The SpaceThe house is being restored but that doesn't mean its a construction site. 15x14 room for 2 is freshly painted, clean and bright. Its in a 5 bedroom c.1850 house. The full bath in the hall hasn't been updated yet but its clean and functioning. Shower only ,no tub. Guest Access3 different bedrooms now available and use of upstairs full bath, kitchen and 1/2 bath. Relax in the living room to read or watch TV or sit on the porch or out in the yard. Interaction with GuestsIm flexible, do you need directions or a driver? Do you need dinner suggestions? Would you like a cooked breakfast or just a muffin and coffee? Im new to this but open to trying to be as helpful as possible. Im always there for guests. The NeighborhoodOld farm house on very edge of quiet little town. Walk to cafes or restaurants or Start the trail across the street to the lake or even go ahead and take that late nigh walk, its completely safe. 15-20 min drive to Heart of Princeton, Trenton, Lambertville-New Hope or Flemington. 40 min to Philly, 60 min to Newark Getting AroundThere is a NJTransit bus Rt 4 blocks away,Mercer County airport 10 min drive. Amtrak and NJTransit train northeast corridor 20 min drive to Hamilton Sta. Its a fabulous location. Other Things to NoteMostly looking for visiting easy going people that need just a bed for a night or two or Business people who don't want to live on Rt 1 for a couple of weeks or months . Folks that know how to make them selves at home and relax.

The SpacePerfectly situated in charming Hopewell Borough, this house is surrounded by a mix of diverse cultural attractions, scenic farmland and historical landmarks. Short walk to town and a beautiful park. Centrally located 20 minutes from Princeton in one direction and the lively Delaware River towns of Lambertville, NJ and New Hope, PA in the other, and about 1 hour away from both NYC and Philadelphia. Antiques, arts, music and local Farmers Markets are plentiful. Nearby recreation includes the Sourland Mountain Preserve and many parks and trails to walk, bike, hike or jog. The area is known for it's terrific bike touring and there are great bike paths for strolling along the Delaware River too. The house has central air conditioning throughout plus ceiling fans and lots of windows if you prefer fresh air! A fully equipped, modern kitchen, washer/dryer, linens and everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom suite has a king bed and another bedroom has a queen. A third bedroom with queen bed is available upon request for an additional fee. Guest AccessPrivate use of entire house; 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, front porch, backyard with private patio and yard. A third bedroom is available upon request with queen bed if needed for an additional fee. Outdoor grill and two bikes available in the garage for your use. The NeighborhoodQuiet, tree-lined street in a neighborly, family oriented community. Short walk to town with access to many conveniences and things to do, including great restaurants, cafes, galleries, shops. There are various churches, a public library, pharmacy and post office, even a playhouse and historic museum all within walking distance. The Brick Farm Market offers local meats, produce, cheeses, baked goods and healthy groceries. Hopewell Park is right down the block with its many walking trails, a playground and fanciful gazebo that hosts music during the summer. Designated a “village center,” Hopewell Borough is small in size, rich in history and full of good-spirited local flavor. Getting AroundWhile many important things are within walking and biking distance, you will find it easiest to have a car to access all the area has to offer. The SpaceThe farmhouse is at the end of a long driveway on 15 private acres. We cannot see and rarely hear our neighbors. We have cows, horses and barn cats. The front porch has seating and dining areas for a perfect dinner undercover. We have a caretaker who cares for the farm animals and is at the barn area twice a day---very friendly and helpful. We have a 2 acre fenced in yard for dogs with a dog door for access to the house. Guest AccessSamsung 46 inch tv/stereo Vitamix Citrus juicer Cookbooks. There is someone at the barn twice a day at varying hours. Other visits may be necessary depending on weather, animal wellness, etc. . . . Ask to buy the award-winning farm fresh eggs when you see someone at the barn. Otherwise, interaction is at the guest's discretion. The NeighborhoodThe house is secluded so that there isn't much of a sense of having neighbors. We cannot see and rarely hear them. We are a 5-7 minute drive to Lambertville - New Hope. Nearby: The Stockton Market Brick Farm Market Nomad Pizza Liberty Hall Pizza Acme Theater John & Peters (music venue, New Hope, PA) Antiques / Auctions Golden Nugget Flea Market Vintage clothing The Boathouse (bar in Lambertville) The Swan (bar in Lambertville) An 1 hour from Philadelphia and 1.5 hours drive from NYC. Getting AroundNJ TRANSIT to Trenton or Princeton Junction then cab or car service. Happy to help arrange for a car. While there is great walking in the area, we are 5.5 miles from the center of Lambertville. The are is a popular road biking destination. Bikes available upon request. Other Things to NoteTwo dogs live in the house and travel with us. We have barn cats that do not come in the house. Well behaved dogs welcome. Unfortunately, we cannot welcome cats--allergies! We do not have a dishwasher. Air conditioning units are in the bedrooms. Fans are available for use in the rest of the house. It is a simple old farmhouse. We love exactly that about it. (Get fresh eggs from the neighbors. Enjoy incredible local produce.)

