The SpaceThis is a very homey space and can be very private, if you wish. It has two, comfy twin beds for two folks. (If you really need to be close, we can push the beds together!) The suite is on the 2nd floor. There is a handrail. It is 1.5 story, so the ceiling slopes on the sides. If you're really tall, you may have to be careful to not bump your head. (6'4" person said they didn't have a problem.) There's also a fireplace (electric) adding to the coziness. I'll give you a coupon for one visit to the Riverside Restaurant. Best southern-style breakfast around (mornings only). The space is "pet free." Guest AccessYou can have access to the living room and kitchen. When the weather is good, you can sit on the back deck or in the backyard. The backyard has been certified as a Backyard Wildlife Refuge by the National Wildlife Federation. I'm putting in lots of native plants which will attract lots of birds. The backyard is very private and, weather permitting, the firepit can be used to roast marshmallows! Interaction with GuestsI enjoy interacting with people. After all, I am an anthropologist. However, I have a busy schedule and, if you're enjoying Greenville, our schedules may not coincide. That's okay, too! I will be in and out of the house during your stay. The NeighborhoodWhat I love about my neighborhood is the diversity and proximity to the excitement of Greenville. Within walking distance are Columbian, Guatemalen, Mexican, and "meat & 3" restaurants. (See extra details for mileage to interesting sites.) The neighborhood is a "transitional" neighborhood, but is very safe. Getting AroundThe bus stop is right across the street. However, the buses in Greenville only run 1/hr and they don't run in the evening. I have plenty of parking for your vehicle and you'll never have to back out of the driveway! The SpacePrivate room & bath available in great neighborhood 2 blocks to Cleveland Park/Greenville Zoo, 15 minute walk to downtown (1 mile). Convenient to I-385 and I-85. 10 minutes from Haywood Mall, Woodruff Road. 15 minutes to Pelham Rd. Kristian and I are locally involved young professionals willing to show you around town. I moved here in 2008 and stayed in a hotel until I found a place to live - don't let that be you! Get to know the area before you sign your lease or put a house under contract. 1 queen bed available, private bathroom, fenced-in backyard. Great book & dvd selection, wireless internet access. SO STINKIN CLOSE to downtown. We'll refer you to some fantastic restaurants, too. Uber is now in Greenville and is great for catching rides downtown if you're without a car and do not want to walk! We do have 1 very sweet dog named Daisy. She's a rescue and will beg for food and belly rubs. She is not allowed in the guest bedroom. Perfect location for members of touring productions that come through The Peace Center! We prefer at least 24 hour notice for reservations. Please complete your Airbnb profile, incomplete profiles may cause a delay in response time. Come stay a while! Guest AccessGuests have access to all common living areas and use of the kitchen. While we don't provide any meals, we'll gladly clear off a shelf in the fridge and pantry for you to store your snacks! You've also got access to the sprawling front porch and fenced in backyard. Your lodging fee will help us finish out the landscaping, so be sure to come back and check out what you helped us create! Master bedroom and Meghan's office are the only places off limits :-) Interaction with GuestsWe are very laid back hosts and will not bother you at all. We're here if you want to talk, but each have our own thing going on so we're not all up in your business :-) Meghan works from home and will be in her office during the day. Daisy the dog is her loyal assistant and will be there to greet you each time you come in! The NeighborhoodWe love Nicholtown - our neighbors are awesome. There's been a lot of revitalization going on and we're happy to be part of it. The location can't be beat! Feel free to walk, run or bike to Cleveland Park to get to downtown or head a few blocks away and check out our awesome community garden. Wave to the neighbors on their porch, they're all very friendly and will regale you with tales if you give them the opportunity! Getting AroundShaded street parking is available in front of the house. Greenlink buses stop 2 blocks away. Taxi service and Uber are very popular amongst our guests to get to and from the airport. Bicycles are a popular mode of transportation and there are a few bike rental shops walking distance from the house. Other Things to NoteTouring artists - please send a message if you'd like to book more than 3 months in advance - we'd love to host you!

