A convenient bus stop with free access to all three resorts and downtown Park City is only a five minute walk from the house. You do not need a car to enjoy all that the area has to offer when you stay here. A welcoming package will await you upon arrival and provide you with necessities such as coffee, instructions, coupons and information about the area. The whole house is professionally cleaned ($300 surcharge per visit) and sheets and towels are washed prior to your arrival. We look forward to accommodate you. The SpaceThe condo is a comfy one bedroom with kitchenette, living room, and massive porch. Walk down to main street in two minutes to bars, restaurants, galleries, and shopping. Or walk in back of the condo and ski down to the Park City Mountain Resort town lift and get in some world class skiing. Come home to the sauna and rinse off with two shower heads! The condo has a queen lower and full size upper bunk bed with a pullout trundle underneath. There's also a pullout couch and an air mattress. Two flat screen tvs Washer and dryer Kitchen includes stove, fridge, microwave and lots of locally made pottery. Guest AccessThere is extremely limited on street parking. The NeighborhoodDowntown is so accessible to the condo It's an easy walk and really close to the free bus station. Park City Mountain Resort ski area is in the back yard. Ski down to the town lift and ski home at the end of the day:) Getting AroundThe bus station is about a 3 minute walk from the house. The PCMR town lift is a 5 minute walk or just ski down from the back yard. There is extremely limited parking on the street but there are several public garages nearby. You're a short walk (~10 mins) to Main Street, as well as a 2 minute walk to the free Park City bus that gets you to Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley in 3 minutes. The bus in the other direction can also get you to Park City Mountain in ~10 minutes. Getting AroundThe free Park City shuttle stops a 2 minute walk from the unit, so it's extremely easy to get to Deer Valley, Old Town, and PCMR and Canyons as well. The SpaceThis one of a kind rustic mountain ski home was built in 2012 and is designed in the style of a charming, old world European ski chalet. Inspired by Deer Valley's Stein Eriksen Lodge, this rental offers rustic timber beams and ceilings, faux/plaster walls and custom Tyrolean toll painting throughout the house. The home is located in the prestigious Timbers development. No other neighborhood offers you true ski in ski out access with close proximity to Highway 224 (Park City’s main road) and Main Street. The home is only 5 minutes off of 224 for easy access to shopping, restaurants, etc and within walking distance of the Canyon's Village, yet worlds away, surrounded by tall pines trees and direct ski access out your back door. Old Town Main Street is ten minutes away, the shopping outlets are also ten minutes away. The entire house measures approximately 8,000 SF. The main floor has a spacious, open feel with a large vaulted ceiling great room. Dining room, kitchen and piano room surround the great room. A quaint hearth fireplace room off the kitchen completes the main floor. Up its own private half flight of stairs the master suite begins. The master suite has a cal King bed, large sitting room and beams throughout the ceiling. The hot tub is off the master suite on a deck overlooking the ski resort, large pine trees and views of the Canyons Gondola and Orange Bubble chairlift. Upstairs are three more bedrooms (two twins, that can convert to a king, a queen and another queen bed). The twin bed room shares a jack and jill bathroom with one of the queen bed rooms (private balcony). The other queen bedroom has its own separate bathroom. Both queen bedrooms have amazing second story views overlooking the Canyons resort and the new Iron Mountain ski runs. Finally, there is a large central loft family area with couches. In the basement is a self contained two bedroom guest suite/apartment with separate access from the garage and has its own dedicated ski run access. There is a full kitchen, bath and a washer/dryer. The apt. living room has a gas fireplace and wood floors. The apt. master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom is a Cowboy Old West themed bunk room with a twin bed over a full bunk bed. The apartment can be accessed from inside the house and directly from the garage. The apartment is a fantastic way to allow certain family members to have their own privacy (grandma and grandpa, aunt and uncle, young couple with a baby, etc) while still feeling part of the rest of the group and festivities. FOR NON PEAK TIMES, THE HOUSE CAN BE RENTED WITHOUT THE APARTMENT. THE HOUSE IS SHOWN PRICED WITH THE APARTMENT INCLUDED, EMAIL FOR PRICING WITHOUT THE APARTMENT, IF INTERESTED. In addition to the apartment downstairs, there is a kids play room, dedicated theater room with barn doors that open to a large rec room offering foosball, air hockey, wii and basketball. The ski room opens directly onto the ski trail. The ski room has lockers and a dryer to warm your gloves and hats during lunch or after a day of skiing. Also in the basement is another bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. The rental home can be a kids paradise with secret passageways from ladders in closets that lead to a hidden kids loft. There is also a Cottage play room in the basement. The house is not only for kids. There is a dedicated theater and adjoining rec room with air hockey, foosball and basketball. The ski room is literally ten feet from the ski run. There is no difficult terrain to overcome or stairs to navigate, just straight out the door and you are skiing. Including the basement guest apartment there are 7 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. There is one Cal King bed (master), a king sized bed (basement guest) three queen beds (two upstairs and one in the master apt suite), 2 twin beds (upstairs) and the bunk room with a twin and full. There are two full kitchens, three dryers and two washers. Two wood burning fireplaces and two gas fireplaces. Summer: no other house in the area is better equipped to handle and entertain kids. We have a large grassy area, a zip line through the trees, laser tag equipment, basketball hoop and an in ground trampoline. There are wonderful outdoor areas for relaxing and gathering for a drink or meal. Two large wooden decks and two large stone patios in the tall pine trees offer views and shade. There is a stream and waterfall running through the middle of one of the patios. An authentic wood burning pizza oven (imported from Tuscany) and a large gas fire place round out the second patio.

