start of the promenade and Seven Presidents Park. Other Things to NoteFriendly dog on property, owner will always be home if dog is out.

      The SpaceThis is a great location near the beach (5 min walk), the train (5 min walk) and many bars and restaurants---all within 15 minutes! The house is great for spending time at the beach (chairs and boogie boards available at the beach in the beach locker). Walk 10 minutes in either direction and explore the restaurants and bars at the West End and Pier Village. If you want to hang inside the house, there is plenty of space available to be with one another in The Great Room. Start a fire, watch a movie or have some drinks at the bar. In addition to all this, Red Bank and Asbury Park are both under a 15 minute car ride away! If you want to stay in for meals, access to the kitchen is provided and there is also an outdoor grill you can use. The house COMFORTABLY sleeps 8. Guest AccessAccess is provided in the below areas: -All of upstairs (except attic, which is locked) -Great Room (two doors off to side are locked) -Basement (not the storage area which is locked) -Outdoor space which includes grill -Kitchen -Beach Locker with chairs and boogie boards Interaction with GuestsWe will be available via the Airbnb app. We may or may not be in the area, but can have someone at the house within an hour.       The SpaceCharming, sun-filled, 100-year-old bungalow includes three bedrooms; two updated bathrooms; a recently upgraded cook's kitchen; a brand new patio with grill and integrated outdoor shower; and a large porch for relaxing -- plus air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, WiFi, and an HDTV with Chromecast for streaming video and music. Recently redecorated with an eye for comfort and ambiance, the house sleeps nine plus a few more if two folding cots, a crib, and the full-size couch are utilized. The house is equipped with beach gear and bikes, plus beach badges for four adults (additional daily badges are available at the park). Walk to the beach and a handful of restaurants and shops; Pier Village, Long Branch's boardwalk, and the train station (one train from Manhattan) are around a mile away. Also very close to Monmouth Park, Monmouth Mall, ferries to New York, and only about 15 minutes away from Sandy Hook to the north and Asbury Park to the south. It abuts a small park/nature preserve to the south. Walk three blocks east and you're at the beach. Also walkable are a handful of restaurants, shops, and services -- including a bagel shop, a liquor store, a bar and grill, a skate shop, an Italian ice stand, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, and others. Getting AroundThe NJTransit train station is about a mile away -- one train to Manhattan. There are ferries from Atlantic Highlands and Sandy Hook which are 15 to 20 minutes away. Long Branch has a number of affordable taxi companies and Uber is available. Drivers: The Parkway and Route 18 are close by, and the house includes off-street parking. Other Things to NoteLike many Jersey Shore houses, the home sits on the front end of a shared lot. Both houses share a driveway but the house has two dedicated parking spots plus room for up to three additional cars. It is located on moderately trafficked street but it is still quite quiet at night.

          This newly renovated home offers a great family get away! The home is less than 1 mile to the community beach club and we provide you with two adult passes, two children s' passes and a parking pass. If you prefer boating and paddling, we are a couple of blocks to a free boat ramp! If your kids need to run around, you are less than one block to community tennis courts, basketball courts, and playgrounds. We lifted, expanded and completely renovated the home 2011. We used a "beachy" theme with hardwood floors, an open floor plan and plantation shutters in living room.           The house is located at 472 Narragansett Ave and was built in 2012 with a very high standard. There are hardwood floors throughout the house accompanied by beautiful tiles in all the bathrooms. The main floor boasts 9 ft ceilings with some amazing trim work along the ceilings and floors. The dining room seats 8 with room for more by just adding the extra leaf. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a king size bed, spacious walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with dual showerheads. The 3 other bedrooms all have queen-size beds with 2 of the rooms having built-in closets. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. From the kitchen there are double sliding glass doors that open up to a very large backyard(100x75ft). In the morning you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee while sitting in the sun on the large front porch planning your day. Maybe it is a day at one of the beautiful beaches, some shopping and excitement in NYC, or just relaxing with a good book while enjoying the sun in the spacious backyard. The back of the house has the sun from noon time until it goes down. While there are many good restaraunts to choose from in the area, like Charleys Ocean Grill, North Beach Grill, or one of the many others at Pier Village, you can also choose to eat in. There are plenty of supermarkets, fresh markets, and even a fish market where you can purchase everything you would need to make a wonderful dinner at home. This Colonial-style house, which sleeps 6-8 people, has been spectacularly refurbished providing a high quality vacation unlike any other beach rental in the state. On the first floor, enjoy the home's spectacular - and light-flooded - family room, with flat screen TV, cable, wi-fi internet, with an exceptionally large sectional sofa that comfortably seats 6 adults. The family room opens directly onto the property's large deck through a wall of glass sliding patio doors. The first floor also boasts a large Shaker-style kitchen with everything an aspiring chef and chief family cook requires, while there is also a family breakfast room with a table seating eight, a formal sitting area, including queen sofa, and a games/art room. There is a study for those needing to keep in touch with work and a fabulously large sunroom that has been transformed into a children's play paradise.