The SpaceI am trying instant booking. Back to back bookings made at the last minute might not give me time to have housekeeping come in. If that happens, I will gladly refund the cleaning fee. There should be extra clean sheets and there is a washer and dryer available if the previous guest has soiled all the towels. All cleaning materials, vacuum, broom and mop are available. My handyman can help if he is around. If this is not acceptable, please do not book on the same day that another guest leaves without checking with me first by inquiring instead of instant booking. This house is just 3 miles from downtown Greenville with easy access to the Swamp Rabbit Bike Trail and I-385. The house can comfortably fit 8 FAMILY members. A couple in the Master, a couple and 2 singles in the Spare, and a couple in the Suite. Guests will have access to the common areas of the house; Living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, Master bedroom with a Simmons queen size bed, the Spare room with one queen air bed and two twin inflatables or a queen air mattress (in the suitcases with the bedding), and one bathroom with double vanities. the Suite has a Simmons Queen mattress on a box spring on the floor and it has its own bathroom included. The Suite is better suited for adults than children and a couple sharing a bed rather than 2 singles because the bathroom is part of the room. The Studio @ Arts & Crafts House, which is a separate unit, may be booked separately if it is available and that guest has a separate parking space in front of the tree. There is service for 8. There is a set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster, coffee pot, etc. There is a 40" TV, Cable, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer are available in the laundry room on site in a different building. There is NO ON-STREET parking, but there is room for 3 cars in the driveway. Guest AccessAccess to the House is by a code which will be the last 4 digits of the phone number you have listed on Airbnb. The front light is on 24/7. I can see you on the porch or in the driveway on my security cameras so I can help you with getting in if you have trouble with the high tech lock. I can also talk to you through the speaker on the camera, but here is about a 10 second lag. Interaction with GuestsI am not usually on site, but there may be times when I will occupy the Studio Apartment behind the house. The Studio Apartment may be rented separately and that guest has a separate parking space in front of the tree. This unit might also be available if your group needs an additional real bed and bathroom. It is booked separately on Airbnb and is called the Studio @ Arts & Crafts House. Please communicate with other guests on the property. The NeighborhoodI lived here for over 12 years in this house. It is an older neighborhood that had it's hey-day around 1920, so some of the houses have not been kept up and some have been recently renovated. Some are owned by people who live here and some are rentals. ( I own 2 more houses in the neighborhood.) I love that we are so close to the Swamp Rabbit (bike) Trail. I love all the cool things that happen downtown. This weekend Artisphere celebrates local artists with a street festival that takes place all weekend. There is "A Taste of Greenville" in the fall. The Greek festival is hosted at the Greek Church grounds during April. And, unless they've changed it while I've been gone, there was music Friday nights in front of the hotel with local talent and I especially liked the Jazz. There are lots of great restaurants and shopping downtown. And the Farmers' Market is downtown from 8am to Noon. There are always shows at the different theaters, Greenville Little Theater, Warehouse Theater, Greenville Children's Theater, The Peace Center and you can find concerts at Furman and Bob Jones Universities. Wow, I'm starting to wish I hadn't left. Oh, wait, we don't have and ocean here. See my listing Nikken Wellness Room, Hilton Head Island, 29926 Getting AroundThe bus stop is at the end of the street, just a short walk, and will take you to the depot downtown where you can transfer to lots of locations. There is also a free trolley that I've never ridden so I don't know where it goes, but I think it goes to the ball park. Need directions? You can come in from so many different directions. Tell me from where you are coming, if you are driving or flying and which airport you are coming into (Greenville, Charlotte, Atlanta, Asheville) and I will do a (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) map and give directions with landmarks with what I think is the best way to navigate through Greenville. Of course, AirBnB will block that specific information until you have a confirmed reservation, but I can give you approximate times and mileages and proximity to places. For instance, someone asked me about the distance from a local school and I was able to tell her, 3 miles, 9 minutes. The house numbers are funky, as is the case sometimes in old neighborhoods. The numbers go something like, 6, 8, empty lot because the house burned down, (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) but GPS thinks it is 102. Other Things to NoteI lived in the house for over 12 years and do most of my own maintenance, so please call me with any concerns. I often can help with a problem over the phone or direct it to my trusted workmen.

