The SpaceThe home's owner is an accomplished interior decorator and thanks to her infatuation with Grace Kelly, the room is affectionately referred to as the "Princess Grace Room." You will enjoy complete privacy, a comfortable queen-sized bed, private bath, sitting area, private patio w/ porch swing, TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, linens, and Wifi. Two beach chairs and beach towels are also available. Parking is free. The beach view is blocked by the stairs of the home, but the beach is directly in front of you. Guest AccessWith your own private entrance, all of the amenities are available to you without the need to interact with the hosts unless you prefer to. However, they are on-site, so if a problem or question should arise, they are available immediately. Interaction with GuestsLittle to none!         HEAVEN! Come have a fun and relaxing vacation at our beachfront little get-away on the Isle of Palms, Charleston, SC. Wake up in an oceanfront condominium on one of South Carolina's most beautiful beaches. Beautiful sunrise, dolphins out front in the surf, and keeping an eye on the kids in the pool, all from the comfort of your living room, kitchen, or balcony. Located in the heart of Isle of Palms, this cozy condo is perfectly positioned. You are just steps from the beach and in walking distance to the island's best restaurants, shops, and park. This condominium complex claims the only pier on the Front Beach strand, private for your fishing or relaxation enjoyment. Having grown up here, and visiting many of these Sea Cabins over time, we chose this unit specifically because the 2nd floor has the great view without the 3rd story climb (no elevator) every time we needed to grab one more thing, no roof leaks or HVAC noise, and because our end unit shares no BR wall, has open ended balcony, and no unit underneath us (just a meeting room used 3-4 x a year.) IOP is a barrier island suburb of Charleston.You are only ten miles from the Historic District of Downtown Charleston, where you can shop at the Old Market. Take in the charm of this beautiful and historic town and learn more about Charleston on a horse-drawn carriage ride, or tour Charleston Bay and Fort Sumter by boat. South Carolina Aquarium, world class restaurants and shopping, live theater, live music, museums, and more. *All condominiums and sea cabins are not in the same condition! Some of the condominiums and sea cabins have not been updated in many years and are not as nice and allergy-free as this unit. Ceiling and walls have all been replaced with smooth, mold-free sheetrock, new flooring and cabinets. This attractive condo, decorated in a tropical motif, is situated on the second floor of the center 'B' building.. The balcony affords unobstructed panoramic ocean views of the ocean, as we are in the middle bldg facing straight out (the 2 others angle in). This view is also shared from LR and kitchen. The sunset is very nice over the entrance/ back porch area. Being an end unit gives us a small space as back porch which the others don't have. PRIVACY! This condo also offers individual privacy. The hall with built-in bunk beds closes off to be its own private room for smaller guests with a nightlight and air/white noise machine available. Top bunk is secret hide out for kids (must replace quick-release cabinet doors if removed) The adults can then go back and forth from balcony/LR/kitchen to BR thru the separate batroom door without waking the kids. We are well suited for 2-3 adults-and 1-3 children, 5 Max, or 4 adults MAX. YOUR NUMBER OF GUESTS MUST INCLUDE ADULTS AND CHILDREN !! We keep a few beach chairs & mats, a small/med cooler, and a some beach toys for guests to use. I have info for a service that will set you up with wood and canvas loungers and umbrellas each morn. LR has 42" TV w/ Comcast Digital Preferred package. BR = 26". You are a block from the Banana Cabana, the One Eyed Parrot, Long Island Cafe, Coconut Joe's, and many great restaurants. The world famous Windjammer beach bar offers up nightly entertainment. While enjoying the Island Life, you can go swimming, body surfing, play volleyball, dine at oceanfront restaurants, bike the beaches, jog, cruise the intercoastal waterway, sail, surf, windsurf, take in some live music, shop the boutiques. Check out the scuba diving or go deep sea fishing. Relax at a spa or try horseback riding. Kayak, parasail, water-ski, fish, go 'Crabin or Shrimpin,' walk the beach for shells, take a sunset cruise, charter a small boat, explore uninhabited islands, play some of the South's finest golf courses. A quick 2 block walk to the beach and nearby stores and restaurants, it's nestled under oaks on a quiet, residential street and a safe, comfortable place for a family with children or a group of friends to vacation together. It also has a deck off the kitchen with an outside shower and a grill if you want to cook out or just sit outside with your cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy the quiet in the evening. Guest AccessYou are a short walk to the ocean (about 3-5 minutes) and to town stores to the right as you leave the house. Popular restaurants and bars are an easy walk or bike ride. The marina, kayak and paddle board rental, and golf course are two miles away. Very close to the connector to Mt. Pleasant and Charleston. Surfboards are available by request. Internet.. 2 Dens. Very kid friendly. Beautiful sunset view from front porch. This house is not the fancy -"do not touch" kind of house. It is a comfortable place to stay and just enjoy the beach. Historical Charleston is just 15 minutes away. We are not locally available to host-although we have family members that will assist. Summer rental has restrictions.

