There ia a Spacious Kitchen with Built-in Cupboards, Refrigerator, Microwave Oven, Food Processer, Crockery, Cutlery etc. The Kitchen is provided with bottled Gas Connection & Three Burner Cooking Stove. Assistance in procuring groceries etc for preparing their own meals can be provided as per actual costs.
A Washing Machine is installed for use.
A TV is provided in the living area. Internet connection can be provided at extra cost. Power back-up (except for air-conditioners) is available from Generator installed in the premises.
The location is within 15 km from Chennai Airport & the main Chennai Central Rly Station
Our villa is 240 meters from the sea beach, Off East Coast Road at Vettuvankeni, Chennai. Mostly European expats occupy the surrounding houses. The villa is located just off the East Coast Rd.and close to eateries like Dominos Pizza, KFC, Pizza Corner, Papa Jones & other restaurants( who make home deliveries) besides provision stores & shopping mall.
It is close to: The Cholamandala Artist Village (3km); Dakshin Chitra (8km) a Centre for Indian Arts & crafts; Mamlapuram, a World Heritage Site is 30 km away; and Aurovelle the International Village & Pondicherry are 130 km away on the East Coast Rd which runs along the sea coast. The East Coast Rd is also known as The Entertainment Corridor of Chennai.
Public transport is available on East Coast Rd. Taxis can be called over phone from our place for point to point travel or on an hourly basis.
Check-in/check-out time is 24 hours.
Since my husband & I stay on the first floor, we can help guests with any problem that the guests may face regarding their stay Also having traveled widely both in India & abroad, we are aware of the problems tourists face in a new country & would like to render any help/information/assistance that they may require.
There is a Government Service Tax of 12.36% on the room tarrif which is collected from the guest at the time of checking out.
The guests have access to all the amenities available in the ground floor apartment. Also they can ask permission to access the 2nd floor open terrace garden for sunning or use in the evening

Since we live on the 1st floor the guests can interact/ approach us for any help /assistance.
This sea side area is a quiet, calm and peaceful neighborhood with individual villas.
