Very spacious individually designed, German built villa with a private swimming pool, offering tranquility in its own secluded walled gardens which affords privacy and would be suitable for Muslim guests.
There are several terraces to relax on offering you sun or shade, including a delightful courtyard. By the pool is an outside shower and the pool also has a children's pool.
The villa is away from the main road, based at the foot of the mountains and backing on to the pine forest where you can enjoy the sound of bird song, catch sight of the occasional tortoise, as he strolls across the garden, yet just a short walk away is the delightful authentic Turkish village with its shops, restaurants and little bakery. There is also a weekly market in the Square where you can buy fresh local produce. Yesiluzumlu has its own charm and you may visit the weaving workshops and see the local ladies weaving in a very old 'dastar' style, or sample the local home made wines.
Villa Kismet offers versatile accommodation on two floors. On first floor are two large double bedrooms. One bedroom is ensuite and there is a separate family bathroom next to the second bedroom. On the ground floor there is a further double bedroom and a separate family shower-room. In the large hallway leading to the front door is a glass doorway through to a very magnificent Dining area, seating 6 comfortably. There is also a dining for up to 8 persons in the spacious, light and airy open plan kitchen. Leading from the dining room is the generous lounge area, complete with a desk table and corner plan seating, subtle integral lighting, satellite TV, internet modem access, and a wood burning stove for use in winter months.
Extra accommodation for 7th guest is available by arrangement as there are two sitting rooms, one of which has a single and double sofa bed. A cot must be requested and hired at cost, if you require it. This villa was built featuring special insulation which ensures guests will find the indoor temperature cool during the summer, and there is no need for air conditioning.
Local representatives can 'meet and greet' you on arrival and assist with information you need during your stay. We are happy to arrange any airport transfers, or car hire at competitive rates and advise on local tours.
The village square is 1000 metres away. You can walk up the mountain to Cadianda antique city. Frequent buses go daily into Fethiye, 200 m from villa. A rental car, if desired, can be arranged to be collected at airport or can be delivered locally from Yesiluzumlu agent. Local food supplies are available, a grocery market is happy to deliver.
Every April a huge morel mushroom festival is held in the square, a quaint, local festival with art and culture exhibitions, regional foods and music nights. It is a real community affair where locals gather during April to forage for local morel mushrooms growing in the countryside, as well as some regional, aromatic herb greens, and villagers partake in cooking competitions, while tourists can enjoy delightful forest walks.
For longer stays during winter months prices can be negotiated according to availability.
For two or three night stays prices can be negotiated.

Yesiluzumlu is a quaint village under Fethiye boundary and reachable by small bus. It offers cool breezes in hot months. Fethiye is an attractive, authentic bustling town on the coast, with craft shops, Lycian tombs, a museum, exchange bureaus, supermarkets, local markets and banks.
It has a magnificent harbour, yacht marina and promenade with a vast choice of bars and restaurants. From here you can book day boats and Gulet trips to experience the stunning Lycian coastline; swim from the boats and enjoy the spectacular sunsets.
From Fethiye you can even catch the hydrofoil to Rhodes.
For the more energetic, there is paragliding, scuba diving, white water rafting, horse riding all locally available. This is also a perfect area for walking and cycling.
The Tuesday open bazaar is a must have experience; browse local fresh produce, beautiful Turkish linens, fashions and eat freshly made Turkish specialities.