This condominium complex claims the only pier on the Front Beach strand, private for your fishing or relaxation enjoyment. 4 adults max. 2 adults may have up to 3 children. The condo is 500 sq ft, so BR is small, with just enough space for queen bed and 2 small side tables, plus dresser and closet. (All Sea Cabins have same floor plan and sq footage.) IOP is a barrier island suburb of Charleston.You are only ten miles from the Historic District of Downtown Charleston, where you can shop at the Old Market. Take in the charm of this beautiful and historic town and learn more about Charleston on a horse-drawn carriage ride, or tour Charleston Bay and Fort Sumter by boat.                           The SpaceThis is a modern house built 8 years ago with the idea of having an indoor/outdoor living space that you might see in California or in the Caribbean. All back doors open to a lush, tropical, and secluded backyard. It is perfect for outdoor dining and lounging, making it an ideal vacation rental. We have an automated mosquito mister in order to make being outside more enjoyable. We are about a 3 minute walk to the beach. You also would have access to our golf cart and bikes to make the beach trip even quicker! The marina is a 5 minute golf cart ride which offers water activities, as well as a small grocery store, and cafe. Morgan Creek Grille is a waterfront restaurant which boasts of fine dining downstairs as well as a more casual rooftop menu. Our house is 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths. The Master is on the first floor with a bathroom built to resemble a spa like atmosphere. The Master opens up to one of the back porches. The Master bedroom does not have blinds, on purpose, because we love the natural light. The living room is an extremely open and airy space with a dinner table for 6 and second area to relax and enjoy a cocktail. The kitchen is equipped with all major, state of the art appliances as well as a TV room which opens up to another porch. This porch has a wraparound couch and swinging bed for another area to relax. There are 2 upstair wings. The first is the kids wing which has a queen size bed in one room and 2 small children's beds in the other with a jack and jill bathroom in between. There is a play area in the hall way between the rooms. We have a Wii U as well allowing kids to play games as well as watch Netflix. The other upstairs wing has a guest room with a king size bed and huge walk in shower. It is attached to our office which has a queen sized bed. These rooms share a bathroom and shower. There are tons of things to do with the children in our area. We have a 15 ft. circular enclosed trampoline in the backyard. We have an outdoor fire pit. We have a swurfer swing. We have a basketball goal as well as a ping pong table. We are also 3 blocks away from the Isle of Palms Recreational Center that has tennis courts, basketball courts, and a huge playground. We are tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but historic, downtown Charleston is about a 20-25 minute drive. We are about 10 minutes to Sullivans Island which has many restaurants and bars as well as another park and beautiful beach. The house has been featured in Charleston Magazine ((URL HIDDEN) under the home section titled "Ground Swell." This article really describes what we were trying to accomplish in building our home. Guest AccessGuests will have access to beach cruisers, one adult/child tandem bike, various children's bikes, scooters, and skateboards. We also have a golf cart which makes trips to the beach, the marina, and the park both fun and simple. Interaction with GuestsWe will not be present when we have guests renting our home. We are often staying somewhere in town, and we have relatives down the street if there are questions or concerns. The NeighborhoodOur neighborhood is very quiet and secluded with a quick access to the beach. It is mostly full time residents on our street. In 5 minutes, you could be at a waterfront restaurant by golf cart. In 20-25 minutes, you could be dining in downtown Charleston at many of the finest restaurants in the world. You could also tuck in and literally never have to leave the island. We have restaurants accessible by golf cart and bikes, as well as a brand new Harris Teeter that is accessible by golf cart! Getting AroundWe are roughly 20-25 minutes from the airport. We have parking in our driveway. Other Things to NoteOur check in time is 3, and check out time is 11.                           