The NeighborhoodTypical beach community...very nice, well kept homes on the street, busy during the spring and summer months and extremely quiet from Oct-March if you like peace and quiet....even the traffic light are turned off! Getting AroundSince everything is within walking distance there isn't much need for a car, but there is a free LBI shuttle bus that runs the entire island and is FREE. There are also taxi's available if necessary. This unit has off street parking for one vehicle. Other Things to Note******ONLY 2 PRIME SUMMER WEEKS REMAINING!       *After experimenting this past season with mid-week to mid-week rentals and receiving positive feedback, we will be renting our 2017 season in the same manner. With that said, we have one week available for 2017 -which is August 24 - 31. April, May, June, September and October 2017 will be available for a minimum of a four night stay. Newly renovated beach house on lagoon with a great view. Ideal for 3-4 adults and 1 or 2 older children as our home is not childproof. Maximum of 6 occupants - no exceptions. Two bedrooms have a queen bed and the third small bedroom has a twin sized bunk. One full bathroom, one powder room, central air and full sized washer and dryer. Sliding glass doors open onto the large deck from the master bedroom and from the living room. Gorgeous tile flooring throughout the house. Double ice maker and filtered water in refrigerator. 49" HD TV in the living room, 2nd TV in the master bedroom. Shaded patio under deck, outdoor shower, gas grill. Swim and park your boat in the back yard. Five minute boat ride to Barnegat Bay and 7-8 minute car ride to the nearest beach on Long Beach Island. Six beach badges are provided for 3rd to 31st Streets in Ship Bottom ( $120 value). IMPORTANT RULES: Our home is in a residential area. In order to respect our neighbors, it is our policy to rent to families only, not to groups of young adults. No pets and no smoking - NO EXCEPTIONS. You are 5 minutes from the beach but you are also close to all of the shopping centers on the mainland. You can spend the day on the pier. Hop in for a swim. Try out our Kayaks. Our backyard is huge and there are plenty of chairs to lounge out in and catch some rays. The decks that overlook the bay are huge and is where most families chose to spend a lot of their time. Outdoor dining while watching the action on the bay is a favorite activity. And we have a giant Weber stainless steel natural gas BBQ for the grill master of the family. $250 Security Deposit After many years on LBI our family bought this house in Beach Haven West to get the best of all worlds. Long Beach Island is so crowded that getting around through the lights and traffic can take forever. Going to a simple grocery store becomes an ordeal. The East Pointe Section of Beach Haven West, where we are, gives you easy access to/from the LBI beaches (you only hit 1 traffic light from our house to LBI) and easy access to the shopping on the mainland. Our Bay Front location gives you a view of the bay the you can not get on LBI. This beautifully landscaped and recently updated condominium complex has a swimming pool and is on a beach block in the heart of Ship Bottom. The Unit has both a deck and a balcony and includes lounge, umbrellas and beach badges. It is in a great location, everything is within walking distance: beach (ocean and bay), shopping, excellent restaurants, stores, bakery, public fishing dock, night life, miniature golf and just a short drive to shopping malls, an amusement park, public golf etc. The best news is the we WERE NOT EFFECTED by Hurricane Sandy and suffered no damage! It comes with WI-FI, central A/C, Flat screen TVs, a complete kitchen, including dishware/flatware, glasses/cups, ice-maker and pots/pans. We also provide linens and make the beds. There are two full bathrooms, and an outside shower if you prefer, to use after coming back from the beach or fishing. There are two decks, one suitable for BBQ-ing/dining and another rooftop deck for sunning. Guest AccessThe whole house is available for your use. Interaction with GuestsWe are available prior to your stay but not during, and will have a local contact in case any issues come up during your stay. The NeighborhoodThis home is located in the town center as well as the center of the island. It's walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops. This area is busier than other locations and getting to the beach requires crossing two roads. This home won't be for you If you desire a very quiet location. Ship bottom is home to the original Ron Jon surf shop, though it isn't the original building. There is plenty of good food available in the neighborhood, including fresh daily catch at the Fishery down the street. The beach was crushed during hurricane Sandy. After reconstruction, the beach is now wider than ever. Great coffee at TheLocal and Wawa. If you are staying out of season there are numerous fine restaurants that are open for service. Getting AroundThis unit has off street parking for 2 or 3 vehicles, though, overnight parking on the street is OK. Ask us about the LBI shuttle which is a free shuttle to get around the island. Atlantic City is about a 1 hour drive. There is a low cost day trip bus to AC that will pick up 1 block away. Ask for more info. Other Things to NoteYes, the beaches do require badges! The badges are required from the middle of June to Labor Day in September, only for persons 13 years of age or older and those younger than 65. Note that the island has more than one town, and each town has its own badge. Let us know if you need any guidance. As of now, we don't offer beach badges, but this may change in the future.

