Reviews you’ve received will be visible both here and on your public profile. John John Clark Nina's place was perfect for our family gathering! Thre was plenty of room for all of our family members and we did not feel crowded at all. The large kitchen with the dining table adjacent was just right for us to cook and enjoy meals as well as great conversation. We found the house very clean and neat and contained many interesting pieces that foretell an interesting life our host Nina must have! Without question, our stay and location is worthy of the five-star rating we have given. If you are looking for a great place to eat while staying here, be sure to visit the Iron Hill Brewery which is nearby. The experience and the food was sublime! Nina Response from Nina: Review for John John and his family were a pleasure to host. Clear communicators and respectful of the house, they are welcome to return anytime. My home was clean and orderly and as a host that provides a wonderful reentry. I am so glad your stay was enjoyable. Some of you grew up in the area. See-you can go home again. Nina May 2016 May 2016 Christian Christian Nattiel Nina was very nice and even bought us a few things to make our stay more comfortable. When we arrived she let us know where everything was at that we may need and we had a great time. No complaints whatsoever we will definitely come back. Nina Response from Nina: Christian You and your fellow Cadets were a pleasure to host. Easy communication throughout and you left the house in perfect order. I enjoyed meeting all of you and I'd be happy to host you anytime. Thank you. Nna December 2015 Darwin Darwin Johnson This is a wonderful house in a pleasant quiet neighborhood with easy access to shopping. It was the perfect venue for my family's Thanksgiving gathering. Although our host was traveling she was extremely responsive and provided a very good experience for us. Nina Response from Nina: Darwin So glad Thanksgiving went well. Thank you for treating my home with good care. Your homemade turkey treats were a cute surprise upon my return. Feel free to return anytime. And next time I hope to meet you in person. Nina What Darwin loved about your listing: Everything was easy about the stay. What Darwin thought you could improve about the experience: Maybe restart your router and make sure it's working before a stay is about to start. Also make it clear that the 1's in the code are 1's and not uppercase I's. It's a small thing but it could save a bit of time as well as the need to bug you. December 2015 Lisa Lisa Passero Nina was a gracious and hospitable host. She went above and beyond - even stocking the freezer with ice cream for our family. The house was ideally suited for our family of ten. The master bedroom possessed a luxuriously comfortable queen-sized bed. One of the guest bedrooms had a sofa bed which dipped toward the ground at the foot end. It was just fine for our young children who were sleeping in it, but might not be comfortable for adults. Nina was responsive to text messages and emails throughout our stay and was ready with shopping and outing recommendations appropriate for children. Her guidance was extremely helpful. Nina Response from Nina: Lisa It was a pleasure to host your beautiful family. Returning home after your visit was impressive. Organized and clean, obviously cared for, I'd highly recommend anyone offer their home to you, Gary and the children. Thank you for sharing your story and keeping me updated during the week with your progress and questions. I'm glad the kids were able to access the sites where our country was founded. I know you were visiting the area to spend time with friends. Feel free to return anytime. Nina Value feedback: The list price seems a bit high. October 2015 Samantha Samantha Wong It was an awesome time! Came in with a lovely greeting! Nina had a collection of fine china from diff time periods. We didn't use it though but it was great we had the option to. Spacious place and a great home! Nina Response from Nina: Samantha It was my pleasure to host you and your friends. From the time of the booking through the end of your stay you were easy to accommodate and clear in your communication I returned to an orderly, clean house treated with care. Glad you enjoyed yourselves. I'd be happy to host you anytime. Nina September 2015 William William Rickman I stayed at Nina's house with 7 friends during a long weekend stay in Camden for the USRowing Masters National Head Race at Cooper River Park. The house was prefect for our group. Plenty of space, a nice quiet street, great backyard and deck (w/grill), WiFi, 2.5 bathrooms (made getting ready in the morning and cleaning up in the evening quick and easy). We were able to hang out, cook and eat together and relax. We were conveniently located to the regatta, downtown Philadelphia and plenty of stores/restaurants. Nina was an excellent host and communicator. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Nina Response from Nina: William You are a great guest. I am glad you and your friends enjoyed my home. I'd be happy to be a host for you again. I followed the scores of you and your team throughout the weekend. Quite impressive! Nina What William loved about your listing: Thanks again for the hospitality. We had an excellent time and enjoyed your home very much. August 2015
