Enjoy this beautiful large 3 story home in the private lake front community of Weber Point on Lake Sammamish with easy access to Lake Sammamish, bike trails, Marymoor park and downtown Redmond for lots of great family activities. We typically host large wedding parties and many technology companies from all around that world that come here to collaborate in a beautiful setting close to everything. It's a great place for families with kids with entertainment for all :-)

The SpaceOur home is on a wooded acre across from Pine Lake on the Sammamish Plateau. The light, bright bedroom has deck access and plenty of parking available. An exercise room is one step from your bedroom, and there's also a big yard for casual entertaining. Catering could be arranged. We're a short walk to a large Park n Ride, shopping, restaurants, Starbucks, QFC, Pine Lake Park, a medical clinic and only 3 miles miles to Swedish Hospital and Proliance Surgeons Hospital. Exercise? From the house, a run around Pine Lake is 3.7 miles. Lots of paved walkways around the neighborhood and through wooded areas. Some great hiking is also nearby. Some of the amenities we have are a little exercise room that has an exercise machine, TV and other exercise items. If you have any additional questions please let me know, I'd be happy to help you! Guest AccessThe bedroom is in a its own private part of the house. Interaction with GuestsWe're always available to help in any way during your stay. We are around most of the time since we both work full time from home. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and other amenities of the home once discussed. The NeighborhoodWe are in a generally wooded setting with some new homes along one side. The property is private and large enough (one acre) to get away from it all. When needed, all services are very close. Getting AroundAs mentioned, we are close to everything. We're a short walk to a large bus Park n Ride, shopping, restaurants, Starbucks, QFC, Pine Lake Park, a medical clinic and only 1.9 miles from Swedish Hospital and Proliance Surgeons Hospital. There are lots of paved walkways around the neighborhood and through wooded areas. Some great hiking is also nearby. Other Things to NoteNote, we do have two very friendly small dogs, a Chihuahua and a Dachshund, and a friendly tabby cat. They are generally in another part of the house.

The Space(I host females only.) This impeccably-cleaned guest room features an iron, ironing board, spa robe, chenille slippers, thick towels, plenty of space for folded clothes and hanging clothes, travel brochures, a journal, a few books, desk/vanity, high-speed wireless Internet, hair dryer, and travel sized personal products (for an extra charge) in case a needed item is forgotten. My rooms will appeal to guests that prefer a very high level of cleanliness. My beds linens are all white and are washed in bleach every time. Mattresses are encased in a protective cover, and also have a mattress pad protector, pillows have zipped protectors and pillow cases. All bedding including sheets, pillow protectors, mattress pad, all blankets, and top blankets are washed every time. Bathrooms are very clean. My goal is for you to have a beautiful clean room and a great stay! As a side note: I have 3 rooms in my home listed on airbnb. It might be possible to rent the Dulcinea Room, the Master Bedroom and also the Boutique Bedroom if they are available at the same time. They are all beautiful, special rooms. Guest Access(I host females only) In addition to your own room and bathroom, you will have use of the family room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and a backyard that features a barbeque and beautiful pergola trellis where you can enjoy your Pacific Northwest dark-roasted coffee. You are welcome to a coffee area with a Keurig machine, dark roast coffee, vanilla creamer and chilled water bottles for all of my guests. Interaction with Guests(I host females only) I work from home. I own a small in-home boutique salon. I service 2 female clients a day ( I specialize in foil highlights) so you might occasionally hear 2 woman talking. I don't think it's any different than hearing a family in a home. During your stay, I am here for any questions you may have on the area. I am equally happy to give you privacy and space, whatever you