The SpaceOur cabin can accommodate a family of 4-6 easily. It is a great get away location for any family wanting to spend some relaxing time in the country. It is located directly on a four seasons trail that can be used for hiking, walking, biking, 4 wheeling, snowmobiling, horseback riding, etc.
We also have many lakes and ponds nearby that you can drive to, to enjoy a day on the water with your kayaks, fishing boats, floating rafts, or just for a nice and refreshing dip in the fresh water (there is no public beach in Woodbury, but Caspian Lake in Greensboro is 20 minutes away).
The kitchen is complete with pots and pans, dish wear, silverware, dish soap, paper towels, dish towels, soap, salt, pepper, Keurig or coffee pot.
The bathroom is completely furnished as well with bath and hand towels, wash clothes, hand soap and toilet paper.
The beds are made with clean fresh sheets, and each bed has pillows and a comforter. There are spare fleece blankets as well.
If you would like to bring your own bedding, please feel free to do so. If you notify us before your arrival we I'll leave the beds bare.
Our gas fireplace offers cozy warmth after a beautiful day spent out and about enjoying our scenic state as a family, a couple, or a group of friends. We also have a Rinnai heater in our entryway to keep our cabin comfortable. The floors in the fall and winter do tend to stay chilly, so pack your slippers. :)
Our cabin has been enjoyed by every one of our guests as a comfortable and relaxing get away. We have even enjoyed it ourselves recently.
Feel free to ask questions or make a special request. Guest AccessAt this point, we have no internet or cable/satellite. We have been unsuccessful at getting service. There is a tv available along with a DVD player. 4G is pretty reliable. Verizon seems to be better than AT&T. T-Mobile is very spotty and works best if you step outside.
The driveway to our cabin is a mixture of off road, hills and when the weather is cold, ice! 4 wheel drive vehicles and good winter tires are highly recommended.