The SpaceMy home is not fancy, though it is very nice, and completely remodeled in 2010-2011, but my goal has been to make it a place where people can feel at home. I believe, and have been told many times, that I've achieved that. This isn't the "best" area of town, but my family has lived on this street for more than 25 years, and it is a good, safe place to stay. Guest AccessAll guests have access to the kitchen, and both bathrooms, (all in the house.) The deck is available for everyone's enjoyment, and there are several places in the backyard to sit and enjoy nature. I have wi-fi available over most of the property. There are TV's in the living room, the guest bedrooms and the barn. All TV's have streaming video and Netflix. Interaction with GuestsI am frequently travelling, but when here, am usually available for a long or short conversation. You will have as much privacy as you desire when you stay here. The NeighborhoodThis is a quiet neighborhood...almost never any excitement, and no heavy traffic. My backyard is completely private from the street. My neighbors are friendly, but usually don't interact much. Getting AroundThere is public transportation less than a mile from the house. Other Things to NoteAlthough the bedroom will accommodate two people, and the barn can sleep 3, or even 4 with an air mattress, I need to limit the number of cars to ONE for each accommodation.

My home was completely remodeled in 2010, and is located in a very quiet working class neighborhood. I have 2 spare bedrooms. One of them adjoins the shower, and the other is directly across the hall. The rooms are separated by the laundry area so do not share a common wall. The bedroom comes with laundry and kitchen privileges. It has a small flat screen TV with Netflix, for your entertainment. Driveway parking for one car with this booking.

The SpaceWelcome to Hope Street - mere steps from the river, downtown and Cleveland Park. Wood floors, updated bathroom, chic details make this home a fun place to stay in Greenville. Our home was built for mill workers by Camperdown Mill, which was located a few blocks away on Camperdown Street. We have had the privilege of meeting some of the people who grew up on this street 50 years ago, who describe the area with great fondness and nostalgia. We hope you enjoy your stay with us! The NeighborhoodHighly desired area for homeowners. Hid away, but so close to what downtown has to offer. Getting AroundWe can offer a bike to use. There is a bike share program as well as a free trolley from N Main St to S Main St.

The SpaceFor those who wish for privacy, "the barn" guest space (with a sleeping area in the loft) is ideal. The large kitchen (in the house) is furnished with everything you need to cook a simple or a gourmet meal. My guests have been known to enjoy my cooking from time to time. Your choice of soaking tub or tiled shower, (these are both in the house.) Washer and dryer in the house at no extra charge. There is no running water in the barn. Plenty of space to park, one car per booking please. Guest AccessAll facilities in the house including the kitchen, both bathrooms, and the washer and dryer (for stays of 4 or more days.) In the barn you'll find a coffeemaker, a small microwave, a medium-sized toaster oven, and a small (dormitory-sized) fridge. I'll supply bed linens and bath towels, and even shampoo and conditioner if you forgot yours. Interaction with GuestsI am glad to answer questions and offer suggestions about places to see and eat. I can even do some cooking for you if you'd like. I will be here somewhere much of the time. If you prefer peace and quiet, I'm very content to provide that too. The NeighborhoodMy house is about 10 minutes from downtown Greenville and about 5 minutes from I-85. The foothills are less than an hour north of here. Swamp Rabbit Trail is a few minutes away. Getting AroundThis location would be better suited to those who have their own transportation. Other Things to NoteIf you like camping, but with the comforts of a bedroom instead of a tent, the barn is the place for you. Wake to the woods and a creek nearby, and birds singing right outside the windows.