prefer. I am happy to help with suggestions on the variety of FUN Seattle has to offer whether it be; local hikes, the Woodinville Wine Country, Alki Beach, walking Green lake, walking and biking trails a few blocks from my home, local Art Walks, local restaurants, historical and charming downtown Issaquah, Fremont Market, Ballard Market, Consignment shopping, walks along Puget Sound, local ski resorts, I have provided brochures of local attractions and a book that features delivery menus from local restaurants that deliver. The Neighborhood(I host females only) My home is located in a nice private community in the suburb of Issaquah that features parks, 2 tennis courts, 4 miles of absolutely beautiful walking trails, one of which leads to Starbucks. This scenic community features over 300 acres of open space, which includes Yellow Lake, several ponds, 10 community parks, numerous parks, and 25 miles of nature trails. Amenities include basketball and tennis courts and two heated swimming pools. Klahanie Shopping Center offers a grocery store, fitness center, medical services, shops and restaurants. Businesses in the shopping center at the other end of our neighborhood include: Subway, Starbucks, Thai Ginger Thai Food, Chan's place Chinese food, Hop n Jacks American food (burgers, salads, tacos), Klahanie chiropractic, Gas station, Wells Fargo Bank, Klahanie Fitness, Yoko's Teriyaki, Pizza take out/delivery and a grocery store. Just east of Seattle and Bellevue, and conveniently located on the I-90 corridor it offers easy access for commuters and close proximity to countless amenities. Historic downtown Issaquah is minutes away, with its selection of restaurants, shops and services. Lake Sammamish and Issaquah’s Lake Sammamish State Park are a short drive, as are winter ski areas. Getting Around(I host females only) It's a few blocks to walk to the bus. There are 2 park and rides. My home is in the suburbs 30 minutes from Seattle. It's probably best to have a car but its possible to get around by bus. My home is located 2.5 miles from the Issaquah Highlands Park and Ride. The Microsoft Connector free bus conveniently picks up at that location if you are employed or are on contract with Microsoft. Other Things to Note(I host females only) I am a female and I have one child who is now 21 and lives on his own. I do not do any drugs and I do not host guests that do, not even medical marijuana, my home is a non-smoking home, very light occasional drinking- as in occasional glass of wine. I host females only. My home is an absolutely beautiful safe sanctuary. You can hear classical music, enjoy art by local Seattle artists on my walls, enjoy floral bouquets, and the Dave Mathews band playing occasionally in the background since I am a fan.

The SpaceIdeally situated on the eastern side of beautiful Lake Sammamish for fabulous sunsets and a tranquil setting, the Cottage on Sammamish is a newly renovated vacation venue. You feel rested and away from the busy world. Many people say it feels you are in a boat with the large windows facing and very near the lake. Yet, just up the hill from the house (5 min drive) is a large Safeway and a multitude of convenient take-away shops and restaurants. 10 mins north and you are in the middle of Redmond (Microsoft town!) and the Redmond Town Centre. 10 mins south and you have Costco, Bestbuy, FredMeyer, etc on the pretty town of Issaquah. Both towns are linked with a pretty well preserved state trail that passes on the back of the Cottage, where you can walk, run or bike. The cottage also is close to Seattle itself. (20 miles - 30 min) Come enjoy the Cottage on Sammamish for your next vacation or corporate visit to the Seattle area. The Cottage has: Over 900 square feet of living space 2 bedrooms – sleeping up to 6 people Complete kitchen (we mean it!) Living Room Dining Room Two sunny decks facing the lake Shade deck on back of cottage surrounded by a relaxing, stunning garden area. Parking for to 2 cars Lake Sammamish: The second largest lake in the Seattle area is 7 miles long, 1.5 miles wide with a maximum depth of 105 feet. Bordered on the north by Marymoor Park and Lake Sammamish Park on the south, this is an ideal water sports lake. You can use our 3 kayaks to explore the lake or even our paddle board while vacationing at Cottage on Sammamish.