Please use the shell “ashtrays” and do not discard cigarettes on ground. 2. No pets allowed. 3. WET Towels: Do not leave Wet towels, Bathing suits or any other damp items on wood floors. All wet items are to be kept off flooring. 4. Please turn off lights, ceiling fans, and air conditioners when off premises. 5. Please do not flush feminine products in toilets. 6. The electric circuit breakers for the kitchen appliances and majority of the lights/outlets are located behind the framed photo on the right side of the kitchen entrance way. If you require access, please call Dennis at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). The main circuit breaker panel is located in the downstairs entryway and is accessible to all tenants. Guest AccessParking: No parking allowed in driveway. Parking is allowed in front of building or on 28 Street and 27 th Street. Please obey street signs. Interaction with GuestsCLEANING: Each property will be inspected, sanitized and cleaned after your departure. YOU ARE REQUIRED to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it by making sure, dishes are done and put away, sand is removed and garbage taken out. The home should be ready to be vacuumed, dusted and sanitized. If additional cleaning is required, appropriate charges will be deducted from your security deposit at the rate of $25 per hour. 10. WHAT WE SUPPLY: The property is equipped with two Full size size beds and a Queen Bed in the main bedroom and a queen size pullout sleeper in the living room area. The kitchen is fully equipped with Pots, Pans and Cooking Utensils. Please remember to care for our possessions and leave everything in the in the unit and in the same condition prior to your stay. There will be extra charges to your security deposit for replacing these items if found to be necessary. Please check with us if you have any specific questions as to what is available at the home 11. WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: You are required to bring your own Linens / Blankets / pillows and bath towels. We do not have a linen changeover service. Plan on packing your personal toiletry items and towels. Since we provide only a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and other dispensable items to get you started on your first day of vacation, you should plan on making a trip to the grocery store to replenish these items as you need them. Please use designated garbage receptacle on side of building and bring it to curb by 6am on Mondays and Thursdays (may be taken out to curb the night before pickup days). Only use trash bins that are labeled for the condo unit you are occupying. (Unit 5) 2. Please use designated recycling receptacle on side of building for bottle s and cans. Bottles and cans may be mixed. Recycling is picked up on Wednesdays – receptacle may be brought to the curb by 6am on pick up day. Outdoors 1. Barbecue: If using the BBQ, please remember to clean up the BBQ, utensils, and table when finished. 2. Bicycles may be stored in the back yard beneath the back stairs. 3. Beach chairs can be stored behind the outdoor showers (between the showers and the neighboring building) in the marked area. 4. Sandy / wet beach towels can be temporarily stored on hooks on outside of outdoor shower. Please shake out before bringing inside. 5. There is NO access to downstairs rear deck

          The Space1st bedroom has 2 single beds, 2nd bedroom has 1 full bed. There is a pull out couch in the family room that is a full bed and a pull out couch in the dining room that is a full bed. All clean linen will be on the bedroom beds and extra clean linen will be in the bathroom on the shelf next to the beach towels for the couch beds. We also have a big shower outback of the house and a big picnic table that seats 6 comfortably. The house does not have central air, however we provide 3 window units that keep the house nice and cool for the occasional day that the ocean breeze just isn't cutting it. Guest AccessLBI not only offers beautiful beaches, but there are many places to rent boats, fish, crabbing, play tennis, go on rides @ Fantasy Island, dine casually or elegantly, and our favorite - Enjoy the nice ocean breeze on the front porch with a cold beverage and your friends/family! Interaction with GuestsThe island offers free shuttle buses every 10-15 minutes that go the length of the island; bring your bikes; drive or walk to nearby attractions. Or better Yet UBER is now on LBI!! The NeighborhoodThe location of my house is amazing!!! Great selection of craft beers @ The Arlington 1 block away. Perfect slice of pizza @ Speakeasy 3 houses away, get a Zagat rated Amazing dinner with your significant other @ Raimondo's 3 blocks away, grab delicious coffee @ Wawa 5 blocks away or best of all, walk up to the beach and relax while listening to the waves ONLY 5 HOUSES AWAY... Getting AroundThere is parking for 4 cars in the driveway, or if you are lucky you can score street parking. This listing is for the back unit (b) of a reverse living, contemporary style duplex that was built in 2007. This house survived superstorm sandy with no damage, and is now back on the rental market with many great weeks available. It looks as good in person as it does in these pictures! Available weekly with a Saturday changeover. In the off-season (October - April) we rent with 3 night minimums. Price includes a changeover cleaning. SORRY - No rentals for proms or graduation parties. We are the