Interaction with GuestsI live an hour away from this property and would most likely not be there when a guest is visiting. There is an easy access key box. However, I can be available if needed and definitely just a phone call away if you need advice or directions. The NeighborhoodI grew up in this neighborhood, in fact in this house, and there are neighbors on each side of the house and across the street. Immediately behind the back yard is an employee parking lot for the UHS-Wilson Memorial Hospital, which is a convenient 5minute walk from this apartment. This area is home to many carousels, Ross Park Zoo, Roberson Center and the Discovery Center. Getting AroundPublic transportation is available 1/2 block away at a bus stop on the corner of Saint Charles St. and Main St. This bus goes to downtown Johnson City and on to Binghamton with connections to other buses traveling all over the Triple Cities area, shopping mall and university campuses. Other Things to NoteThere is a back yard as well as the porch for use in good weather.
