The SpaceLocated on the edge of a 100 acre farm that borders the Green Mountain National Forest, this home has 4 ski resorts nearby & lots of hiking & small town fun in the summer. Peru is the perfect place to visit & enjoy all southern Vermont has to offer. This is a newly renovated home is warm & cozy with pasture views & brilliant natural light throughout. The 1st floor has an open fully equipped kitchen & well appointed living room, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds & 2 full bathrooms with showers, one with a bathtub. The second floor is a spacious loft with two twin beds. In the living room there is a couch, two comfortable chairs, a round table for dinner or games, a large flat screen TV, satellite TV with movie channels, and a wood stove.
Vermont has been known for its skiing, but it is also is a great place for summer activities. The town of Peru is smack dab in the middle of the lower half of the state of Vermont. This area of Vermont has a variety of activities from hiking our beautiful mountains, to canoeing and swimming at Hapgood Pond and Lowell Lake. There are some beautiful golf course nearby, like The Golf Club at Equinox. The close by resorts offers distinct activities that will keep everyone interested and entertained. And if you like horses check out the equestrian action at the Vermont Summer Festival Horse Show! Guest AccessFull access to the entire house. We will take care of plowing in the winter months.