The SpaceThis second-story bedroom sits in our family home beside a cove of Saluda Lake. The picture windows and vaulted ceiling let in plenty of sunshine. The antique four poster bed is comfy. Near Furman and Travelers Rest. 10 mins to downtown Greenville. This bedroom overlooks a lush yard and in the winter you can see the lake. It's a gorgeous, big stuccoed daydream of a residence, located on Saluda lake about 10 minutes from downtown Greenville. The room itself is airy, private, and quiet. There are A/C and heat controls right there in the room. If you're lucky, you'll get to hear my Dad tell an old family legend about the four-poster antique bed. Breakfast is included, if you wish, just let us know ahead. I wouldn't advise turning it down--my Mom is a great cook, and we keep chickens so we have fresh eggs. This location would be perfect for a couple looking to get away for the weekend. We also have other rooms, if you're looking for a place for kids to stay, or if you have a larger group. Just message us and we'll assess whether or not we can accommodate your group. You'll have access to the entryway room, the bedroom, and a private bathroom. One of my parents will be around at any given time. If you want privacy, let us know. If you want to be social--great! Just keep in mind that its their home and they'll want a little privacy, too! We live down a long neighborhood road. We have no immediate neighbors, but a few live up the road. Our house is very peaceful and quiet because of our serene location. It sleeps 6 comfortably. There is an updated kitchen with maple cabinets trimmed with mahogany. Off the kitchen is a breakfast nook and in the other direction, a full sized dinning room. The back porch has a washer and dryer and plenty of space for storage and hanging for items you do not want to dry in the dryer. There is a large living room with a flat screen TV and DVD. There is WIFI and you will be provided a password. The house has gas heat and central air. There are two parking spaces in the front of the house and another two spaces in the rear. In a pinch, four cars can be parked in front. There is a screened front porch with ceiling fan and a sitting group. The rear yard is fenced and very safe for children to play in. This house is four minutes from Greenville Tech and 5 minutes from Greenville General Hospital. There are many restaurants, banks, and drugstores within walking distance. Downtown Greenville is 5 to 10 minutes away depending on where you are headed. In the rear of our house are steps going up to an upstairs apartment. This is slated to go into online rental in the future but is currently rented to a friend of the family. If you see him say hello, but he is not around a lot. In considering renting my home, please be aware that I do not allow any parties, receptions, or other events that brings in multiple people and vehicles. My parking is limited and the neighbors do not appreciate large, loud events on this quiet street. This house is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Greenville. Located just off Augusta Road, it is minutes from the Greenville Hospital and also minutes to Greenville downtown. Within walking distance are restaurants, banks, and shops. A Starbucks is on the corner near the fire station. In that little shopping strip is also Zoe's, a middle eastern restaurant. However, the best middle eastern restaurant I have ever been to is at the end of Faris Road where it dead ends into Pleasantburg Drive. At this intersection traffic light, continue across Pleasantburg into the parking lot of The Pita House. A very friendly family originally from Nazareth in Israel owns the place. Tell them Miller sent you. Also within walking distance are banks, a Mexican restaurant, a drug store, a Dollar Store, dry cleaning, and realtors. The is also a very nice higher end restaurant, The Augusta Grill, about three blocks away. Also, there's pizza, a sub shop, a smoothie shop, a McDonalds, all, within walking distance.

