The NeighborhoodWhen there are leaves on the trees, you can only see one other home from the house. It is a very private location. The neighbors have horses, and there is much farmland in the area. Beautiful, peaceful, and green.
There is a herd of deer that normally comes through at twilight, and several groundhogs, swallows, and bunnies making their homes around, so don't be surprised by the wildlife! Getting AroundBy car 10 minutes from Doylestown, Lake Nockamixon, 30 to New Hope, PA, and 20 to Frenchtown, NJ.

There is a Regional Rail line terminus is Doylestown, which is a 15 minute drive from the house. This train goes directly into Philadelphia, into Suburban Station, which is a hub for the city transit. Other Things to NoteThe Giant grocery store is less than 10 minutes away, and there are several restaurants in Doylestown. There's even outlet shopping nearby. I have left information on the kitchen counter.
Rural internet discontinued because it was unreliable. I'm looking for alternatives, so if broadband wifi is "make or break" for you, check back.