third house from the beach, with ocean, beach and bay views, is elevated and consists of three stories. The ground floor has ample storage space for all your beach stuff as well as a dedicated stack-able washer and dryer. Two front and back on site parking spots are allocated to this unit on the west (left) side of the house. Up to the second floor where you will find three bedrooms and a full bath with beds to sleep 7 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a Samsung smart WiFi enabled HDTV. All of the bedrooms contain high end Sealy “Posturepedic” mattresses with plenty of pillows for a restful sleep after a long day on the beach. The NeighborhoodWhat makes our neighborhood so attractive is that we are two blocks from the Bay with life guarded swimming area, and a great playground, and two blocks to the ocean. 17th street has stop lights at the main intersections, and if you have visited LBI before, this is "HUGE" especially when you have your family, and all of your beach stuff trying to get the the beach! We are walking distance to all of your needs, food, restaurants, night club, liquor store, bank & post office. Once you park and unload, you don't really need your car for the rest of your stay! Getting AroundWe now have the LBI shuttle, which is FREE and takes you from one end of the Island to the other. Great for you and the teenagers, you can stay on the beach and they can head to Fantasy Island amusement park and shopping!                         *After experimenting this past season with mid-week to mid-week rentals and receiving positive feedback, we will be renting our 2017 season in the same manner. With that said, we have one week available for 2017 -which is August 24 - 31. April, May, June, September and October 2017 will be available for a minimum of a four night stay. Newly renovated beach house on lagoon with a great view. Ideal for 3-4 adults and 1 or 2 older children as our home is not childproof. Maximum of 6 occupants - no exceptions. Two bedrooms have a queen bed and the third small bedroom has a twin sized bunk. One full bathroom, one powder room, central air and full sized washer and dryer. Sliding glass doors open onto the large deck from the master bedroom and from the living room. Gorgeous tile flooring throughout the house. Double ice maker and filtered water in refrigerator. 49" HD TV in the living room, 2nd TV in the master bedroom. Shaded patio under deck, outdoor shower, gas grill. Swim and park your boat in the back yard. Five minute boat ride to Barnegat Bay and 7-8 minute car ride to the nearest beach on Long Beach Island. Six beach badges are provided for 3rd to 31st Streets in Ship Bottom ( $120 value). IMPORTANT RULES: Our home is in a residential area. In order to respect our neighbors, it is our policy to rent to families only, not to groups of young adults. No pets and no smoking - NO EXCEPTIONS. There is an outdoor deck you can access of the doors of the kitchen or livingroom. The house is located on a quiet dead end street one of the quietest blocks on LBI with no through traffic. We are just 10 blocks south of the bridge so you don't have to fight traffic in the summer. The modern kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. Cooking utensils and silverware are supplied as well. The house is on the first floor with access to the back yard. There are two bedrooms. The house sleeps six. The main bedroom has a full size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen size sofa in the living room. Central air, Cable, TV & Internet. Off street parking for two cars. No linens are supplied.                                 The SpaceOur historic cottage was built in the 1920s and is the perfect getaway from the city. Situated on a quiet street in Ship Bottom, renters can walk to the beautiful, clean beaches with ease. The home is close to docks for fishing and crabbing, a bay beach that's great for children, mini golf courses, ice cream stands, and numerous bars and restaurants. The house comes with access to a complete kitchen with basic pantry items such as spices and olive oil, and also includes dishware/flatware, glasses/cups, pots/pans, a range and oven, coffeemaker, microwave, and toaster oven. There is no dishwasher or garbage disposal in the kitchen. The living room has a large table that can comfortably seat four people, and also has some coloring books, board games and DVDs that guests are welcome to use. There's one A/C unit that connects to the living room window. The backyard patio has a picnic table and grill. Guest AccessThe whole house is available for your use. Guests may not go into the shed in the backyard. Interaction with GuestsI'll be accessible via email and phone, but will not be on the island during your stay. Getting AroundThis unit has off-street parking for 2 vehicles, though overnight parking on the street is OK. Other Things to NoteYes, the beaches do require badges! The badges are required from the middle of June to Labor Day in September, only for persons 13 years of age or older and those younger than 65. Note that the island has more than one town, and each town has its own badge. The house comes with three to use. You must supply sheets and pillow cases, towels and toiletries. We have at least two pillows for each bed including the full sleeper in the living room. Guests may not use the washing machine. The outdoor shower is the only shower on the property. The house does not have WIFI access or cable.
