Directly between Bath and Bristol. It's a peaceful place to rest at the end of the day! This Grade II listed building is spacious and comfortable with safe, free, private off street parking. Hidden away but on the main road, very accessible to public transport. Each room is pleasant and well decorated with plenty of space. 5 minutes walking distance to the town's High Street where there are ample shops, bars, restaurants, banks and the Memorial Park and beautiful countryside. Guests have the use of a shared bathroom and a separate toilet. The dinning room and kitchen area is shared with your own space in the cupboards and fridge/freezer. There is access to fast unlimited wifi. I think Keynsham is great for the commuter and person/s wanting to see the best off two cities. Keynsham itself is a charming town with plenty to do in it's own right on the High Street. There are pets in this household at present a cat and a friendly dog. I am available for my guests stay should they need any further information. Guest AccessGuests can enjoy safe, free off street parking. The house has a front and back garden door. Guests share bathroom and toilet, the kitchen is also available with two large gardens. Interaction with GuestsI am always present during my guests stay should they need anything extra. Getting AroundSituated on the Bristol road, there is the bus stops to Bristol or Bath. There is public transport that runs every 20 mins, with the bus stops 1 min walk away. Airport transport bus stops on this road the (A4175) travels into the Bristol airport regularly. Other Things to NoteThis a family home ( with a dog and a cat) so any late arrival/ return to the house must be cleared with the host beforehand. Welford house is a grade 2 listed Georgian house in keynsham six miles from Bristol town centre 2 minuets from the Ring road and 2 minuets walk to Keynsham shopping centre. Four miles to Bath town centre. Local bus connections to Bristol or Bath or Keynsham train station is 5 minuets walk. There is a local bus to Bristol airport. Family members are Amanda Player who has two sons and one daughter and a dog and a cat.

The SpaceCosy flat warms up very quickly. Cosy flat is light and airy Cosy flat is clean and comfortable Cosy flat is in Keynsham which has great amenties and easy access to both Bristol and Bath and surrounding areas Within 5 minutes of Keynsham by car is Avon Valley country park which is a brilliant day out for all ages (kids not needed!) My husband took me here for a surprise day out. Loads to see and do plus free oudoor trampolines to go on! Guest AccessYou can access all of cosy flat. The garden is a shared garden with generally 2 other people who appear to rarely use the garden. The garden is enclosed You can park at the front of cosy flat with ample parking You can park at the back which you access through a lane again with plenty of parking. Interaction with GuestsWe have an information book which includes my number, my husband number and my son number. You will have my mobile number beforehand. You will have my e-mail address. We generally meet and greet our guests The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is quiet. It is a long road but is not a main road. On the same road just a couple of minutes walk away are a range of shops. This includes a co-op with late night opening, chinese take-a-way, hairdresser, Getting AroundYou can walk about 10 minutes to the lovely high street which has many shops, restaurants, cafes, banks, grocers fish and chip shops, New Look,, sainsbury and a larger tesco, charity shops and many more shops. Many people (including me!) enjoy the hussle and bussle of the local high street. At the back of the shops is a large carpark charging 40p for 2 hours parking or 80p for 4 hours parking. Other Things to NoteCosy flat unfortunetly is not suitable if you use a wheelchair indoors. Cosy flat is ground level but does have a couple of steps for access to come in the back way. The front entrance has a narrow path for a wheelchair and then one step into cosy flat.

The park is pretty much on the doorstep and take regular walks there. The train station is a 5 minute walk away and less than 10 minutes to Bristol or Bath. Close to attractions such as; Avon Valley Adventure & Wildlife Country Park spans 50 acres of beautiful countryside. The country park has farm animals and beautiful country side. Close to the Brunel Tour 4.3 miles Old Bristol Station, located next to the current Temple Meads mainline railway station. Guests have the use of a shared bathroom, but there's a separate toilet. I think Keynsham is great for the commuter and person/s wanting to see the best of two cities. Keynsham itself is a charming town with plenty to do. Also quiet enough to get away from it all and rest if that's what you want to do. It is also out of the hustle and bustle of a city at night but local intertainment is on the High Street should you want to experience dinning out. Transport is consists of a local train station five minutes walk away to all major stations etc in England. The buses from Keynsham go to Bristol every half hour, you can plan your journey from the internet site of the bus company called (URL HIDDEN) The A4174 ring road runs around the northern and southern part of Bristol ending at the junction with the A4 at Hicks Gate, into Keynsham. You can get to Keynsham via Motorway. J18 M4. We are half an hour away from Bristol airport. Other Things to NoteThis is a family home with a friendly dog and cat who are both quite sociable. But they do have their own rooms to sleep in and do not go upstairs.

          The SpaceThis is a unique place as it is cosy in one sense but then you can get away to your own room. The first bedroom is on the first floor landing and then it goes up again to the second floor landing to the second bedroom. Set off the main road this property gives seclusion and off street parking. It is a very sunny flat in the afternoon sunlight. Very handy for local transport to Bristol and Bath and the Bristol International Airport. There is a bus service that runs its service just outside 2 minutes walk away so you could leave your transport on the driveway with the permission of the landlord!
