The SpaceGuests are reserving access to a house which is the primary residence of the host. Guests receive a private red-carpeted bedroom on the main level with two twin beds and unconnected private guest-only bathroom. To accommodate larger parties, a premium comfort double-futon is available in the lower level open space with an additional bathroom.
If you like to camp, guests may request use of a Jayco pop-up camper which has a king size and a double size bed (bedding provided). Full size air mattresses and a four person tent are also available. Please inquire if you would like to camp using your own gear. Guest AccessEnter through the front-center door closest to the deck steps. All of the main living areas of the house and studio basement are shared with the host. The garage spaces are not shared, however, a 240V NEMA 14-50 receptacle is available at the garage for charging Tesla vehicles with advance notice. Interaction with GuestsHost will make every attempt to greet guests at the front door for check in. When this is not possible, host will inform the guest prior to booking and provide instructions for self guided entry in advance of guest arrival. Host will always be accessible and will interact with guests as much or as little as guests prefer. Host enjoys cooking for, or with guests. Please inquire if interested in utilizing the kitchen for preparing meals. The NeighborhoodThis sanctuary includes several acres of mature trees, birds and wildlife, nature trails, flora, fauna and wetland conservancy land.

Other Things to NoteHost may be home. Host's friendly dog Champ may be home. Champ spends much of his summer time outside and is willing to accompany you on a walk. Champ is a medium sized dog trained to stay out of carpeted rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, off upholstery and will not jump. He will bark at you for attention when you first arrive.
