The SpaceTurn onto the wooded drive between vineyard and picturesque horse farm, cross two gorges, pass over the railroad track, and exhale as you see the lake before you. Park in the ample parking lot and walk down to the hemlock-sided cabin to take in the lakeview from the deck. Drop your luggage in one of the three bedrooms (two with queen beds and one with bunks) and get back outside to explore the view from the decks, make a date with the hot tub gazebo, and wander down to the rocky beach, boat docks, and lakeside picnic area.
For those who desire more space, there is the optional Beach Cottage (queen bed and queen convertible futon, sleeps 4) with indoor sink/toilet and outdoor heated shower for an additional nightly charge of $85. The cottage is not heated, although we can provide space heaters for the early Fall months. It is not available after early Oct, weather depending.
Sit and relax lakeside in the Adirondack chairs, picnic at the dockside table, take the kayaks or canoe for a shoreside paddle, or drop a line into the lake for some great fishing! Don a pair of water shoes and tie a floaty tube to the dock to float in the clear waters of Seneca Lake. There is a grill and full setup for barbecues, picnics, meals on the upper and lower decks, and plenty of puzzles, games, books, and dvds stocked for your entertainment. Cabin and optional Beach Cottage are equipped with free WiFi and Apple TVs. Swing under the deck with a great read. In the evening, you might enjoy s'mores and tales around the fire pit or a relaxing hot tub under the stars.
