Although the look and feel of the Inn will remind you of an Inn that is decades old the building has just been completed in 2009. Unlike most small intimate boutique Inns where you sacrifice amenities for charm rest assured this is not the case at the Inn at I'On. Join us at our on-site Italian restaurant, Fratellos Italian Tavern, or our sister group, O'Brion's Pub and Grille for a complementary appetizer or adult beverage. Preferred seating in the dining room for dinner is also available. The SpaceI have a private bedroom with a full bathroom (hall bathroom), in my clean, updated 3 bedroom home centrally located in Mt. Pleasant, right off the Isle of Palms connector. My home is in a very quiet, safe neighborhood and is less than 3 miles from Isle of Palms, 6 miles from Sullivans Island, and 11 miles from Charleston. Mt. Pleasant has everything you need, including numerous grocery stores, Towne Center shopping, a library, post office, banks, plentiful restaurants and bars, fantastic attractions, beautiful parks, and outdoor recreation such as tennis, kayaking, and boat tours. Come enjoy Charleston’s historic culture, renowned restaurants and fabulous night life! The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, dresser and plenty of closet space. The bed has quality bedding and mattress. I also have towels and basic toiletries for your use and a washer and dryer you're welcome to use should you need it during your stay. Free, fast wi-fi is available throughout the home. The kitchen, with an eat-in area, is available to guests as well as use of the rest of the home. You're welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen if you'd like. I have a Cuisinart coffee machine, Cuisinart Convection Toaster Oven Broiler, and a microwave that is also a convection oven. Please feel free to bring any food or drink items you like and use the refrigerator. I also have a gas-grill on the back deck that you're welcome to use. There are vaulted ceilings in the family room with a wood-burning fireplace and a door that opens to the private backyard with deck, perfect for grilling out or relaxing watching the wildlife in the pond. The family room has a TV if you just want to kick back and relax. There is on-site parking, in the double driveway. To take full advantage of what the Charleston area has to offer you really need a car. Although car rental places are everywhere, prices are generally better if you rent one at the Charleston Airport. Thrifty, Enterprise, and Advantage are usually the cheapest options. The weekends are much cheaper for car rentals. You can often get a small car Friday through Monday for less than $75. But if you don't have a car, the CARTA bus system is available for transportation. The nearest bus stop is a 10 minute walk away. Buses go to Charleston, Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island. I have a 12 year old Labrador Retriever, named Zoe, who is extremely well-behaved, great with everyone she meets, and sleeps in my room. I work as a realtor at Carolina One Real Estate, and my schedule varies, so please feel free to come and go as you please. I will also gladly provide you with personalized recommendations for restaurants/attractions and anything else that will help make your visit more enjoyable. The SpaceOur home is close to the beach on the Isle of Palms (5 miles straight down the Connector), 5 minutes to shopping and dining in Town Center. 10 minutes to Shem Creek and 15 minutes to the Historic Charleston peninsula. The front bedroom is sunny and has a new queen bed. The bedroom next to it is a cozy room with an antique 4 post double bed. The 2 bedrooms share a full bath with double sink and tub/shower. There is a half bath downstairs We have a private, quiet back yard and pool. This is a 3 bedroom private home with a guest house, hosts are on premises, their suite is upstairs on the other side of the house. We recently renovated our guest house and that is also available https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/4416282 and it can sleep up to 5. Guest AccessWe will allow access to our indoor kitchen and outdoor living space, grill, covered outdoor kitchen, heated, saline pool and deck. Nice yard perfect for yard games and bikes. Off street parking. This can also be rented with the guesthouse. Guests should note that the pool is used for swimming lessons from May into September. Lessons are typically given between 9 and 1 during the week (Mon, Tues, Thurs) and weekends. It's OK for guests to use the pool during lessons as long the child being given a lesson isn't distracted. Most young kids love the opportunity to perform in front of others. Interaction with GuestsWe respect your privacy and will help give suggestions of what to do, you can join us for a cocktail and visit or we will leave you totally alone, your choice. The NeighborhoodThis is a quiet older development with nice trees and a gorgeous entrance. Perfect for walks or bike rides. There is NO street parking and they do not allow loud parties after 10. Getting AroundIt is close to everything but we would suggest you rent a car. There is a bus stop at the entrance to the sub-division. There is no parking on the street in our sub-division so guests must share the driveway. Other Things to NoteWe are dog friendly. We have a very friendly dog that live here and allow friendly dogs. No cats

