Louée entièrement meublée et équipée: draps, serviettes, vaisselle, réfrigérateur, lave vaisselle, lave linge etc... Possibilité d'avoir des services à la carte (ménage, préparation de repas, Accès Internet, etc ...). N'hésitez pas à demander. The NeighborhoodChebba ou La Chebba (الشابة) est une ville côtière du Sahel tunisien située à 65 kilomètres au nord de Sfax et à 36 kilomètres au sud de Mahdia. La ville est située à hauteur du cap Ras Kapoudia qui est le point le plus oriental du Sahel tunisien. Elle possède un important port de pêche bénéficiant d'une situation maritime exceptionnelle car sa zone de pêche se situe à l'intersection de la zone de pêche du poisson bleu (au nord vers Mahdia) et celle du poisson blanc (au sud vers Sfax). C'est également un ancien bourg agricole dont une grande partie de la population exploitait l'olivier. Getting AroundAéroport le plus proche et le plus pratique est celui de Monastir.     The SpaceDUPLEX IN FRONT THE MEDITERRANEAN SEA. Breathtaking view of the sea, the island almost a small town very quiet, total disorientation. Its strategic location and its fortifications allow the city known under the names successively from Jemma, Aphrodisium and Cape Africa to play a leading role in the Mediterranean until the sixteenth century. Mahdia is first a Phoenician and Roman under the name Aphrodisium2. The wreck of Mahdia, dating back to the first century BC. Hadj Mustapha Hamza Mosque, built in 1772 and restored in the twentieth century, is a fine example of religious architecture at the time ottomane12. Mahdia is also known for its marine cemetery located on the seafront at the end of the peninsula. Culture The town of Mahdia has a museum, a regional, installed in the former premises of the municipality that have been completely renovated to accommodate collections. Inaugurated in 1997, its collections have several pieces including ceramics belonging to the Punic and Roman periods, a beautiful set of mosaics, a treasure with its 268 Byzantine gold coins and various objects in the Islamic period The white sandy beaches, many hotels and turbulent history of the city makes it a popular seaside resort. The tourist area is located north of the city, specifically in front of the district Hiboun, the vast majority of hotels in the city are located by the sea and offers varied.     The Spacela maison est de style arabe andalous, avec un patio au centre, quatre chambres doubles, l'une avec un lit matrimonial et les autres avec deux lits chacune, décorées à la traditionnelle de style rurale. La maison est bâtit de pierre à l'ancienne, l'hauteur des murs est de 3 mètres ce qui fait qu'elle aie une climatisation naturelle, très aérées et fraîches en été, en hiver il suffit de mettre un simple chauffage pendant quinze minute et toute la maison se réchauffe. la maison est dotée d'une cuisine équipée, une salle de douche (eau chaude) avec WC et une autre salle d'eau (à l'intérieur de la maison), une douche et une WC sont aussi disponibles à l'extérieur (eau froide)l'eau chaude est disponible tout au long de l'année. deux chambres son communicantes avec un accès indépendant sur le jardin. le patio sert de salle à manger en hiver, et de salon pour se reposer aussi et profiter d'un moment de lecture. en été la table d'hôte se place à l'extérieur dans le jardin. dans le jardin un coin café maure est aménagé pour prendre le café turc, le thé ou le petit déjeuner, en face se dresse une belle fontaine et un beau paysage qui vous rappelle une ambiance andalouse de l'époque. Remarque: Tous les repas sont à la demande, le prix varie entre 5 euros (petit- déjeuner) et 15 euros le repas (déjeuner ou dîner) par personne. le petit déjeuner de compagne comprend: lait, café, thé, miel, huile d'olive, oeufs fermiers, pain de compagne, fruits de saison, jus de saison, sirop de caroube, ... les autres repas sont riches en produits frais du terroir et se basent sur notre cuisine traditionnelle (méditerranéenne) de la région. Guest Accessà Dar Al Mansoura vous pouvez faire des promenades dans le terrain agricole juste en face de la maison, participer à des activités agricoles, cueillir les fruits de saison, on organise aussi des randonnées à charrette (15 euros pour 5 personnes) pour visiter les alentours de la ferme et visiter le port de pêche à 1 km de la maison. et des randonnée en barque de pêcheur (30 euros pour 6 personnes) vous avez accès à toute la ferme, les jardins, le terrain agricole, la maison Dar Al Mansoura et ses équipements: la cuisine, une petite bibliothèque, wifi,..les douches et le WC extérieur et le café maure dans le jardin. Interaction with Guestsnotre famille qui est composé de trois personnes mes parents (Mustapha retraité de la compagnie aérienne Tunisair, passionné par le jardinage, Mansoura femme au foyer s’occupe de la famille et des petits enfants, elle prépare des plats traditionnels succulents et moi, Yousr, ex-professeur d'espagnol,actrice de théâtre actuellement, passionné par l'art, l'écologie, la poésie, toujours à la recherche de moi même, nous habitons dans la maison annexe à Dar Al Mansoura dans la même ferme, nous sommes à la disposition des hôtes (selon leurs désirs) pour partager des moments de la soirée, autour d'un dîner ou pour faire des promenades dans la région (aller à la plage dans le village voisin, visiter des fermes voisines, aller à l'amphithéâtre d'El Jem qui se trouve à 40km ou bien visiter la ville de Mahdia à 45 km,..) A Dar Al Mansoura vous pouvez apprendre à préparer des plats traditionnels de la région, faire de la peinture si vous êtes passionné, écrire, méditer, aller à la pêche, participer dans des activités agricoles,.. The NeighborhoodMélloulèche est un village du littoral tunisien, rattaché au gouvernorat de Mahdia, à 45km sud de Mahdia ville vers Sfax, à 40 km d'El Jem ou se trouve l'amphithéâtre romain, à 50 km de Sfax et à 10 km de la Chebba où se trouvent les plus belles plages de la Tunisie. le village est encore à l'état naturel, un souk hebdomadaire s'installe tout les mercredi dans le centre du village, les habitants sont de simples paysans, la plupart sont agriculteurs ou pêcheurs. le village produit essentiellement les olives et l'huile d'olive, mais on peut aussi trouver d'autres arbres fruitiers tels que l'amandier, le figuier, les figues de barbarie, le grenadier,.. le village est aussi doté d'un hôpital, deux pharmacies de jour et de nuit, un poste de garde nationale (à 500mètres), un cyber café et une superette à seulement 400 mètres de Dar Al Mansoura. le centre du village est à 1km à peu près. de la maison. et le port de pêche est aussi à 1km de DAR AL MANSOURA. la maison est entourée de fermes de terrains d'oliviers et de très beaux paysages exotiques sur le chemein vers la mer de Melloulech(à 700 mètres seulement). Getting Aroundau centre du village vous trouverez des taxis par place qui vous ramène au village voisin la Chebba là où il y a les belles plages. De la chebba vous pouvez voyager en louages (des voitures par place aussi ) vers Mahdia (45km), sousse (100km), Sfax (50km) ou Tunis (240). il y a aussi une station de bus vers Tunis ou bien Sfax à 400 mètres de Dar Al Mansoura. Other Things to Notepour bien profiter de votre séjour à Dar Al Mansoura il vaut mieux être motorisé, un parking est assuré à l'intérieur de la ferme. parce que les horaires des transports publiques sont limités.
