The SpaceWhat people usually mention is that I iron bedding. I like to think that people that come in should feel like they are the special guests in my home. The second thing is that we are friendly but we know you are not in town to visit us so we leave you to your own space. Also the freedom to eat where and when you want, and the cozy porch for hanging out. The last thing is that it is like the picture. I took them on my phone and I want you to get what I said you would get. Guest AccessThere is a living room where you can bask in the sun, use your computer, visit with your traveling companion or play a board game. We are pretty quiet so we know we have seen a lot of people just sit in the front room and read. There is also a large front porch for those cool evening chats. We are only blocks from the river so the night air is pretty fresh and it is a nice place to chill or read in the summer. Interaction with GuestsYou decide, we are easy. Hang used towels on the door and leave the bed messy when you check out...I will be doing laundry up and changing sheets so don't worry about being tidy, your on vacation. The NeighborhoodLittle town with no public transport. Ten Churches Three Restaurants Two Bars and One Thriftway. Really reasonable gas in town and a new Convenience store. There is a covered bridge tour you can drive here. And waverly lake is nearby and off course Jefferson is built around the river. Getting AroundBring your own transportation We have some travel mags and we are pretty centrally located. For things you want to do around Salem and Corvallis and Albany. Scio or Lebanon, and Stayton. Other Things to NoteWe have a coffee bar in the living room with hot and cold water and tea and snacks. I always leave snacks out because when you are in someone's house you should be able to munch while you are reading or watching TV. Remember we are a pet free facility.