You are welcome to enjoy sitting on the front porch overlooking Eastlake and sipping a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. You can step out and walk in the beautiful I'ON neighborhood around 2 lakes (.97miles) and alongside the marsh (3miles). The beach is only 15 minutes away and you can be in Downtown Charleston in about 10 minutes. You can walk to some restaurants and a few shops. There are 3 rooms available. Guest AccessThe guests have access to their room, the bathroom close to their bedroom and the first floor living areas--kitchen, dining room, living room and family room, including the front porch. We met in Zaire in December 1980 and have been married for 32+ years. One of our adult daughters lives with us while in graduate school as well as our English Springer, Boaz. The NeighborhoodWe love the friendly people that live here. We feel very blessed to live in such an amazing place, where we see wildlife on a daily basis as we walk our dog. One of the thing we love about this neighborhood is that we can retrieve to the marsh walk and spend some time in one of the many chairs alongside the marsh and think for a while as we listen to the wind's music in the marsh grass. We love going for a run or walk there also. Even though we are still in the neighborhood, we have a feeling of being away. Getting AroundSome public transport available, but not reliable. A few restaurants and shops are in walking distance as well as a public library. Other Things to NoteKayaking on the lakes is much fun. The home is peaceful and we value a servant's heart. We have a desire to make your stay memorable and a time of personal growth and rest. Charleston is home to Spoleto Arts Festival every end of May to early June.

The SpaceI usually book through my Suite Retreat listing in same location, as it has its own bath and more privacy. This downstairs room uses the hall bath (which I sometimes use). It is an option for those traveling together needing a second room, or one with stair/mobility issues. Before joining AirBnB a visitor referred from my church wrote after staying here, "Your home is lovely and we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to get to know you. Thanks for all you did to make our stay just wonderful. Your location is ideal for a Charleston visitor, and I'll be singing your praises." A scenic 10-minute drive leads you to both historic Charleston, and Sullivans Island/ Isle of Palms beaches. On site enjoy koi fish, quiet wooded yard, and walk or bicycle to charming shops/restaurants and waterfront park. I try to anticipate travelers' needs with plush towels, choice of pillows, free breakfast options, and a list of places you might enjoy visiting, yet give you space to enjoy your trip on your own terms. You will need a car (or to call a cab) as pubic transit has not bee a priority of our government. You may use my bicycle for shorter trips. Free Wi-Fi, laundry, kitchen, porch, HDTV, wooded walking trail, use of basic bicycles and surfboard. I'm available to help in any way and answer questions, the home is spacious and I respect your privacy. Very quiet, quietly upscale, older brick single family homes and in a thicket of woods running alongside Hobcaw Creek. Charleston, sadly, does not have useful public transportation. I can give you a lift now and then for $1 mi roundtrip. There are taxis, but they are not very good, not very reliable and pretty expensive. We have plenty of parking for your car (s). I provide 100% cotton bedding (except winter duvet fill) and your choice of poly, foam or feather pillows. I stock a wide variety of foods, teas and coffees and invite you to help yourself to anything you want for breakfast at no additional cost. You may use the fridge and all kitchen appliances of you wish to cook. You may wash a load of clothing for free. I'm happy to lend you shampoo or sunscreen, when needed. You would do the same for me! The SpacePrivate room on second story, with its own attached master bath . Queen size sleigh bed. The floors are carpeted. The room also has a ceiling fan. There is a television with cable.We also have Wi-Fi. Very comfortable.The house is located in a nice neighborhood which is in the center of town. We are six miles north of the Arthur Ravenel bridge, less than 3 mile drive from IOP beach. Shopping and movie theater close by. Boone Hall within two miles.The bus stop is a 5 walk that can take you to downtown Charlestown or around Mount Pleasant. There will be a pot of coffee and pastries or yogurt in the morning. The kitchen is accessible any other time to guest if needed. I have 2 bikes for guest to use to ride around the area. We also have beach chairs,umbrella and towels for the beach. The home has three bedrooms and so you will have your privacy. There is so much to do in the surrounding area that I recommend googling events for the time you would like to stay. Also anyone going on the cruise boat we can store your car while your gone, in an enclosed garage. Guest AccessWe want everyone to feel that this is home away from home. There are 2 bedrooms available for rent. Price includes 1 bedroom (up to 2 guests), with extra charge for second bedroom (priced per extra guest). Outdoor dining table, fire pit, and charcoal grill is available, as well. Anything else you may need, just ask and hopefully I can accommodate. It's a small place and they don't take reservations, but definitely worth checking out. Leon's Fine Poultry and Oysters is super cool- an old service garage that was converted; also