The SpaceLake Sammamish Rentals is now offering this huge and comfortable duplex, located less than 125 yards from Lake Sammamish. HOWEVER, it includes access to OUR VERY OWN private lot on the lake (not to be mistaken with the "Private-Community" Inglewood Beach club lot) directly across the street from the duplex , and it's included as part of your rental! So you get the double benefit of having access to the lake and the benefits of having access to a large yard. The living room and all 3 bedrooms have a TV. The living room and main bedroom have a cable, the smaller rooms don't but you can connect your computer to them and stream TV/Movies from our cable service. Specifically you'll have access to over 260 cable channels (to include, HBO®, Showtime®, STARZ®, Cinemax® TMC®, Sports Entertainment Package) and Streaming TV/Movies options plus High-Speed WiFi internet (105 Mbps). The actual house is a legal duplex with its own address, but the owners don’t want the space occupied with a full time tenant so we make it available for select dates on AirBnB. NUMBER OF GUESTS IN RENTAL After having several successful rentals we’re experimenting with increasing our guest accommodations. Since we had never rented our duplex before and didn’t know what the noise/traffic level would be like we only allowed 6 guests, even though the duplex can reasonably accommodate 10 people in our opinion we'll consider hosting more than 6 guests for short term rentals, but keep in mind there is one full bathroom and a small half bathroom. But, keep in mind, this is not a rental for people interested in having loud social events or large family gatherings at the house--it's just a quiet place where you have the option to relax, play yard games and enjoy time at the lake with your family, guests or by yourself. COMPARATIVE SHOPPING FOR BEST VALUE Should you stay at our duplex or the Redmond Extended Stay? While both places have unique features, our most distinguishing feature (aside from being across the street from Lake Sammamish, private laundry, access to backyard/backyard games and numerous cable TV channels) is that they only allow you to book up to 4 guests per room and only provide you with 1 King Bed and Sofa Sleeper. In our rental, you’ll have the following sleeping accommodation options: Queen Bed in Master Bedroom – Sleeps 2 Adults Queen Bed in Bunk Bedroom – Sleeps 2 Adults Twin Bed in Bunk Bedroom – Sleeps 1 Child (or 150 lbs. weight limit) Full Bed in Avengers Game Room – Sleeps 2 Adults Queen Bed (Inflatable) in Living Room – Sleeps 2 Adults Single Mattress in Living Room – Sleeps 1 Adult So you can comfortably sleep and accommodate 10 people at our location spread out through the duplex. What you must keep in mind however is that there is only 1 bathroom, and 4 off-street parking spaces. BEST VALUE SUMMARY: If you are just looking for a LONGER LOUNGING STAY with 3 OR FEWER PEOPLE, the primary advantage is that we offer a private spacious rental in close proximity to Lake Sammamish, with private laundry, access to backyard/backyard games and numerous cable TV channels. If you are just looking for a SHORT-TERM place to SLEEP 4-10 people the benefit of renting with us (in addition what's mentioned above) is that we can accommodate your sleeping needs instead of you having to rent 2-3 rooms (but it might tight for some peoples taste so please be sure to watch the video tour of our duplex on YouTube or email us directly for specific questions). COMPLIMENTARY AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION & RENTAL CAR AVAILABLE If you reserve for 7 or more days we will provide you with complimentary transportation from the airport to our rental, and on your departure day, we’ll provide you with transportation back to the airport. Additionally, we’ve set up an agreement with our car rental partners so that you can have a rental car waiting for you at our AirBnB, and you can leave it at our rental once you check out. If you don’t know, the rental car companies at SEATAC airport aren’t located in the terminal so if you decide to rent a car at the airport, you will have to take their shuttle to the rental car company, and when you return the car, you’ll have to drop it off at the rental car company and catch a shuttle to the terminal. The NeighborhoodThis duplex is centrally located to freeways, shopping and entertainment centers, the mall, 10 minutes from Microsoft headquarters, 14 minutes to Costco Headquarters and roughly 25 miles from cruise ports and SEATAC airport. ADDRESS FOR MAPPING YOUR DESTINATIONS You can use the following address to use (website hidden) maps to estimate the proximity of our rental to your desired destinations. This address is not where the rental is located, but rather a shopping center 2 minutes up the street from the actual rental location: 704 228th (website hidden). Sammamish, WA 98074 PLEASE NOTE: The rental is located near a large street and close to Lake Sammamish, so you might hear some car noise or people with boats on the lake (and the occasional loud muffler car) if your stay takes place during peak rush hour traffic or a holiday. However, the noise is never