The SpaceThis cabin was built in the 1920's and operated as Camp Sylvan until 1967. The cabins are being renovated with care and attention to preserving the materials from the era. All new appliances, electrical, plumbing and fixtures provide old charm with new comforts. Guest AccessProperty address is 1085 Hwy 39, Ingram, TX, 78025. Yellow cabins on right hand side of road going west towards Hunt. Interaction with GuestsI live on the property and usually greet guest at check in unless other arrangements are made. The NeighborhoodProperty is on Hwy 39 and 4 miles east of the Hunt store and two miles west of Ingram Dam. Access to state parks, touring highways, great shopping in Old Ingram and plenty of small town amenities in Kerrville 11 miles east.

You will find many nearby activities to enjoy including golf, canoeing, swimming holes and antique hunting to name a few. There are many restaurants, from gourmet to the best BBQ in Texas. Easily navigated from Interstate I10, Casa Roca would be an ideal resting place for travelers heading east or west across the USA.         The cabin was built in 1925 and completely renovated in 2015. It sits on a hill overlooking Hwy 39 and the Guadalupe River. The cabin has a full kitchen, queen bed, queen sleeper sofa and a sleeper chair. A gas grill is provided at the cabin along with TV and internet. The private river access across the road has fire pits, picnic tables, canoes, great swimming and fishing.
