    Aloha Beach House quiet and peaceful. Unwind and relax from city life. Three bedroom, three baths, and game room. A large Lanai runs the length of the house for dolphin and whale watching. Have dinner on a beautiful Lanai and watch the incredible sunsets while enjoying the warm climate with cool coastal breezes. One and half blocks to water access for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, scuba diving and fishing. Rental includes 2 kayaks. House is an hour south of Kona and One hour ten minutes from the Kona airport. It is one hour ten minutes from Volvano National Park or 63 miles. Shop before you come as nearest grocery store is 35 minutes away. South of the house at mile marker 77 is Malama Market and a couple of gas stations that I use often. Southpoint and the Green Sand beach are about 45 minutes away . Punuluu or the black sand beach is about an hour away. there is great snorkeling at Hooekena Beach about 40 minutes away, also. The Milolii area is famous for deep sea fishing, and you can watch the fishing boats or go out yourself. The beautiful secluded Honomolino Beach is close by-short walk along the coast from Milolii State Park-watch the spinner dolphins, snorkel with the fish in the coral, and maybe see a sea turtle or a rare Hawaiian monk seal. There are tide pools in town. Guests will need to sign a separate rental agreement upon check in; please contact me with any questions. From Kona airport go south on Highway 11 towards Kailua and continue on towards the 89 mile marker, turn right on Milolii Road. Go about three miles, turn right on to Ewalu Avenue drive down the road to Waenea Avenue turn left. Drive to third intersection which is Elima Avenue, turn right and go a half block to a tan house left hand side which is 88-1555. Key will be inside screen door at the back door. From Hilo airport go on Highway 11 north for about two hours till you come to the sign that reads Milolii. Turn left by the sign drive three miles down the road to Ewalu Avenue, turn right drive down to the stop sign to Waenea Avenue turn left. Drive to the third intersection and turn right on Elima Avenue. Go a half block to a tan house left hand side of the road which is 88-1555.           Studio house with great modern kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom area.Your private deck is a lovely place to enjoy a wine and the amazing views. Your privacy is assured as there are no neighbours around my property. So you wake up only to the sound of birds and the gentle of lap of the water. You are only a few minutes walk from the sandy beach, with great swimming and a boat ramp right in front of the house. A pristine harbour offers good fishing spots, plus ideal for sailing, kite surfing, paddle boarding or kayaking.Price includes 2 good sea kayaks. With summer on it's way it is the ideal place for a relaxed get away, so you can curl up with a good book and a glass of wine to watch the sun go down. We have lovely walking tracks in the area or it is a 15 minute drive to the Kawhia Golf Course. There is a local horse trek available (in summer) or if you have your own horses we are happy for you to use our post and rail paddock facilities. There are also Cafe's and some good local craft shops in nearby Kawhia. This is also an area of historic cultural significance, with an old Pa site as our back drop. You can sit in the shade of our 1000+ year Pohutukawa tree and enjoy the ambience. Although we are on the coast, Aotea is still central to a number of key tourist attractions in the region. Take a horse ride with the local operator. Visit Hot Water beach (Te Puia Springs) at low tide, dig a hole and soak in your own thermal pool. Kawhia with its shops, cafes, and pub are only about a 10 minute drive away. There is no land line or cell phone coverage at the bach, so is just perfect for relaxing, but If you feel the need to make/receive a call/TXT, coverage for both Vodafone and Telecom networks is available at the boatramp.                 Aotea Harbour is on the West Coast, South of Raglan and a fifteen minutes drive to Kawhia and Hotwater beach (Te Puia Springs), just over an hour from Hamilton. The bach is located in Aotea Village right on the waterfront only 20 metres to the water with stunning panoramic views of the harbour and across the water are spectacular sand dunes and reserve. An ideal place for a lovely quiet getaway where you can go for long walks along the beach out to the heads, or trek further along Ocean Beach and dig your own hot pool in the sand at low tide. Bring your boat and explore the harbour or fish to your hearts content or set a flounder net. Horse treks are available locally.                     Marokopa is on the popular West Coast. You can visit the Marokopa Falls or do a spot of fishing. This quiet town has a lot to offer. Best known for it great whitebait and is also a great place to totally unwind and relax as Marokopa is very quite and peaceful place surrounded by beautiful scenery. It is only a small drive to other popular beaches and not that far away from Waitomo caves.                                   Traditional old Kiwi Bach with fantastic views overlooking Kawhia Harbour, 3 minutes walk to harbour beach, 8 mins walk on scenic walkway to Kawhia village with pubs fish and chips cafe etc. Down the road from the boat ramp. 4km from ocean beach with natural hot water pools at low tide. Altho there are 4 bedrooms 2 are small with bunks in each. No TV but lots of games and jigsaws. There is a brazier for your use. There is an electric shower so you don't run out of hot water for showers, also there is an old fashioned claw foot bath in the bathroom. There is a real homely feel to the bach - a place to relax and have fun! Good size section with room for boat in back. We have a new roof which was fitted in August 2011! Pets are accepted if kept outside. The bach is old so please do not expect it to be in tip top condition! It is 60 sq m in size so although we say maximum of 8 this would only apply if includes v young children. NB If you read comments in the online guest book and see people mention kayaks you will see they are not shown in any of the listing.                                       Ours is an almost original traditional family bach with safe swimming just in front. Plus excellent views out across the harbour. There are 3 bedrooms. One small with a queen size bed, a larger room with a queen bed and a single bed and then 5 matresses in the 3rd which can be spread around the lounge if needed, or in the larger bedroom. All gas hot water, a shower and toilet in the bach with another shower underneath and another outside toilet. TV, microwave, barbecue on reasonable sized deck at back of bach. About 6 -7 minutes walk to Kawhia village along a scenic walking track to those Kawhia fish and chips everyone talks about. It's a very homely comfortable bach in which it is very easy to relax. We charge $110/night for the first two guest and $10/night for each person after that. Linen is available but a laundry fee will will apply. Feel free to bring your own. Special conditions: Smoking outside only please. No wheelchair access but only small step to get inside.                                             Located 15 minutes from the township of Kawhia and Hotwater beach, this delightful typical kiwi bach is right on the waterfront at Aotea Harbour, within 20 metres of the water with stunning views of the harbour. Step back into the era of no shops, where everyone gives you a smile and a wave, and says hello! Safe swimming, awesome fishing, and seafood aplenty. Peace and tranquility where you can go for long walks along the beach, fish to your hearts content, and lounge on the spacious deck in the sun enjoying the stuning view. This is a compact bach with basic facilities and appliances. The only things you need to bring are: Linen (sheets, pillow slips, and towels), your food, and sunblock! Special conditions: Water conservation is a must as we are on tank water. Dogs must be sociable with other animals and under good control.                                             The SpaceMy place is so relaxing and the great decks are just made to enjoy the amazing views from breakfast right through to dinner. Its a get away from it all relaxing haven... or... a fishing, walking, exploring adventure place. The house is modern with a fantastic very well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher so no-one has to take turns washing up! There's also a washing machine for you to use The diner is part of the lounge/kitchen so you can enjoy conversation while entertaining. This also leads out to the BBQ deck The Lounge/diner has Aircon for your comfort and leads out to the front deck so no matter what the time of day you will always have a sunny spot. There are 3 spacious bedrooms all with built-in robes and queen beds and also 2 single beds can be accessed for the 7th & 8th beds These are stored under the Queens. Guest AccessGuests will enjoy access to the full house and garden. Guests will enjoy access to the garage to the right of the house.