doesn't take reservations. Halls Chophouse is amazing if you want a perfect steak dinner with the most incredible service you've ever had. For ethnic, visit CO and/or Xiao Bao Buscuit. FIG is great too, but secure reservations early. On Sullivan's Island, The Obstinate Daughter is fantastic (need reservations) and also Home Team BBQ (no reservations, best bbq, laid back atmosphere, and great frozen drink called a Game Changer- careful, they are really strong!). On Shem Creek, Tavern and Table and Reds are great. For cocktail bars, I highly recommend the Cocktail Club or The Belmont on Upper King or The Gin Joint near Market Street/East Bay. A great rooftop bar to check out is Pavilion Bar at the Market Pavilion Hotel near the Market or The Watch at The Restoration Hotel. Can also visit Vendu Rooftop bar near the Market. A good laid back brunch spot in Mount Pleasant is The Shelter Kitchen and Bar. As for great places close to the house, you can check out Basil, Ardoa Wine Bar, Sushi Taro, Crave, and Fill Piano Bar. For sports, King Street Grille is a good option or Wild Wings. A great source for dining is Eater Charleston on the web. The SpaceThis newly renovated guest house is completely separate from the main house and is a very large open space (400 square feet) with a small bathroom with a stall shower indoor and out. It comes with a queen sized bed, full size pull out sofa and a day bed with trundle that makes in to 2 twin beds so you have several sleeping options. We do not allow all the beds to be utilized as that would over crowd the guests and put stress on the bathroom; however, you can rent this along with one or both bedrooms in the main house. The two rooms in the main house share a bathroom. We are located in Mt Pleasant 6 miles from the beach, 15 minutes from Downtown Charleston and 3 miles for Historic Boone Hall. We have one very friendly dog that lives here and our property is pet and child friendly. There is a lot of seating in the outdoor living area, garden and around the pool. We also provide a basic breakfast in the main house. We offer dog-sitting for those who would like to leave their pet while they go enjoy the area, that is $25. We also have a Pak n Play, high chair and play pen available to borrow. Guest AccessThe guests will have access to all the common living areas in the main house and outdoors. There is a fridge in the guest house as well as an outdoor living area with gas grill and firepit adjacent to the guest house. Not to mention a heated, saline pool (open spring - fall). We provide yard games, indoor games, wifi, beach chairs, umbrella and bikes for your use. There is a TV in the guesthouse but no cable or satellite access. We have a BluRay player and the TV is streaming capable. Interaction with GuestsWe do live on the property in the main house but we respect your privacy. We are here to help you with where to go and what to see. Summertime guests should be aware that from May into September we use the pool for swimming lessons until 3pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, and until 1 or 2 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Guests are welcome to use the pool during lessons as long as they don't interfere. The NeighborhoodSnee Farm is a quiet well established neighborhood which is close to everything. Mount Pleasant is an upscale suburb directly across the harbor from Historic Charleston. Getting AroundThere is public transportation but we recommend renting a car. There is driveway parking on premise. Other Things to NotePet friendly, pool in our fenced in private yard. Access to the main house. Lovely large yard for entertaining.     The SpaceEnjoy comfortable accommodations in my clean, updated 3 bedroom home centrally located in Mt. Pleasant, right off the Isle of Palms connector. My home is in a very quiet, safe neighborhood and is less than 3 miles from Isle of Palms, 6 miles from Sullivans Island, and 11 miles from downtown Charleston. Come enjoy Charleston’s historic culture, renowned and fabulous night life! Mt. Pleasant has everything you need, including numerous grocery stores, Towne Center shopping, a library, post office, banks, plentiful restaurants and bars, fantastic attractions, beautiful parks, and outdoor recreation such as tennis, kayaking, and boat tours. In my home, the master bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, dresser and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, armoire and also a closet. I use the third bedroom as my office. There is a loveseat that pulls out to a twin mattress and is very comfortable! In the sunroom, which is off of the third bedroom, there is a couch that lays down to a twin bed (also extremely comfortable). I have a queen air mattress that is a 20” raised pillowtop airbed that could sleep an additional two people. I also have a twin air mattress that can be folded out to a king sized air mattress that could sleep an additional two people. All of the beds have quality bedding and mattresses. I also have towels and basic toiletries for your use and a washer and dryer you're welcome to use should you need to during your stay. Free wi-fi is available throughout the home. The kitchen, with an eat-in area, is available to guests as well as use of the rest of the home. You're welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen. I have a Cuisinart coffee machine, Cuisinart Convection Toaster Oven Broiler, and a microwave that is also a