The SpaceWe have 5 bedrooms available; 2 rooms have queen size beds and private baths (one first floor, one second floor), 1 room has two twin size beds with a private bath (second floor), 1 room has a full size bed and a twin bed, double occupancy (shared bath with suite, second floor), One Suite has a Queen size bed and daybed (private bath or bath can be shared with other room, second floor). There is an upcharge for the suite. Guest AccessGuests will enjoy a full breakfast in our Dining Room or can enjoy a snack in our coffee lounge. Guests can enjoy their time in our Common areas which include our Parlor, Living Room, Dining room and Coffee lounge. The SpaceMinutes from the Susquehanna River. 1/2 hour from Oneonta. 10 minutes from Duck Pond Farms. Minutes from Pine Ridge market. 5 bedrooms (one is a master bedroom) and a large great room (kitchen, dining, living room) Guest AccessGuests will have access to the top floor but not the basement. The only part of the basement that you can use is the washer/dryer and the bathroom. Other Things to Note$25 daily charge for each additional guest if more than 10 guests. You will have to turn on the water located in the washer/dryer room upon arrival and water MUST be turned off upon departure. All thermostats must be left at the same temperature it was upon arrival. Nothing will be left in the house that wasn't there upon arrival and nothing should be missing upon departure.