The SpacePerfect for small families, girls’ weekends, or a couple’s getaway, this seaside retreat, located within a small complex of condominiums, is privately owned and maintained. It is nicely appointed with all you might need for a relaxing stay at the beach that won’t break the bank...with a king bed, futon, full bath, and kitchen with all you'll need. Don't think of it simply as a condo at the beach - think of it as our 'guest room', fixed up for you with all that you need for a great get-away. What's inside: Recently renovated, this large studio condo sleeps 4 with 1 King-sized bed (Black Label Simmons Beautyrest) and one full-sized convertible bed (futon), both in the large sleeping area. There is one full bathroom with tub/shower. We provide essentials: a couple rolls of toilet paper, soap, bath towels, washcloths, bath mat. There is a bottle of shampoo under the sink just in case. We do not provide beach towels but they can be purchased inexpensively at Target, Wal Mart, or the shops on the beach. The dining table folds down for two or opens up to seat 4. (There are extra chairs in the closet.) The wall-mounted flat screen TV can be seen from the bed room and the dining area. The kitchen has a convection-microwave for quick microwaving, but can also be used for real baking for pizza, cookies, casseroles, etc. There is a coffee maker, a single NuWave induction cook-top with all the essential pots and pans to use with it, toaster, dishwasher (a big plus!!) and large refrigerator with freezer. There is a full complement of dishes, drink ware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils. There are utensils for the grill as well. 4 beach chairs live in the closet with a beach cart to carry them on, a cooler bag and a beach bag. What's outside: 'Not quite off the beaten path”, this first floor condo is located within a small complex of 20 condos (Ocean Inn) that features a private pool, free parking (a commodity on the island!), and coined laundry facilities 2 doors down from our condo. Just 20 steps away is an outdoor seating area with a grill and picnic table where it is common for guests to congregate for happy hour and burgers on the grill. This is a great spot in the complex where neighbors become friends, often returning year after year. The pool is on the other side of the building so when there is pool noise, you won’t hear it. (An added bonus!!) When you open your front door, you might hear music coming from the beach front area, but you won’t appreciate being a half block away until you go around the corner and the music gets louder. Staying ocean front isn’t always what it’s cracked up to be – there is a reason why there is a city-wide 10pm noise ordinance. It will be nice and quiet here. Best of all: The furriest member of the family doesn’t have to miss out on all the fun! (Dogs only.) A pet fee is required for your pooch to stay ($20/day, $95/week, plus tax) and is added on to the quote at the time of booking. The floor is tiled. There is a new vet clinic right down the street plus an emergency clinic, boarding and doggie daycare businesses, and pet stores in Mt Pleasant for all your pup's needs. If you are not traveling with Rover, have no fear - our place is well-maintained and we strive to never have any tell-tale signs of pet-children ever curling up to sleep here. The home is in the center of the resort and is steps away from a heated lap pool, restuarants, golf, tennis, gym, and a beautiful private beach. It has a completely furnished kitchen with granite tops. the great room has catherdal ceilings and a fire place which opens to a spacious sunroom that overlooks the scenic bikepath. It has a game table, cable tv, wifi in the sunroom. Hardewood floors are throughout the home. No pets are allowed and this is a smoke free environment. Three bedrooms can accomodate up to six people. The master with a queen size bed is off the sunroom and has a marble bath. There are two guest rooms one with a queen size bed and one with twin beds. They are on the other side of the house. This allows for privacy for guests. The guest rooms share a bath.
