Accommodates (4) four people and is next to kitchen.
Having the center island makes it great for entertaining and serving meals. There's a card table and folding chairs in the garage should you need more seating.

Are uniquely separated by the joined kitchen, dinning area and living room. This custom design allows an added level of space & privacy.

Yes indeed, park your vehicle inside if you like. You'll find a tire gauge, and Flash™ auto product to clean/wax your vehicle.
In the summer feel free to wash your vehicle outside, bucket and car wash is in garage as well.
Summer collapsable lawn chairs, Cooler, BBQ, complete with all you need to have BBQ or cook out at beach, river or park, paper plates, plastic ware, roasting sticks, beach blanket, beach towels and small collapsable table.
Here you'll also find a shower chair, transport chair and portable wheelchair ramp.
* I have canes, (walking stick), wheel chair, and walker should you require these assistive items.
Your Covered Decks:
One in the front of the house and in back allows extended entertaining with a grill and easy access to the kitchen.
Your Fenced Backyard:
Is large and has a gate so you have access to the open field and woods.
Your Fire Pit:
There is plenty of seating around the fire pit, wood to burn and all the extra goodies for roasting marsh mellows and hot dogs.
Entertaining large groups:
You're welcome to entertain large groups, or hold an event. There's plenty of property to park your RV's during event.

There's a circular drive way, plus property so there's plenty of room for parking several vehicles, RV, or truck & boat.

It's unique because you're secluded, yet 1.5 miles from the freeway, and close to the city happenings.
In summer months country folk like to have a couple parties, so please make a note neighbors may be having a party or two in July, August, September. (Music can get loud while outside).
July 4th fireworks are allowed.

A few times a week in the evening you'll hear the train in a distance passing through the town of Silvana.
Home is on a private septic, guests must not flush anything other than toilet paper or the alarm will be triggered.
Items such as tampons, flushable wipes, Kleenex etc will immediately clog the toilets and cause septic backup.
Home is on well water. After washing clothing do not let it sit damp in a pile you'll have a bad mineral smell. It's really good drinking water, and yearly test results are completed, and inside home.
* Please note in winter season internet can be a challenge due to weather, and the power can go out. I will start generator ASAP.
You'll be satisfied with a variety of special items in the refrigerator.
Items change according to the reason you're staying, and Season of year.
Example of some items may include: Carr's table water crackers, speciality cheese, smoked salmon, shrimp cocktail, bagels, salmon lox, cream cheese, fortune cookies, king crab legs, rib eye steaks from Double D Meats, Chips & Salsa, fresh organic brown eggs, cottage bacon, organic fresh fruit, luxurious desserts, and when in season fresh strawberries and raspberries from Biringer Farm, and oysters from local harvesters.

In the summer time on occasion the neighbor kids ride there motorcycles down the street.

My two dogs: They do bark, but not excessively. You may not even hear them, my home is distant from the Airbnb home, and is well insulated.
