**Please note, this property is a shared environment - the homeowner lives on the property. Guests have their own bedroom/bath on the 2nd floor of the house. The rest of the house is shared with me (the homeowner). Please be sure this is acknowledged before inquiring or booking. Listing description must be read and understood** **Due to recent issues with my township and as the result of a cease and desist order, short-term stays are halted until I can work something out with the township to allow short-term rentals. Until then, if you need a long-term stay, I would be happy to host you.** IMPORTANT: The house is not childproof and many areas of the house may be hazardous to children (such as there are breakable decorations, delicate furniture, hanging window blind cords, etc). Parental discretion is advised. If bringing children, they must be supervised and please do not let them run in the house. It is important for guests to know that they must have their own transportation. There is nothing in walking distance and public transportation is not available. As an advisory to those with animal allergies, there is one cat living in the house. The house is a single-family detached house, built in 1956 but was updated throughout the years, with the majority of it being in 2014. The guest bedrooms are upstairs. They are separate and have doors for privacy. The large room has queen-size bed and a 32" flatscreen HD TV. The TV service is brought to you by DirecTV. The small room has a full-size bed, and an all-in-one computer equipped with Windows 10. The computer can be moved to use the desk for a laptop computer. Portable TV (no cable) available for the small room. The bathroom is in the hallway between the two rooms. Closet/dresser space available in both rooms. Bedsheets and bath towels are provided, but you may bring your own if you wish. My bedroom and bathroom are downstairs. Guests may also use the downstairs bathroom. I respect guest's privacy. Guests will have access to all common living areas of the house (kitchen, living room, etc), and may use the washer/dryer. The driveway is large enough to hold one car next to mine. If possible, please park your car in the driveway, to help avoid neighbor complaints by accidentally blocking their driveways. The house has keyless entry. The code, along with instructions on how to open/lock the door, will be given upon arrival. I work full time on weekdays from 8:00 to 4:30 (hours may vary). After work, I come home and eat dinner. Weekends I am out for a good part of the day (depending on season), but year-round, I am always home in the evenings. Levittown is a suburb of Philadelphia. My particular section of Levittown is called Middletown Twp. My neighborhood is called Cobalt Ridge. You will notice all the street names in Cobalt Ridge start with the letter "C". It is a peaceful neighborhood, with a short drive to Oxford Valley Mall and some other shopping and restaurants. Due to lack of public transportation, in addition to nothing in walking distance, this property is not suitable for those who are unable to drive or do not have a car. A car is needed! Unless you are willing to use Uber or take a taxi, staying here is not recommended. Philadelphia is about 22 to 25 miles away (depending on which part of the city you are going to). Trenton, New Jersey is about 8 miles; Princeton, New Jersey is about 25 miles. The Levittown/Tullytown train station is about 6 miles away. Across the street from the train station is a large shopping center, which has a Walmart, Home Depot, Petsmart, Dollar Tree, and some shoe and clothing stores. Pets are not permitted, however, please contact me if you have a service animal, or an animal used as therapy or emotional support. We may be able to arrange something. Documentation is required. IMPORTANT: Levittown/Middletown Twp. has noise restrictions. Neighbors can - and will - report disturbances. Please park your car in the driveway, next to my car to avoid accidentally blocking neighbor's driveways. I do not smoke or drink alcohol. To keep the house smoke-free, please smoke outside, and properly dispose of cigarette butts. Minimal alcohol consumption is permitted. Please be careful with heavy/large luggage on the stairs. Please be careful with the hot water. It can get very hot!