The NeighborhoodWe are one mile from Falls Park as well as shopping and dining in an older part of the city nestled between Greenville's West End/downtown and a quaint and growing artists enclave at the end of our street (with a great little local's coffee shop) that is starting to become more vibrant as Greenville and its parks expand out and up the Reedy River . We love walking to the park from our house in the warm weather, getting coffee or chai from the Village Grind, strolling along the river with our family and trying out one of Greenville's amazing restaurants. Our baseball stadium (modeled after Boston's Fenway Park complete with a green monster!) is close by and a fun activity during the season. Greenville's famed Swamp Rabbit Trail as well as local favorite Zanti Power Yoga and the Kroc Center (swimming/tennis) are within walking distance. Many of Greenville's restaurants, shops, as well as theaters and venues for plays, music, and the arts are also within a very short drive or less than a 1.5 mile walk away. Check our guide for a glimpse at all that is nearby! Getting AroundThere is one off street parking spot at our house. Downtown's Fall's Park is a one mile walk and the rest of downtown is a little further or a short drive away. Parking is easy downtown for between $5 and $10 at most surface lots, two free garages on nights and weekends and the the first hour free at all garages with very reasonable rates after that. Greenville has bike rental shops, a free trolley you can catch off Main St. and is also Uber friendly. Other Things to NoteDates are limited, we only open the house up to guests certain days, please book in advance to ensure a reservation. The house is also a great place for families to stay. We have an air mattress for kids that can be set up as well as a crib for those traveling with infants/toddlers and an xbox for older kids. The house is big enough that we don't really use the second floor so during your stay you will have that level all to yourself. The SpaceThis is an efficiency apartment with a full-size stove and refrigerator, a queen-size bed and all the cooking a eating utensils needed for an inexpensive stay in the Greenville area. There is access to the shared laundry room just outside the door. Guest AccessThe Studio apartment is behind the Arts & Crafts House which is also on AirBnB. You will have full access to the apartment and the covered area just outside the door and the laundry room (shared with the guests in the house). The parking space assigned to the apartment is IN FRONT OF THE TREE, not in the driveway. This is where I stay when I come to town. When I stay there, I buy groceries. When I leave, I put things in the freezer so that they don't spoil during my travels. You are welcome to whatever I have left behind. Mustard, ketchup, mayo, mini-moos, etc. are for common use. You will find a coffee grinder, toaster, 1 cup coffee maker, stevia, canned food, pan spray (please use it to facilitate cleanup), olive oil, vinegar, sugar, coconut oil (white in the jar), etc. on the shelves above the stove unless other guests have used it all up. Common use. If you want to leave unspoiled stuff behind that can be frozen or doesn't spoil, like condiments, feel free to leave them behind, in the freezer and fridge. In the summer, it is best to leave stuff that spoils quickly, (like a chicken carcass) wrapped & marked "GARBAGE" in the fridge or freezer for my cleaners to take care of rather than having it rot in the trash can outside the door. YUK! Diapers need to be transported to the covered trash can that resides on the left side of the porch in front of the main house at least daily. The key to the Laundry room is on a nail just inside the door to the Studio. Please be sure it is there when you leave. The washer is a High Efficiency machine and needs very little detergent. Please use what is there. Use the marking #1 which is below the tape on the Purex measuring cup. DO NOT use powder detergent. Lift gently on the door. Don't slam it. Interaction with GuestsI live 5 hours away, so you are not likely to see me. I have a handyman in the area and the property is under camera survaillance, so I can see you as you come and go in the driveway. The only way I can offer this apartment is if my guests respect each other and work together to share the laundry facilities, the backyard space and obey the parking rules. The NeighborhoodI lived here for over 10 years in the house. ( My old handyman lived in the apartment.) I love that we are so close to the Rabbit (bike) Trail. I love all the cool things that happen downtown. In the spring, Artisphere celebrates local artists with a street festival that takes place all weekend. There are always shows at the different theaters; Centre Stage, Greenville Little Theater, Warehouse Theater, Greenville Children's Theater, The Peace Center and you can find concerts at Furman and Bob Jones Universities. Other Things to NoteThere is a gas heater on the back wall that does a good job of heating the space. It is on a thermostat built in, so it can maintain a constant temperature. Turning on the air conditioner on FAN will help circulate the heat. There is an electric heater that you may use in addition or instead, but it can ONLY BE PLUGGED INTO THE OUTLET THAT IS MARKED FOR IT. There is a power strip on the computer desk for easy access for other electrical needs like charging phones and such. Over the fridge is the exhaust fan on a pull chain. In a blowing rain storm, water will come in. Please watch to see that the pan is in place, that the chain is inside the pan and that it doesn't get too full to empty during a bad storm. If it overflows, there will be a big puddle on the floor in front of the fridge.

