Room layout and description: Bedroom 1: One (1) Queen Size Bed Bedroom 2: Two (2) Queen Size Beds Bedroom 3: One (1) Bunk Beds (Full on Bottom and Twin on Top) Two (2) additional pull out cots are available in the 3rd Bedroom and lots of closets space for storing your luggage. We can also supply another queen size memory foam mattress for the larger parties. Linens, Sheets, Hand/Wash Clothes and Hotel Bar Soap are provided. Living room is very large space for family time and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker and crock-pot. Stainless steel appliances are a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and refrigerator. Kitchen has a ceiling fan. The center island in the kitchen has 2 bar stools and the dining area can seat 8 people; did we mention the love seat? We recently added a pull out card table and chairs for family time or relaxation. Surrounding Area: Neighborhood is located in the perfect place for a fun filled family vacation. We are located only one (1) block from the NJ buses to the greatest shopping areas in NJ. These buses take you to the Garden State Plaza, Bergen Town Center Outlets; surroundings shopping areas are Paramus Park and Willow Brook Mall. NJ transit buses or trains will take you to NYC. The Great Falls is the second-highest on the east coast (second only to Niagara). The Great Falls thunders over a rocky ledge, 70 feet deep, about 60 feet wide to a broad basin descending 20 feet through trap rock and sandstone to the City of Paterson. Rental details: Our daily rate is considered to be a minimum two-night stay up to six (6) people. During your reservation you will be REQUIRED to pay an additional fee of $10 per person daily. These fees will be added to the rental agreement. Accommodations can be made - Please call or email for special rates and or discounts. Property Description: Each bedroom has a wall mounted 32” flat screen, including the living room and kitchen (19”). Master bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi. A full second bathroom with tub/shower combo will be shared for the other two bedrooms. Every bedroom has an HDMI cable, very easy to connect a Laptop, DVD or your personal Tablet. Separate front entrance within our secured home, security cameras watches our home 24x7. Forced Heat and Central AC throughout the apartment. Heat/AC, smoke detection and carbon monoxide are monitored by Nest Home Protection. We have hardwood floors and tiles throughout the apartment. FREE High Speed Wi-Fi and Basic Cable, information is available after you reserve or booking is confirmed. Cleaning is provided by a Professional Cleaning Agency. The cleaning fees are - $50 per Weekend - $75 weekly or $180 monthly. We provide a VERY clean property and expect you to abide by the house rules. Please YOU MUST CLEAN the apartment before checkout. Cleaning cost is paid up front and your party is expected to clean before your departure. Apartment should be maintained and cleaned as you received it! *During special pricing land seasonal discounts, cleaning will be charge a flat rate of $75 Checking in: After reservation is made - You will receive a detailed email with our house rules and how to obtain the property keys. “Late night arrivals are welcomed” Check IN: 3PM Check OUT: 11AM If our place is NOT rented by other guest(s) the day before check in or the day after of check out, the lesser will have flexibility to select the time of check in and check out If the apartment happens to be rented the new schedule shall be the following: Check IN: 6pm / Check OUT: 10am A Laundromat is three blocks away; you can drop off and pickup. You have two local stores for last minute snacks. Owners live on the property. The unit is always kept fresh and as clean. There are two parking spaces for your use on the right side of the home's driveway. NO Parking on our DRIVEWAYS. Additional street parking is at no cost; please obey the street signs and the alternate side street rules. PETS AND SMOKING ARE NOT PERMITTED, in the apartment or on the property *Evidence of pets may result in a partial or complete loss of security deposit. *ZERO TOLERANCE: Guest and the members of his party shall not used or permit to be brought into the property any illegal controlled substances, firearms or items hazardous to persons or property. No extra Guests / No House Parties: Rental Guest understands' that we will accept families, couples and responsible adults over the age of 21 ONLY. Guest(s) agree to not exceed more than the number of people stated in the reservations. Rental guests will use premises in a way as to not disturb nor offend neighbors. Owner lives on property; if a violation is occurred the owner may terminate this agreement without notice and Guest(s) shall vacate the premises immediately. *Check Out Procedure: Guest(s) shall leave premises in neat and undamaged condition. All dishes must be washed and put away. *All food must be removed from refrigerator and cabinets. All trash removed and placed outside the unit into the wastebasket provided by property owner. Furniture must be placed in its original location. Traveling Guides to NYC: All major highways are less then 2 minutes way, with lots of shopping near by. Chinese, Spanish and Italian restaurants that deliver and even have dine in during normal business hours. We are just 15 minutes by car to the George Washington Bridge and 20 minutes from the Lincoln Tunnel. Great way to see NYC and Manhattan Museum's. Near by Attractions under an hour of travel: NYC Times Square - 45 minutes Great Adventures – 45 minutes Dorney Park - 1hour Lake Welch (Seven “7” Lakes) - 25 minutes Bear mountain State park with Swimming pools – 25 minutes Mountain Creek - 1:15 minutes Camel Beach Mountain Waterpark - 50 minutes Travel to NYC - By Bus, by Train or by Car: 1. NJ Transit Bus # 161 Time: 45 minutes (without traffic) 2. NJ Transit Trains Time: 35 minutes (without traffic) 3. Driving by Car: Time: 25 minutes (via Lincoln Tunnel) Without traffic (Tools are $13 and parking is using $20-$40 Daily) 4. Park and Ride: Drive your car to Secaucus train station (A quick 15 minute car ride) pay no more than $24 per day, then take the NJ Transit train fro a cost of $3.00 per person each way.           The SpaceYou can expect a cozy private room accompanied by 2 twin sized beds. Although there is no door the entrance to the room is closed off by a curtain. It's the closest room to the bathroom and kitchen making your stay that much more comfortable. Guest AccessYou will have access to everything but the bedrooms and our personal essentials. This includes access to the bathroom/shower, kitchen area as well as the fridge for storage use, cookware and utensils, dining room area and wifi! Interaction with GuestsThis is a shared home between myself and a female friend. Depending on the day of your stay we may be working or hanging out at the house. We're two very down to earth people to be around. We enjoy having our own friends over fairly often so it's a very chill and open environment. You can feel comfortable being yourself here and maybe even making some friends if you choose. The NeighborhoodWere placed right across the street from a track field that is open to public use during the day. Just a block away are convenience stores, liquor stores, restaurants (24 hour), gas station (gas station), auto repair, phone repair, hair salons and barbershops, laundromat and major bus stops into New York City. Theres even a clubs and bars in walking distance. I mean does it get any better? Getting AroundIt is extremely easy to get around from here. Just a block away are two main streets multiple buses run down. If you're traveling into the city it is only about a $6 ride with no transfers leaving you at the final stop in the heart of Time Square. If you're driving we are just a few blocks away from a major highway which leads you straight over the George Washington Bridge and is about a 20 minute drive. Other Things to NoteWe also share our home with a friendly maltipoo. She is hypoallergenic and easy to love! Although, if you aren't a fan of dogs we do have a gate we can use to keep her out of your hair. My roommate and I are smokers. Any other concerns we can talk about further into your interest.