The SpaceGreat 2 bedroom condo in Park City!! (10 day minimum for stays over Sundance or Xmas/NYE) Come stay in this mountain condo with a contemporary flare. This condo offers 2 bedrooms, 3 baths and 1380 sq ft. The condo is located in town, steps from a bus stop and a short walk to the Prospector Square theater (a Sundance venue). When you're ready to hit the slopes, find 3 ski resorts within 10 minutes (Park City, Deer Valley, Canyons) and 10 resorts within an hour! Any when you want to grab dinner at Park City's finest restaurants, or just grab a drink, Main Street is less than 10 minutes too! I'm happy to help you discover Park City and all it has to offer whether you're here to ski, bike, hike, hit the Sundance scene, or just take in our little mountain town. This is my personal home and I will move out for any guests for their rental period. This is the reason for my 7 day minimum and 30 day max. I would entertain rentals over 30 days for professional applicants only. There will also be a 3 person max for any rentals over 30 days.

Ski vallet also available. Explore 4000 acres of trails and powder snow November - April. If you'll decide to stay with me i will get you a discounted lift tickets. After all day skiing you can relax by many of the heated outdoor or indoor pools, whirpools spread out throught the resort. There is also sauna, ping-pong tables, archade, restaurant and a deli and a huge spa in a resort. There is a lot to do in the actual resort. Free shutle will take you downtown Park City or to the nearest stores. If you decide to drive in, heated garage is available to you free of charge. In the apartment: -Fully equipped kichen -Washer and dryer -2 people jetted tub in the bedroom -Steamroom -Fireplace -Balkony -King size bed -Comfortable pull out queen size sofa The resort is only 30 min away from Salt Lake City Airport. You can use paid shuttle to get to the resort. I will give you a great tips on how to get around - talk to me! We are also one of the few units with private high speed internet and air conditioning. We have upgraded the washer/dryer to a combination european model which means you do not have to be around to put clothes in the dryer as is all one unit. Airbnb folks from outside the United States will recognize the unit immediately. Included in the Condo: The Condo Sleeps 4 easily and includes: The condo is perfect for 4 people and ski equipment. 1 Bedroom with pillow top King Bed and 48" Flat Screen TV with cable. 1 Bedroom with Twin Beds, which can be converted to one king bed upon prior request, 43" Flat Screen TV with cable 1 Living Room 87" sofa (not a sleeper, but has a recliner on each end for relaxation) and 50” Flat Screen TV with cable, DVD player and Firewire connectivity. Full Kitchen (Stocked with all of the cooking utensils, dishes and glasses you need.) The hours and entry code are listed in the condo. It is located in the atrium of the building. Guests have access to a condo on the free bus line, around the corner from Sundance headquarters, free parking and minor details down to french presses in the kitchen with new dishwasher, hot water tank, fridge. Everything was thrown out when we bought this condo in July 2014 and totally refurnished. Prices will vary from $150 to $450 a night dependent on the time of year. We are not looking for long term renters and prefer stays no longer than 2 weeks, but will consider up to a month for known renters. During Sundance there is 10 night minimum. If you do come to the condo the following is essential: VERY IMPORTANT ABOUT PARKING ALL CARS MUST BE MOVED ONCE EVERY 24 HOURS DURING SKI SEASON ( December through April) ALL CARS MUST BE MOVED EVERY DAY DURING NON-SKI SEASON (Generally Mid-April to Mid-November) Interaction with GuestsWe would like to communicate with our guests by email before they arrive. Walk out the door and you are at the free bus stop to take you to all the popular ski venues. We suggest trying The NoName on Main Street for Buffalo Burgers and great bar scene. Try Collie's on Main Street for great wings. Try Butchers for great food, especially beef and the High West Saloon for home brewed craft beers and whiskeys. Good Karma on Prospector Avenue is great for all 3 meals a day and Fuego is right behind the building and is great for Italian food. If you need ski rental we suggest Black Tie Ski Rental. They are right on Prospector Ave and have locations around Utah and the country. Getting AroundThe free Park City Bus stops right outside the main entrance. Almost everything you need is within a short walking distance. If you want specifics about certain restaurants, night spots etc. please feel free to talk with us about that. There is a comprehensive info binder in the condo which gives you "things to do", "places to see", restaurants (including menus). Other Things to NotePlease be advised that during Sundance there is a 10 night minimum. Prices will vary, as you can see on the calendar from $150 to $450 per night. $150 for off season ( minimum of 2 nights), $290 most of ski season (minimum of 3 nights), $350 for Christmas to New Years, and $450 a night with a minimum of 10 nights for Sundance . The NeighborhoodDevelopment is a combination of rental units and full time residents. everyone is respectful, friendly and things are relatively quiet in the neighborhood. Getting AroundYes, the free shuttle bus is 700 feet (4min walk) from the front door. Total driving distance from the house to Main Street is 2.4 miles. Shuttle bus comes every 20 minutes. Salt Lake City airport shuttle vans will drive you door-to-door from SLC to the house for roughly $40. Total distance from SLC airport to the house is 38 miles, mostly highway. Uber is also available to and from the house for a slightly higher price, usually about $45.     