To the Internet: The house has full Internet access with cable TV in the loft and in the ground floor living room space. Each bedroom has a monitor for you to access Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, white noise, music, etc. Interaction with GuestsA week before your visit, send your email address via text or Airbnb and I will send a "Welcome" to our home document that takes you through the workings of the house. It is important that you share this with your fellow guests. Text your estimated time of arrival the day before. Text again one hour before you arrive to be met at the house for the walk-through. My purpose is to make sure you enjoy every minute as our guests. Let me know of any special needs for children, elderly parents, equipment, dietary, etc. I'll be one phone call or text message away, ready to help with any need throughout your visit. The NeighborhoodJamestown has a quaint little village by the bay that is a must see/experience. You will enjoy delicious deli sandwiches at the East Ferry Deli and ice cream at Spinnakers while looking at Newport Bridge and Harbor. Savor artisan bread from The Village Hearth Bakery. RI OCEAN VIEWS AND BEACHES
Free access to a magnificent ocean view with free parking can be found at the Beavertail State Park, Beavertail Road, Jamestown, RI (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Excellent beaches closeby can be found in Jamestown, Middletown and Narragansett. Or, take a short walk or ride your bikes to Heads Beach on Seaside Drive, which has a public boat launch.
BEAVERTAIL STATE PARK, BEACH, LIGHTHOUSE, MUSEUM & AQUARIUM- Located on the southernmost tip of Jamestown, Rhode Island, the Beavertail Lighthouse museum features a collection of information, artifacts, and exhibits about the history and site of the third-oldest lighthouse in North America. See the rare (1 in 30 million) yellow lobster. The "Park Naturalist" can be found at the Beavertail aquarium or on site giving walking tours. Bring your own picnic lunch and beverages.

Boston Neck Pizza (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) They deliver, but if you want to pick up on your way to Seaside Dr. you have to get off the exit before crossing the Jamestown bridge. Take the exit that says “Wickford, Narragansett” and take a right at the end of the ramp. Boston neck Pizza is just before the gas station on your left. You can see it from the exit ramp. The place is clean and the pizza/calzones are really tasty. To the left of Boston Neck Pizza is the Park and Ride lot.

RIPTA bus service from Providence to Jamestown Other Things to NoteYou will hear ambient noise from the Jamestown bridge while on the deck or inside with the windows open at night. We always enjoyed the harmonics resonating from the bridge. If you need absolute quiet to sleep, close the windows and turn on the air conditioning or heat. We allow three cars in the driveway although there is space for four. There is no overnight parking on the street.
