There is a lovely view of the mountains and the Victoria Reservoir beyond the garden in the horizon.
It's a big part of any Lankan adventure. We love our food. If you're lucky we might be cooking. If not there are a number of local flavours around town. Or you could just work your own magic in the kitchen.

We'd love to sit and chat and fill you in on Sri Lanka, help you plan and maybe even travel with you, or if you'd rather do your own thing, that's fine too! The NeighborhoodGREAT LOCATION!
It's near a small town, Digana, in a safe neighbourhood. There is a complex two minutes away where there is a restaurant and a pool. The town nearby has shops, bakeries and supermarkets.
The house is located off the Mahiyangana Road. Public buses run on that road. You can take a train to Kandy and a bus from there (~30 mins by bus). If you're coming from Colombo, you maybe able to hitch a ride with us, provided we have enough space (we can work this out separately). Getting AroundThe house is a bit of a walk from the main road. There are public buses on the main road, straight from Kandy, which has a train station. Else you can rent a taxi or a tuk tuk and they'll get you to the villa. Other Things to NoteFor the rest of 2014, we would prefer to have weekend bookings, due to our schedules. But do contact us! Let's talk.