The SpaceMy home is small, but very comfortable, with many upgrades and features that I've added as I've remodeled. The house is located in a quiet working class neighborhood. There's a large private deck in back that's wonderful for a morning cup of coffee, (or tea,) or an evening meal, when the weather is nice. I try to recycle anything that can be recycled. There are some containers in the kitchen, near the door. I welcome you to join me in using them. I also have a compost bin at the back of the property. Anything that can be composted (no meat please) can be placed in it. Just a note...I have a very eclectic style of decorating, and if knick knacks, pictures, and wall plaques bother you, this may not be your ideal space. Guest AccessThe house and the barn are yours to use. There is no running water in the barn, but I do provide bottled water, and water jugs. There is WiFi, and all spaces except the twin size room have a flat screen TV with streaming video and use of my Netflix account. Interaction with GuestsWhen you book this listing, I will generally not be here. There is a small camper at the back of the property that I reserve for my own use, but if you book the whole house, I will only be available if and when you need me. I have the house cleaned weekly, and will continue to do that during your stay unless we've made previous arrangements. The NeighborhoodMy neighborhood is quiet and most of my neighbors have lived here for many years. There is not a lot of traffic, and the back of the home is completely wooded, and very private, with a nice stream at the very back of the property. The creek was one of the places my kids loved best while growing up in this neighborhood. This may not be the "best" area of town, but my family has lived on this street for more that 25 years, and it's a good, safe place to live. Getting AroundThe buses run about a half mile from the house. Other Things to NoteMy location here is convenient to many attractions in this area. Downtown is 5 minutes away. The mountains are less than an hours' drive. I-85 is about 3 miles from here. As of the middle of November, I will have a small dog living here when I am here. He will not be here, of course, for whole house bookings.

The SpaceGreat townhome located less than a 1/2 mile from the Hyatt on Main Street, Bon Secours Wellness Arena, and the Children's Museum! Walk to any location downtown, and if the West End is a little far for you, the Trolley route goes right by the house. Located in the Heritage Historic District, the community is great. We have 2 specified off street parking spots but several guest spots are available if more are needed. There are two bedrooms upstairs. One bed is a king and the other is a queen. There is one full bath upstairs that is shared between both bedrooms. If needed we do have a queen size raised double air mattress. Downstairs there is an extremely large couch which is great for everyone to hangout on and relax. There is also a ½ bath located downstairs. There is a nice private porch in the back, and small porch in the front. We have plenty of games, a wood burning fireplace if you want to stay in or relax. Or just step out the front door and explore all the downtown Greenville has to offer. Guest Access-There will be fresh towels and linens -If you want to cook feel free to use our pots and pans, spices ect. -We have a bunch of board games -We have a TV with a PS3 and Netflix set up Interaction with GuestsWe will most likely be around Greenville and would love to meet up with you if possible. We're pretty knowledgeable about the area and we even know a few great watering holes if you want to grab a beer. The NeighborhoodThe townhome is located in the Heritage Historic District in North Main. All the units face inward to the parking lot so it's kind of our own community in a community. We have had block parties, Christmas parties and even a Thanksgiving dinner with all of our neighbors. At any given time you will find neighbors outside playing cornhole or just relaxing on the porch drinking a beer. Everyone is very welcoming and nice. It really gives you a real sense of community. Getting AroundIf you want to explore downtown Greenville you can just park your car at the place and forget about it. It's .3 miles to Hyatt on Main, .5 miles to the Bon Secours Wellness Arena, and under a mile to the Peace Center. The West End where the baseball stadium is located is 1.4 miles. Which for me is a little far to walk, but thankfully the Trolley (which is free to ride) comes right by the house. We also have Uber here in Greenville and you can get to the West End for around $7.