problematic or consistently noisy. The host is a software architect and loves the quietness of the quiet area. Getting AroundIt’s a 14 minute drive to the 520 or 90 freeway which will take you directly to downtown Seattle should you desire. CASINO/BUFFET If you get the urge to go gambling or enjoy an All You Can Eat Vegas style buffet while you're staying, we're only 20 minutes away from Snoqualmie Casino! Other Things to NoteRESERVATION REQUESTS Having done this for over a year now, here's what we've learned: if the following requested Reservation Information isn't provided as part of your initial request, it usually means 1) the person hasn't read the house rules before making the request or 2) the person doesn't care about rules. As a result, reservation requests that, at a minimum, don't provide the following information will be denied without further explanation—because logically, more than likely the guest is going to show up and break the house rules too. So please understand, just like when you first meet someone and ask to be invited into their house, this is your first introduction to us and the first impression you're going to make about the type of person you are, and ability/willingness to follow our house rules. WHY THE DAILY RATE: Our daily pricing is automated through AirBnB and works just like a standard airplane or hotel reservation such that the prices change daily based on supply and demand for our area and season--so please don't ask for the price you saw several days ago. However, once your reservation request is approved you will have a price lock for 24 hours. So in order to approve your rental request and for us to be covered by our insurance policy, when requesting a reservation YOU MUST provide the following information. 1. Is this rental for you or for someone else? If it is for someone else, at least one of the people that will be staying here needs to create a verified profile on AirBnB. We need to do this for our insurance so that there can be at least one person on premises that will be considered the liable party. ONCE AGAIN: THE INDIVIDUAL THAT MAKES THE RESERVATION MUST BE STAYING IN THE RENTAL. The SpaceWelcome to Lake Sammamish living! Escape to this 8 mile long scenic lake only 4 miles to Microsoft HQ and 10 miles to Seattle that feels like a far away summer home. Eagles soar overhead and salmon swim by your dock, as you relax at the beach firepit, after a full day of boating. This gorgeous apartment is a fully furnished large one bedroom, bath, living room/kitchen on the first floor with a separate entrance. It is on the Lake Sammamish waterfront with views for miles down the lake to the snow capped peaks of the cascade mountains. It was fully renovated recently including all new kitchen and appliances, radiant heat tile floor, granite counters, maple cabinets, queen size bed, large oriental rug, 48” TV with DirectTV DVR, couch, desk, executive chair, printer, glass dining table, dishwasher, washer & dryer. It's fully furnished, first class, with everything you need, plates, glasses, silverware, pots, towels, linens, napkins, premium kitchen appliances (coffee maker, microwave, margarita machine/blender, food processor, even an electric wine bottle opener), iron, hair dryer, clock radio, - if you need it, and we don’t have it, we will get it. All utilities including Internet and cable and maid service every 2 weeks are included. There is a covered patio, a deck, gas grill, and a patio lakeside, and parking. We live in the upper floors of the home, so check-in/check-out is easy and we are there if you need anything. Guest AccessWe have a 120’ dock, with a fast 22’ Cobalt powerboat, 3 small sailboats, 2 stand-up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, and 2 windsurfers, as well as fishing gear, plus all the lifejackets, wakeboards, inflatable tubes etc. These are available for your use (once you are checked-out on knowing how to use them – and we can teach you). I'll need to ride along on the powerboat for insurance reasons. At the house there are decks overlooking the lake, a patio beach side, a hot tub, gas grill, laundry room, storage, and parking for 2 cars. We also have 2 bikes available for guests. Interaction with GuestsI love going out on the lake with guests, as commodore of the local yacht club (URL HIDDEN) we have a busy schedule of parties & raft ups on the lake, boat parades, concerts, all kinds of events. The boat has an on-board margarita machine and it's a party year round as we keep the power boat in all year. The NeighborhoodAcross the street (literally) is 90 acre Weowna Park with miles of old growth forest trails for hiking/jogging - check it out (URL HIDDEN) . We are a (long) bike ride away from the winerys and breweries of Woodenville. You can bike around the lake, check out the Lake Sammamish State Park and rock concerts at Marymoor Park in the summer. Getting AroundNot really, plan on a car. There is a bus route but it's 1/2 mile away through the park. Other Things to NoteWhile we are new to AirBNB, we have over a dozen all 5 star reviews here (URL HIDDEN) Maid service every 2 weeks is included for longer stays.

