In the north side of town off the 401. Pretty quiet area. I have 4 dogs, 3 cats who are a hoot. The house was built in 73, so it has its' little oddities. I am new to this. I like to leave people alone. There are plenty of books here to read.

The SpaceThe bedroom is decorated with lodge themed art, quilts, and privacy with your own key and lock. Two separate television areas. The den with fire place has a 42" tv with apple tv, netflix, and hulu. The second media room has a 70" tv with cable and Netflix. Guest are welcome to use both media rooms, the kitchen, dining, and laundry facilities. There is a full bathroom upstairs with tub shower combination and a half bathroom downstairs. The back porch is screened in with a seating area, propane fire pit, privacy blinds, and a fan. Cigars are allowed on the back porch. Guest AccessGuest will be able to access the kitchen, dining room, den, media room, back porch, yard, and laundry room. Guest will have access to wifi, extra computers, Apple and Microsoft Surface. Consider this your home away from home with a long lost friend if you need one. Books are available to read, an antique piano for relaxing, or a telescope for star gazing. Interaction with GuestsI work 12 hour days and generally will be home after 5pm during the week. I will provide towels, soap, shampoo, and toothpaste in the guest bathroom. You are welcome to use all appliances in the kitchen and any part of the house and yard except the master bedroom and garage. This is my family home and we invite you to enjoy your stay. My wife and 5 children are away for work for the next year. Feel free to visit and engage me in conversation, or be left alone and enjoy your privacy. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood ranges from $250,000 homes to over 1 million dollar houses. It's a small development that is quiet, secure, and crime free. Getting AroundNo public transportation close by. You will need a car or Uber. Close to I-295, Ramsey Street, restaurants and shopping. 10-15 minutes from the mall and downtown Fayetteville. Other Things to NoteKeurig coffee maker, glass cooktop stove, free wifi, extra computers if needed, and a quiet porch to relax on, as well as cigar porch, and great company. Anything you need I will adjust accordingly. The front door is accessible through Bluetooth and will require a code and app on your smart phone.
