The SpaceMy condo was recently remodeled, and all new furniture was purchased January 2016, the house is light, bright, clean and modern. The main living area is an open plan with an island separating the kitchen and living room so it makes for a wonderful, social place to vacation.
The bedroom has a brand new mattress and new bedding so you're assured a good night sleep. There are designer shades that keep the light out of the bedrooms once closed, so you'll wake up refreshed and ready to enjoy all the Northern Virginia has to offer.
No smoking is allowed as I am allergic to tobacco.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO PORK, NO BACON, NO HAM, ETC OF ANY SORT ALLOW IN THIS UNIT.

Loud parties and large get-together are not allowed. Guest Access•Please remove your shoes. This helps us keep the floors shiny and scratch free for awesome guests like you.
•Since it is a condo, we share walls with our neighbors. Also, this is a quiet, family neighborhood, so please be mindful of the neighbors as you enjoy your stay. Please keep outdoor activities quiet past 10 pm and indoor activities at a moderately low noise level.
•You can park anywhere, there are no designated parking spaces.
•Please do not leave any liquid residue on the wood or fabric surfaces (this includes makeup, hair products, lotions, etc), utilize coasters when necessary, and do not scratch surfaces by putting sharp objects on wood surfaces. We have trays and place mats for you to use and to protect the furniture.
•There is no daily housekeeping service. While clean linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
•We will provide you with clean bed sheets, towels, washcloths, and hand towels for you to use during the duration of your stay. Used/dirty bed sheets, towels, washcloths and hand towels need to be placed in the laundry room at the end of your stay (not on wood floors or carpeted surfaces).
•While cooking anything that has a scent to it, please close the bedroom door, turn on the exhaust fan above the stove, and open a window or two to allow fresh air in. This will allow for the scent to dissipate quickly and discourage the scent from lingering into the carpet, furniture, and walls.
FOOD & DRINKS
•Please feel free to use some of our spices- but do not take them home with you.
•Also, we will clear off space for you in the fridge, please do not take our food, alcohol or snacks.
•ALL trash goes into the trash cans or trash bags that can be found in every bathroom, bedroom and kitchen.
•At the end of your stay, please put all trash from the kitchen and any overflowing trash can into the trash bin, located in the laundry room.
•The kitchen sink has a garbage disposal, please do not put any debris or food on this side of the sink. Anything metal, plastic, glass, paper, grease, oil, bones, extremely fibrous material like corn husks, celery stalks, onion skins, and artichokes, coffee grounds, egg shells, potato peels, or rocks do NOT go down the garbage disposal.
•In case you need to use it, the vacuum is located in the laundry room. Cleaning products are located under the kitchen sink as well as the laundry room door. Please use these items as necessary within and around our home. Please do not take these items home with you.
• We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that may occur while on the premises or its facilities. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
•Make sure you have all of your things with you as you leave!
•Wipe down the kitchen counters.
•Place all used towels, washcloths, hand towels and bed sheets in the laundry room.
•Turn off all the light fixtures in and around the home.
•Shut and lock all windows and doors.
•Set the thermostat to original setting (usually 72 degrees F).
•Ensure the front door is closed securely.
•Please make sure the place tidy.

The NeighborhoodThere is no public transportation, but you can walk to One Loudoun which is only a 10 minute walk, there are many restaurants, movie theater and a FreshMarket. Getting AroundDulles airport is only 10 minutes by car to my place, you can also take the train from Reston to DC; Reston is only 15 minutes by car from where I live. You can also visit the Leesburg outlets, which it is about 15 minutes by car as well.
