The Space*Please Kindly Note; we have a (2) night minimum.* Per above, this downstairs private bedroom and bath is simply gorgeous. Its been completely redone with a contemporary design and feel. In addition to the super comfy bed, there is bed stand, touch activated reading light, love seat, dresser, flat screen TV, and a nice desk and chair for study/work. Additionally, there is private closet for hanging clothes and storing luggage, etc. The TV has its own DVR for recording shows, so if you have a favorite program you don't want to miss, we have you covered. All of this; bedroom, bath, and closet are behind your own door. Wireless internet is powered by Verizon FIOS and it's crazy fast (for the techie, 50+ mgps down, 30+ mgps up). Per our main description, we are right in the heart of Tyson's with easy access to the Orange Line Metro and lots of shopping and restaurants. Access to 495, 66, and rt 7 are super close - literally just minutes away. We only serve "Bulletproof Coffee" at this establishment and it is amazing (it will change your life if you love coffee). Coffee is freshly ground and brewed with a French press. Tea options include green tea and yerbe mate and they are of the highest quality. Eggs, yogurt, fruit, breads, and butter are also organic whenever possible. We love high quality foods and strive to provide the best to our guests. We also can provide gluten free options; please inquire. We prefer to host working professionals and students with internships or looking for opportunities in the greater DC area. This studio is also available on a long term basis at a lower rate through corporat(URL HIDDEN) (property 4927). We aim to please. If you stay with us, please let us know about any concerns and we will find a way to resolve them. Guest AccessAccess is through rear of the property, down a stone walkway off of the driveway where we provide off-street parking. We prefer to host working professionals and students with internships or looking for opportunities in the greater DC area. Guest AccessAccess is through rear of the property, down a stone walkway off of the driveway where we provide off-street parking. The guest will receive keys to the sliding door entrance and to the private room upon signing a limited liability agreement (identification required), provided by the host. Interaction with GuestsWe are extremely busy people so interaction is normally minimal. Since the studio is completely exclusive, the guest can live in complete privacy.