convection oven. Please feel free to bring any food or drink items you like and use the refrigerator. I also have a gas-grill on the back deck that you're welcome to use. There are vaulted ceilings in the family room with a wood-burning fireplace and a door that opens to the private backyard with deck, perfect for grilling out or relaxing watching the wildlife in the pond. The family room has a TV if you just want to kick back and relax. There is on-site parking, in the double driveway. To take full advantage of what the Charleston area has to offer you really need a car. Although car rental places are everywhere, prices are generally better if you rent one at the Charleston Airport. Thrifty, Enterprise, and Advantage are usually the cheapest options. The weekends are much cheaper for car rentals. You can often get a small car Friday through Monday for less than $75. But if you don't have a car, the CARTA bus system is available for transportation. The nearest bus stop is a 10 minute walk away. Buses go to Charleston, Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island. I have an 12 year old Labrador Retriever, named Zoe, who is extremely well-behaved and is great with everyone she meets. She is in the house with me when I'm staying there, when there are no reservations for the entire house. I have two other rooms that I accept reservations for in my home, and Zoe would be there during those times. When the reservation is for the entire house, I stay next door at my mother’s house (so I’m nearby if needed), and I take Zoe over there with me. I will also gladly provide you with personalized recommendations for restaurants/attractions and anything else that will help make your visit more enjoyable. For those of you who are visiting to explore the wonderful Charleston area, there are some visitor guides and maps in the home for your use while staying here. It is named after the Coppahee river (which is located behind the community), which is named after the Coppahee Indians that first settled there . There is a boat launch but you have to plan around the tides when coming and going . It is great place to ride bikes with wonderful marsh views Getting AroundAt the Copa is not near a bus station so the best way to get around is by car or by Cab. Uber is available in our area. Other Things to NoteGuest are allowed to park in the garage and use the interior staircase to enter the house. This is great when its raining. I provide garage openers for the guest.

Complete with a queen sized bed, spacious closet and cozy couch, this room is an excellent example of southern hospitality. The beachy bathroom is complete with complimentary toiletries and squeaky clean amenities. There is also a third bonus room w/ room for a pallet should you wish to bring up to two additional guests. The pallet is a queen mattress on the floor that is slightly thinner than a standard mattress, but with an added foam topper. Bonus room also includes a DVD player, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, writing desk, and additional seating. Please note that the TV screen in there is not connected to cable, it is only used for playing DVDs and video games. Additional photos of the space are available upon request! We clean our home using all eco-friendly products - so you'll sleep peacefully in a toxin-free environment :) Guest AccessTravelers will have access to the main common areas of the downstairs including living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath. Nearby we also have Boone Hall Plantation and Farms, Pepper Plantation, and the Isle of Palms Beach. We are about 15-20 away from Downtown Charleston, Sullivan's Island, Charleston Airport, Shem Creek, the Arthur Ravenel Bridge, and much more! Getting AroundOur favorite mode of transportation is Uber! If you have never used Uber before, we will provide you with a code that give you a free ride worth up to $20 (which will get you to either of the beaches we listed or downtown Charleston)! Other taxi services are also available and the Carta bus system has a stop at the front of our neighborhood (about 2 blocks away). Other Things to NoteGuests will need to park in the right hand side of the driveway, which will fit up to two vehicles. Please do not park on the street as this could prevent emergency vehicles from being able to navigate it. Meaning, some guests simply stay at the home to sleep and are independent while visiting, while others like to be more talkative and have many questions while they stay. I am ok with either, and enjoy being able to assist any time I can. The NeighborhoodLOCATION and quiteness! It's right between 17 and Coleman with easy access to both. Neighborhood also has a private boat landing on Shem Creek with grills, firepit, and picnic tables. The neighborhood also has a variety of large trees that make it feel much more private than most neighborhoods in Mt Pleasant. Getting AroundOutside of having your own vehicle, Uber/taxi would be the other option. I also have bikes here that guests are allowed to use if they would like to bike to Coleman instead of drive, makes for easier parking. ;) Other Things to NoteThere is another Bedroom available at request before booking. I also have a sweet German Shepherd, Kona, that spends most of his time split between the backyard (fenced in) and the garage. He has a doggie door to the garage so he can go and come as he pleases between outside and in. He loves all guests.
