The home is located on a cozy cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. A large private bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower is only steps away from your retreat. Across the hall is a 300 sq. ft. "Bonus Room" for reading, relaxing, revitalizing and watching your favorite TV programs. The bonus room includes a wide-screen HDTV with premium channel access. Refrigerator space on the main level is available. Guest AccessGuests are provided a daily, light breakfast and an informal wine an evening wine & cheese reception on Friday and Saturday evenings. Sundays feature a gourmet brunch served in the garden, weather permitting. If the weather doesn't cooperate, brunch is served in the antique-filled dining room. The garden patio is available for enjoying long summer evenings. Designed by an award-winning gardener, the outdoor space provides guests with ample private space around a cozy fire for enjoying wine, cheese, or other refreshments. Interaction with GuestsYour hosts are interactive but not intrusive and take cues from you as to the amount of interaction you wish. A shuttle service within a 10 mile radius is available as is Seattle-Tacoma Airport transportation for you and your party for a small additional charge. The NeighborhoodRenton WA is conveniently located close to SEATAC International Airport, Boeing, the hustle and bustle of Seattle. We are minutes from the homes of the Seattle Seahawks, Mariners, Sounders and other sports teams. Seattle attractions include Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Works, world class restaurants, the Symphony, Zoo, Aquarium, Art Museum, Flight Museum, microbreweries, University of Washington, and so many more. Day trips to Mt. Rainier, Snoqualmie Falls (3rd highest in the US), a myriad of outdoor attractions, including hiking, water sports, clamming, fishing, skiing and snowboarding, are easily arranged. A vast array of public transportation opportunities are available. Other Things to NoteDinky, our cat, patrols the house. She has a unique personality. We ask that you take care that she does not exit the home. She looks friendly, and sometimes is, sometimes is not. We request that she be given the "right of way" in all interactions.

Two additional, guest-ready bedrooms (130 and 125 square feet, respectively,) are also available should the need arise, at an additional charge. These bedrooms contain a double bed (both antiques), a dresser and large closet. All three bedrooms share one bathroom.
Linens (sheets, cozy comforters, pillows, towels, etc.) are provided. These items are laundered weekly. Guests have access to the laundry area for personal items. A sign-up sheet is used to "reserve" the washer & dryer. A small charge of $1 per load per machine covers the cost of provided detergent, softener, water and electricity.
Bedrooms feature locks on the doors for your additional comfort and security.
