There is a shuttle available for your convenience, see schedule page (4). For an additional fee there is an Indoor Pool and Fitness Center at the Resort, you will need to pay the fee to the Resort. •There are two Pools, (1st) is a short (5) minute walk thru parking lot make left on Gebhart Way to Highland up the hill (Need to have my ID kept in kitchen cupboard), Pool and Tennis Courts on right, use is available from nine to sunset. The (2nd) Pool, Basket Ball Court and Playground are at the Foundation Ofc at the intersection of Hightop Dr. and Snowfield Dr (15 Min walk or 5 Min drive) from Highland make a left onto Snowfield and follow Snowfield to Intersection at Hightop Dr, go straight at stop sign this will take you to the Pool and playground parking lot. •Hidden Valley Security phone number is (phone number hidden), please call this number in event of an emergency or disturbances from nearby renters. •The Homeowners Foundation Office phone # is (phone number hidden), IF the snow has not been properly removed from the parking lot and/or the front walk ways - Call this number and tell them, if after hours call security. •Your reservation and cost of stay are based on the Number of People identified in your reservation and overnight stays cannot exceed the number of guests identified, please notify me 24 hours in advance of any additional guests that will be joining your group, thank you. PLEASE NOTE: THE CONDO FURNITURE, CARPETS, FLOORS, AND CABINETS ARE EXAMINED FOR DAMAGES AFTER CHECK OUT, SHOULD THERE BE A SIGNIFICANT STAIN, TEAR OR DAMAGE TO ANY OF THE FURNITURE OR PROPERTY WHEN YOU ARRIVE PLEASE NOTIFY ME OF SAME AS TO NOT CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS RELATED TO DAMAGE DEPOSIT, THANK YOU. It is already noted that the hardwood furniture has marks and stains already from years of use and there are two couch pillows that have burn marks as well. FUJITSU COOLING AND HEAT PUMP SYSTEM: To use the remotes you must point them directly at the wall unit to operate it, simply turn on or off with the “start/stop” button, use the “mode” button and select “heat or cool” (Do Not use Auto), set the desired temperature using the “temp up/down”, select the Fan button and set to “Auto”, select the “Economy” button for quieter operation. Select the ”Swing” button to cause the air to flow in multiple directions. The system takes up to 5/10 minutes to adjust after selecting your desired settings, be patient and keep remotes in wall holders so not to get lost, thank you. FIREPLACE/WOOD STOVE: Please bring newspapers and some kindling with you to start a fire, firewood is provided on front porch and there is a carrying sleeve sitting next to the fireplace, please be careful and take care when bringing in firewood. Move the flu handle located on left to the far left to start the fire, this doesn’t open and close the Flu, when placed to the left it allows more air and when placed to the right it slows air for a slower burn of the wood. Simply open the glass hatch and place the paper and kindling inside and light and then allow some time for the stove to heat up. Once the unit is heated place additional kindling or paper in stove and place just a couple of logs inside and shut glass door and logs will burn well, but if not you may need to add additional paper or kindling. There are two switches on left side of Stove, one controls fan speed and on/off and one is for “auto” control of fan or simply “on”. I suggest using “auto” and “Low” for fan settings, as once stove develops into hot coals it will blow plenty of warm (website hidden)/SURROUND/DVD Use the Cable TV remote for turning system on. There are three buttons at the top, TV, DVD and Cable. Pressing the Cable button turns on the HD Cable box, pressing the TV button turns on the TV and The Yamaha Surround bar. Use the channel up/down on the Cable Remote and NOT the Sanyo TV remote. The Yamaha Remote provides alternate settings for TV, Music, Movies etc. that you can use to simply change the sound accordingly and volume up/down. The Yamaha remote also has a “Bluetooth” function that allows you to sync your smart phone with it in order to play music from sources such as Pandora, ITunes or your IPod. Use the volume up/down on the Yamaha or your device volume adjustment and select the Music function for best listening. The LG DVD/Blue Ray player has its own remote and can be used for DVD viewing, in order to view the DVD you need to use the Sanyo remote and press the “source” button at the top and select HDMI II to view a DVD, the volume can be adjusted on the Yamaha remote while viewing.
