This is a privately owned holiday apartment 10 minutes walk from the sea, 10 min drive to the main beaches such as, Ladies Mile, and the Tourist area, as well as the city center. It's also only 10 minutes away from the Fassouri Waterpark one of the largest water-parks on the island.
It is perfect if you are coming to visit Cyprus for a holiday or a short stay. The building is located in a very quiet area with beautiful view from all the windows to a small park just under the building from one side and a big plantation field on the other side. ( Please See photos )
This is 90 meter squared apartment with a separate living room and separate kitchen. It has a separate bathroom also with a full bath, and 2 balconies one facing South and one facing east, both have a table and chairs to sit outside.
It has 2 bedrooms, both having King Size Beds. There is also a large sofa bed to sleep an extra person if needed. There is also a Baby Cot and a Baby Chair should you require it for any infants. Please note infants are not charged as extra person.
The apartment has 3 Air-condition units, one in each room, that will keep you cool in the warm summer months and warm in the cool wintertime.
The building is only 3 years old, so everything in it is fairly new and well looked after.
It comes fully furnished, with all the Kitchen utensils and plates as well as clean bed sheets and clean towels.
The list of items included in the apartment is listed however if there is anything extra you would require, i will be happy to accommodate.
The apartment does have its own private fast 2MB Wi-Fi Internet included in the price.
I can also arrange taxi pick-up, who will have a sign with your name on it, all we need is your flight details.
This apartment is simply stylish, new , very clean ,very central and has everything you need for your stay without having to bring anything with you on your trip.
I can even prepare you grocery shopping on arrival if you send me a list of items you will need and they will be ready for you.
Alternatively there is a supermarket and a Fruit market only 5-minute walk from the apartment.