The SpaceOur lodge is built to host small and large groups, offering a large kitchen and living room, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms.. The kitchen is fully furnished so you don't have to rely on eating out every night. It has a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and a coffee maker as well as dining ware and utensils. There's also a gas fireplace, TV, washer, and dryer. Features Cable TV as well as wireless internet. Outside of the condo, there is a hot tub, a sauna, a barbecue grill, tables and chairs, and a bench swing to relax and enjoy the park city scenery . Many have asked about the sleeping situation in my lodge so I think the following information will be very helpful. Bedroom 1 - King Size Bed, TV, jacuzzi, Bedroom 2 - Queen Size Bed Bedroom 3 - Bunk bed with queen on bottom and full on top Bedroom 4 - Bunk bed with queen on bottom and full on top * extra pull-out bed in living room. Coalition Lodge is located right on Park Avenue and just a few steps away from the Park City Ski Resort and a lot of other main attractions. I'd be happy to answer any questions about surrounding restaurants or events. A full list of restaurants, attractions, etc is provided in your itinerary when you book but I've also listed a few attractions below to get a feel for all the fun you can have in park city.     The SpaceThe house is located in a secluded neighborhood, and sits directly next to a beautiful pond, where you can occasionally see wildlife, such as deer and moose, enjoying the water. Everything in this house is brand new, including granite counter-tops in the kitchen, HD wall-mounted TV's in each room, and hand-crafted wooden furniture throughout the house. The house is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, towels, and bedding. It is approximately 1700 square ft., has queen-sized beds in the two master bedrooms, plus a twin-size bed in one of them, and a full-sized futon-bed in the third bedroom. The bathroom in the master-bedroom has a shower that doubles as a steam room. The private hot-tub and the fireplace are perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. Interaction with GuestsI will be happy to answer any questions or concerns before or during your stay at our home. In addition, a house manager and maintenance crew will be available in case any hands-on assistance is needed. Getting AroundDEER VALLEY SHUTTLE – The free shuttle stops directly in front of the house, and goes to the Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge, where you can access the free Park City bus system, which circulates through all of Park City. The shuttle circulates continuously from 8 am-10 am and 4 pm-6 pm. For other times, it is an easy 15-minute walk to the Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge FREE PARK CITY BUS SYSTEM Park City provides free bus service throughout Park City, with bus stops located about every two blocks. Winter Schedule: Buses stop approximately every 10 minutes at the designated stops, from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm. Summer Schedule: Buses stop approximately every 20 minutes, from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm. During the winter season the buses run from 6:10 a.m. until 2:10 a.m. daily and run less frequently in the shoulder seasons. This is a garden level unit, 4 steps down from ground level. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The main bathroom has all new tile and a jetted tub. The second bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom. My favorite house feature is our wood burning stove. Normally like get a fire started in the evenings or after a cold day on the mountain and curl up with some tea. Historic Old Town Park City has such character, I am lucky to live here. The neighborhood is a mix of vacation rental homes, and locals. We also love dogs on this street. It's not unusual to see a old dog walking up the road or a moose strolling up the street Just up the street from Historic Main Street. Takes about 7 minutes strolling to access the transit center which offers complimentary buses all over the town to the different ski resorts, restaurants, shops. We are a mountain town, so flagging a taxi isn't the same as a big city-but they always hang out on Main St and your just a short walk or Uber.
