The house is architect designed to take full advantage of the magnificent position. Built from local stone the open plan design of 40+ squares offers an inviting living area whether it is for 2 people or 12.
Massive recycled woolstore beams support the vaulted timber ceiling of the living area which features two lounge areas, a dining area seating up to twelve guests and a sunken TV viewing area around a huge stone fireplace, a popular place to reflect on the day and relax.
Master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom, a queen size bed, walk in robe & private balcony.
Downstairs there are two large bedrooms with a queen size bed, king single bed and king trundle.
The fourth bedroom upstairs has a bunk bed and also entry out to the upstairs balcony.
The main bathroom downstairs has a wall to wall mirror, shower recess and toilet.
The powder room offers a seperate toilet off the laundry.
The Tasmanian Ash kitchen has a walk in pantry, double electric oven, large stainless steel fridge/freezer with ice maker and a microwave. It is fully equipped with modern appliances, crockery and everything you may require on a day to day basis.
The house is open plan living with 2 lounge areas and dining for 10/12 people
The indoor heated spa with multicolored spa light opens up out to the terrace. There is undercover outside seating with a hooded barbecue & outdoor fireplace. A great area to watch the sun setting and colors changing over the valley and in the mountain backdrop.