The SpaceA greatroom layout for relaxing with view of the lake, a dining area, and a full kitchen. The Getaway is perfect for two people. The bedroom has a queen bed. A full real mattress and a foam fold-out twin bed are in a closet. Either of these can be set up in the greatroom to allow for 4 sleepers in the Getaway. A creek runs through this new house, and amazingly you can see it from inside! And hear it! Gurgling in the summer, a background rush in the winter. Plus the waves on Lake Sammamish. Depending on the season you'll see kokanee, eagles, otters, deer, raccoons, woodpeckers, kingfishers, all types of ducks, etc. The kitchen.....pots, pans, cookie sheets, baking dishes. Television, DVD player, wireless internet. Fire pit and charcoal BBQ. Outdoor dining table and chairs. Disc golf basket and putters. Guest AccessThe lake is right out the door. Swim! A pier extends into the lake. Canoe! Kayak! 2 patios. Bridge over the creek. The Getaway has its own lakeside entrance. Interaction with GuestsLinde is usually on the property and can answer questions. If Linde is not in residence she has four grown kids living in the Seattle area who come by and help hosting guests. The NeighborhoodThe Getaway is in the historical area Shady Rest, homesteaded in the 1880's before the railroad was built. The rails are gone, and now the East Lake Sammamish Trail, part of the Mountains to Sound Greenway, is just steps away. Getting AroundSingle digit driving minutes to shopping in Sammamish. 10 mins to either Redmond or Issaquah. Whole Foods. Safeway. Coffee shops. Fred Meyer. Costco. Home Depot, etc. Other Things to NoteNot Frank Lloyd Wright's 'Fallingwater,' but close! One of a kind, for sure. Guests who are at the GETAWAY in April, May or June 2016 will get two tickets to home games of SEATTLE CASCADES PRO ULTIMATE. Games are played in Memorial stadium at Seattle Center, just below the Space Needle. During the summer months there is a five night minimum stay. after mid June, July and August.

The SpaceLog Cabin have beds for 10 guests: 3 bedrooms (Queen beds in master and “Papa Bear” rooms and the bank bed and full futon in “kids” accommodation)+ pull out couch in the living room. Even Cabin can fit 10 persons it will feels a little busy. It comfortably accommodate 6 guests. (size of the cabin is 1560 sq. ft.) While sating in the cabin guests can enjoy the private community beach and swim in the lake. The beach have a small pier and picnic table and a platform about 200 feet out. There are no lifeguards. You could either walk or drive to the beach area (It is in about one mile from the Log Cabin). The house pretty well equipped with kitchen items and have washer and dryer. There is a large wrap around deck, gas grill and an outside table. The neighborhood is very quite. The road around the lake is somewhat hilly and surrounded with huge trees. There is a small strip mall about a two and a half mile away with an Albertson's. Guest AccessCombination lock on the side of French door on the deck. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop within a 5 minute walk that can help you access anywhere in King County easily. Uber and Lyft are both accessible and will generally take ~10 minutes to arrive. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, proper bedroom with queen bed and closet and a private bathroom. (The bathroom is accessed via the bedroom, so if you take advantage of our second bed, you'd better be good friends!) The kitchen includes a small refrigerator/freezer, convection microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher and a double burner cooktop as well as ample equipment to make your own meals. We think you'll be amazed at the lake view and love the serenity, while enjoying being pretty close to the local amenities. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DON'T OFFER ACCESS TO THE WATERFRONT OR DOCK AS WE SHARE IT WITH OUR NEIGHBORS. There's also a piano you can use while you're here. Fast WI-FI! Starbucks is only a 10 minute stroll as well as a grocery store, banks, restaurants, gas stations, etc. A 10 minute drive will get you to the Issaquah Highlands which has a cinema and more eating out options. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop at the end of the street which will take you into downtown Seattle in the morning and deposit you back in the afternoon. Everything is pretty accessible by car, including Microsoft (25 minutes), Swedish Hospital (10 minutes), Costco corporate (15 minutes), etc. Access to I90 is also easy. Free parking for up to 2 cars. Other Things to NoteYou will need to be able to walk 100ft down an uneven path to get to the apartment. There are a couple of steps as well as a few tree roots to deal with (we are still working on our landscaping)! The waterfront area and dock in front of the house is shared with several of our neighbors. We ask that our guests respect the space and do not go on the dock or access the water from the shared area.

