The SpaceThis quiet, charming space offers privacy and peace. There is a private entrance to your own suite. It's really an apartment without a real kitchen, but with the convenience of a coffeemaker, refrigerator and microwave... It's pretty cool! Trees abound, and you'll see deer walking by the windows!
You have a coffee maker with coffee, hot chocolate, and tea pods, 1/2 and 1/2, sugar. There is a microwave, paper plates and plastic utensils, too! Please feel free to turn on the small fridge...
You'll have clean towels, shampoo, soap, a shower stall, etc, in your private bathroom. Please note that there is one step up into the bathroom from your hallway.
On most weekends you'll find live music just three miles away in downtown Warwick. Close by you'll find spiritual art at Pacem in Terris, winter skiing and summer water park fun at Mountain Creek in Vernon, Mount Peter in Warwick, Hudson River cruises in Newburgh, Farmers Markets, Ren. Faire in Sterling Forest, Apple picking, Woodbury Commons, and more. Snow spots, and lovely ski slopes are close by. We are just a 90 minute car ride to NYC, too! The trundle bed opens to side by side sleeping. The beds can be separated and moved to other parts of the room... Great for a friend's weekend! It has anti allergen, anti bed bug cases, yummy fresh sheets, and extra pillows in the armoire.
There's even a desk, an armoire to hang your clothes, a chest of drawers, internet access, a TV with an Amazon fire stick (not your regular stations!) and Netflix, and a place to park your car!
The small private bathroom has the usual commodities, a nightlight, a shower stall, clean towels, soap and shampoo. Please note that there is one step up into the bathroom.

Even though I live upstairs, you'll see me when you arrive so I can show you around, and maybe in the driveway if we get into our cars at the same time! You'll have my cell # should you need me. There are brochures with local points of interest and ideas of wonderful things to do in the area. I hope you'll feel like this is your home away from home, with no kitchen duties!!! There are wonderful wineries, historic trails, museums, farm markets , Apple picking, pumpkin picking, artist studios, and amazing views of the Hudson River under an hour away. Boscobel, the Culinary Institute, and West Point are close enough to visit easily. Greenwood Lake offers sailing, beaches and music, Lake Waywayanda offers hiking, boating, and a sandy beach, too!
Ski centers are very popular here. Mount Peter is right here in Warwick, Mountain Creek has a water park in the summer and skiing in the winter! Sterling Forest is very nearby for even more skiing.
Well... You can find something terrific to do every day! Getting AroundYes... From downtown Warwick you'll find busses to New York City. You'll need a car to get around locally. Other Things to NoteWe are a short drive to Sterling Forest, which hosts the Renaissance Faire, skiing, and sporting events. Even closer are Mount Peter ski area, and ski slopes in Vernon, NJ. The Apple Orchards in Warwick are phenomenal, offering self picking of apples, and seasonal fruits. The wineries are yummy, some with entertainment on weekends. Nearby Goshen hosts the historic Trotters Museum. View the onion fields, sail on Greenwood Lake, and enjoy the lakeside beach at Waywayanda State Park... All this and more is local to my place.
