The SpaceMy apartment is a beautiful modern built property just finished in 2013, tastefully decorated to a high standard. This room has a family bathroom to share. Normally this is for sole use but on occasions you would have to share. Each room is private with wardrobes and a new double bed.The master room is on suite with shower, sink and toilet.

You would be able to cook at home and eat at the large dining table which fits 6 people. You would have full access to the dinning area, The apartment is well-equipped for a self-catering holiday.(cooking at home) Kitchen comprises gas hob/oven, big fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer. I also have cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils for guest's use.
Plenty of parking in the area. 2 minutes drive away you come to the main road which would take you straight to the center of Limassol. (less than 7 minutes maximum) Interaction with GuestsIf you would like any information about where to go, what to do and places to see, I live on the property too. I have an apartment adjacent so during your stay can advise on most places of interest either up in the mountains or Limassol/Paphos. The Neighborhood The neighbourhood is a typical Cypriot one. There is a fast food "Kebab" take away just 2 minutes walk away as well as a KFC and a variety of take away's which serve typical Cypriot foods. Pizzas can be either delivered of picked up from the Pizzaria just up the road. Getting AroundThe A1 (main motorway) will take you all the way to Paphos, 40 minutes away by car or to Larnaca, 45 minutes away. Access to both airports, again, 40 and 45 minutes away.
Or you can explore the mountains and monasteries of Troodos with its forests and natural beauty just 30 minutes away.
Limassol's beaches are less than 7 minutes away and the old town center 7 minutes. The long and beautiful "Molos" (the sea front of Limassol) is very close too. Explore the castle of Limassol and old town center. Of course you can get around by bike, car, bus,or on foot. (but remember that it gets hot in the mid day sun. Sun-cream a must. It's about 7 minutes to the nearest beaches (at the Seafront or Ladies Mile) and to the Old Towns' Clubs & Pubs. Other Things to NoteThe 7k long promenade with its cafes by the beach, pedestrian ways, and cyclist ways. hire cycles can be hired on a daily basis to explore the promenade with a new revolutionary system which is by keying in your GSM Mobile number and Visa card number and your done. Really easy and quick.