The SpaceMONEY MAGAZINE JANUARY 2017 12 Great Places to go in 2017 on a BUDGET April: Greenville, S.C. Enjoy small-town life WHAT TO DO: Start with a stroll down Main Street, suggests John Nolan, owner of Greenville History Tours. At the landmark 1925 Poinsett Hotel, you can admire original architectural details like coffered ceilings hung with chandeliers. Take advantage of the lunch specials at Soby’s on the Side: on Fridays, sandwiches are just $4, down from $7. For more food savings, download the Vittl app ((URL HIDDEN) which offers deals at 35 local restaurants. Foodie shoppers will love the Cook’s Station, an all-things kitchen store that also hosts cooking classes (from $40). Pick up polos and other preppy staples at locally owned Southern Tide and shop for denim by local designers at Beija-Flor Jeans.Dedicate time to exploring Greenville’s easily accessible parks. Check out the 40-foot waterfall in Falls Park in the historic West End of downtown. Pack a picnic (southern staple Caviar & Bananas has great gourmet provisions) for a trip to the playgrounds and wildflower gardens of 20-acre Legacy Park. In the past eight years, the city has developed nearly 20 miles of hiking and biking trails. HOW TO SAVE: Get around the city center via a free trolley and solar-powered shuttle; parking on Main Street is also free. Though it costs a little more than the $100 area average for lodging, you’ll want to stay downtown to get the most bang for your buck.

The SpaceThis is a private room with a shared bathroom in great townhome. We're located less than a 1/2 mile from the Hyatt on Main Street, Bon Secours Wellness Arena, and the Children's Museum! Walk to any location downtown, and if the West End is a little far for you, the Trolley route goes right by the house. Located in the Heritage Historic District, the community is great. We have 2 specified off street parking spots but several guest spots are available if more are needed. There are two bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. And an extremely large couch and ½ bath downstairs. -We have a bunch of board games -We have a TV with a PS3 and Netflixs set up Interaction with GuestsWe love Greenville and love sharing are knowledge with our guest. My girlfriend and I both have full time jobs, but when we're available we'd love to show you around and maybe even grab a beer at some of our favorite watering holes. It's .2 miles to Hyatt on Main, .5 miles to the Bon Secours Wellness Arean, and under a mile to the Peace Center. The West End where the baseball stadium is located is 1.4 miles. Which for me is a little far to walk, but thankfully the Trolley (which is free to ride) comes right by the house. There are also bikes downtown you can rent to cruise around dt or even check out the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

I also have a smart lock on the front door so you can access the house anytime you wish once you're checked in. Guest AccessAs my guest you will be able to access the entire, fully furnished home except a few closets I've locked for personal belongings and the laundry room. Interaction with GuestsI'm usually in town nearby if you need anything, and I'm just a phone call or text away. I like to give you space so I've installed a smart lock and combination on the front door so you can access the house easily with no need for me to be there at check-in, however, I love connecting with my guests if you happen to have any questions about the area or my local recommendations. The NeighborhoodYou will find the neighborhood to be very quiet and safe as the home is on a back street at the same time I think you'll love how it's super close to downtown if you want to explore, grab a bite or go out for drinks. If you'd rather stay in and cook a meal in the kitchen you'll find a Fresh Market grocery store right around the corner with excellent, meat, seafood, produce, wine and beer choices. If you're looking for shopping our mall is right behind the house on Haywood Road and anything else you'll need is located on Woodruff Road just around the corner. If you have kids there is a fun park at the Downtown Airport just behind the house where both kids and adults enjoy watching the sunset as planes take off and land on the runway. Getting AroundI enjoy biking downtown every once in a while and you may do so easily if you bring a bike or two. If you prefer to drive you can get downtown in just 7 minutes by car or catch the Greenlink bus stop 4 blocks away and ride for just $1.50. Another popular choice in town is Uber. Other Things to NoteAt anytime feel free to reach out as I'm just a phone call or text away and I would love to share places and ideas for your visit to make it more personal and memorable. If you view the Guidebook you'll find a few of my favorite places in town. You definitely want to be sure and visit Falls Park and check out the one-of-a-kind Liberty Bridge and Waterfall downtown if you haven't seen it before.