The SpaceThis extraordinary home was filmed in movies & magazines and Einstein visited here! The first floor rooms include living room, dinning room, large chefs kitchen & bar, sitting room, & bath all with a mix of new and antique furnishings. The second floor has three bedrooms; one traditional, one romantic, one collegiate all with the utmost comfort, and beautiful bathroom. There is a wellness studio on the property so you can enjoy a therapeutic deep tissue, swedish, myofascial, or trigger point massage with licensed massage therapist. Guest AccessGuests have the first and second floors, porch and gardens for use. The chefs kitchen is so spacious many guests want to just hang there! Home owner resides in the wellness studio when main house occupied & can help with various requests. Additional info about host at Nurture Massage Studio in Hopewell. Interaction with GuestsHome owner is available for transportation and catering help. The NeighborhoodHopewell is a quant, historic center with many good dinning options and close to Princeton and Bucks County Pennsylvania making it convenient to all transportation. Getting AroundLocal Transportation can be arranged and it is 15 minutes to Princeton and Bucks County Pennsylvania and one hour to both Newark New Jersey and Philadelphia Pennsylvania airports. Other Things to NoteThe attic and basement are not available but if there is a need to store something during the stay there is flexibility. There is a very small office room on the second floor that is not open for public use.

The SpaceI have a lovely home situated on 2 landscaped acres with a very large patio. In the midst of the patio, there is a koi pond with a waterfall and we are close to a small lake and an organic farm (with a store!). Your room is a spacious bedroom with sitting area, large closet, TV, ensuite bath with large roman tub and 2 sinks. You may also relax in the conservatory and enjoy an all around view of the landscape or play pool in our Irish pub-like bar. Guest AccessOur guests have access to their own large private room with large full bathroom, sitting area with sofa with views of the pond. It has a queen size 4 poster bed with a Tempurpedic mattress. You may relax on the patio, play pool in our Irish Pub like bar or lounge on the sofa in the conservatory. Limited access to the kitchen (other than breakfast). Laundry facilities are also available upon request. I have another room that can be available with some advance notice. It has a queen bed and a comfy twin memory foam on the floor. Sleeps 3. Interaction with GuestsI will be there to help you with whatever your needs may be. I am very familiar with the area, restaurants, sights, etc. If I am available, I am happy to make breakfast, otherwise there is cereal and other breakfast options. Please let me know in advance if there is anything in particular that you'd like me to have for you. For additional fees and with advance notice, I have another smaller room available or I can make a nice lunch or a dinner for up to 8 people, offer happy hour or just about anything - just ask. I am also happy to leave you alone if you prefer that. The NeighborhoodWe live in a lovely neighborhood that is on a lake and close (but yet so far) to many places including the Pennington School, Merrill Lynch, Bristol Myers Squibb, ETS, Jansen, Johnson & Johnson, Grounds for Sculpture, Princeton University, Institue for Advanced Studies, Albert Einstein's House, Hopewell NJ boro, Pennington NJ boro, Princeton NJ boro, New Hope, PA, Lambertville, NJ, Lambertville Halloween festivities, Philadelphia (45 min), New York ( 1 hour+) Getting AroundYou can park right outside in the driveway. There is train service to downtown Philadelphia and New York City. The train station for Philadelphia (45 min ride) is about 10 minutes away and the train station for NYC Penn Station (~1 hour ride) is about 20 minutes away. Both trains are direct into each city (ie no connections). Other Things to NoteNo pets. We have a very sweet and friendly tabby cat. No smoking except on the patio.

The SpaceThe home sits high on a hill overlooking the in-ground swimming pool, the pasture below and Horse Farm and the creek running through the trees. You are invited to rock on the front porch or wander inside to two wonderful antique wood-floored rooms which lead you onto the large great room with wood burning stove which runs along the rear of the house. The full eat-in kitchen and utility/laundry room plus half bath are located off the kitchen. The mudroom coming in from the driveway and garage are found on the left. Three bedrooms are upstairs along with the full bathroom. This property is surrounded by historic preserved land and is adjacent to a famous Horse Farm. Organic farms and nature trails are walking distance along with the Stony Brook Watershed famous for its Butterfly festival during the summer. The location offers easy access to Philadelphia or New York, Route 31 to Route 95 is a mile away! With a brisk walk or jog, you can find yourself at award-winning wineries. Nature, hiking and biking trails are all around you. Grocery stores and fine dining are within minutes of travel. The Pennington area is a great neighborhood that is close to many historic areas and access to major thoroughfares for easy travel. Minutes to Historic Lambertville, Princeton, and Philadelphia. The New Hope area offers terrific restaurants and is a shopping mecca in a scenic area adjacent to the Delaware River. We are about 15 minutes from Princeton and its famous university and equally distanced to the Lambertville. NJ/New Hope, PA area noted for its fine dining and eclectic population. You can be in Philadelphia by car in about 30 minutes. Taking the train, you can be in New York City (NYC) in about 1 hour from the Hamilton train station. Getting AroundPublic Transportation is available but not so close. Given the semi-rural setting, an automobile is recommended for easy transportation. As mentioned, major train station routes including AMTRAK, SEPTA and NJT are very close by automobile. Please note this area is noted for bicycling and there are many nature and hiking trails walking distance from the house.