    The SpaceThe house has a plenty of space and beds to comfortably accommodate at least 12 adults and 4 more on an air bed and sectional coach, and even more if needed: In the upper level there is a master bedroom with a super comfy Kasala king bed, second br with a queen bed, another with a large two level bunk bed (full and twin size mattresses) - should be very comfortable for two or three kids, or even a midsized adult. The lower level has one bedroom with king, another with a sofa, a leather sleeper-sofa and a large sectional in the playroom. A large office could serve as an impromptu 6th bedroom with a provided inflatable air bed. Two recliners and a cosy love sofa could also serve as There is also a leather sofa in the lower level playroom convertible into a very comfortable full bed. A modern half-bath is also included on this floor. The kitchen contains a state-of-the-art gas Wolf stove, stainless steel appliances and granite slab counter tops. A matching granite table with benches can serve as a casual dining option. Both the kitchen and dining area lead right to the family room with a large cable TV, couch, chairs. For your use is a full laundry room on the bottom floor. Upstairs you'll find a large master bedroom with a queen size bed, and a master bathroom, including a soaking tub. A second bedroom down the hall has a double-bed and next to that is the third bedroom setup for a children's nursery. Both these bedrooms can share the modern, granite full bathroom. The NeighborhoodA nice feature of our place is the access to the trail across the street....while of this writing, 12/16, the middle part of the trail is graveled the ends leading into Issaquah to the South and Redmond to the North are paved. The piece in front of us is being prepped and may not be available, however, access on the Parkway will be the detour default route. Getting AroundAll of our guest to date had their own cars or one used a share ride service, so it's best you have such although you can get to a bus station if you didn't want to drive into Seattle. Without traffic being an issue, from our house one can get into Seattle 30-35 minutes. When is traffic an issue? Usual times. Rush hour, 7-9 mornings..Friday's from 4-6 into Seattle can be bad. Plan perhaps an hour at least during those times, however with two occupants, HOV lanes can help somewhat....especially using I-90 West from here to downtown. Other Things to NoteMentioned above, we have a dog that loves to interact with anybody....she adores attention but she is always in the house or when outside typically on a leash....but she can move about. She will bark when someone comes down the driveway but in the evening, when guests are here, she is upstairs with us.

      The SpaceThis is our guest bedroom with one queen size bed, 2 windows (lots of lights) and your own mini fridge. Your room is on the 2nd floor of the house. There are total of 3 bathrooms and you will have the bath with shower on the main floor as the dedicated one. Feel free to use the 2nd floor bathroom as well (mostly our 2 boys use this bathroom) We can add a twin size futon mattress or crib mattress on the floor if you have a young child traveling with you. The only sink in the apartment is in bathroom but some bottled water is available for guests.

The NeighborhoodThe Petit Studio is on my property, with its own entrance, ensuite bathroom and deck. We are located on a private road with 10 homes. It is a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. Getting AroundThere is a bus line which runs close by, about a 1/2 mile from the entrance of the private lane. I would say it is not very convenient and I would not depend on it. Other Things to NoteMy home and the Petit Studio are located at the bottom of a hill. Parking is at the top of the hill and there are stairs (85 of them!) or my guests will have use of the Tram (exterior elevator). The Tram is inspected twice a year by an official inspectors of WA State Labor and Industries Elevator division. It is fully permitted and up-to-date with all safety measures in place.
