Our two level, three bedroom, two and a half bathroom Killington vacation home is now available for short-term rentals.
But, this is not a ski house. This is a luxury rental property that happens to be in one of the best ski towns on the east coast - Killington, Vermont. We're located just off the main access road which puts you close to all the bars, restaurants and shops and just over two miles to the mountain - 5 minutes tops to the slopes!
Our luxury, custom-built home features a huge living room, large den, and AMAZING kitchen with dining room. You'll have every amenity you could desire - flat screen TVs throughout the house, brand new hot tub, BBQ grill, foosball table, Netflix, high-speed Internet, surround sound in almost every room and more.
Want a quick tour?
The living room has seating for 14+, so no worries about everyone getting together around the large 55" flat screen TV for a movie or catching a game. You can also start a fire in the wood burning stove (firewood included). With the guest bathroom close by, you'll never miss the "big play."
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Dynasty stove with six burners, grill, and both convection and regular oven, plus professional ventilation system with heat lamps. We hope you're ready to cook! The custom-built Sub-Zero fridge and freezer has more than enough room for all your goodies. Top it off with a dishwasher, flat screen TV, center island, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and more...
Just off the kitchen is the formal dining room with seating for eight and a gorgeous wet bar. (Sorry, you'll have to stock it!) As the dining room is open to the kitchen, you've got even more space there for additional seating. This is the perfect space for family get togethers!
The master bedroom has a king Tempur-Pedic bed, enormous loveseat, large flat screen TV with (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Chromecast, and gigantic bathroom with standing shower. We also have two high-end twin air mattresses to sleep up to two more.
Head down to the ground floor, and you've got the den with two comfy queen sleeper sofas, another large flat screen TV, Amazon Fire TV, and a new foosball table. Bedroom 1 on the ground floor has a comfortable brass queen bed. Bedroom 2 features two twin bunk beds. You've also got a large bathroom with tub and shower.
Bedding is arranged as follows:
- Master bedroom: king bed, 2 twin inflatable beds (sleeps 2-4). Loveseat for someone who is really tiny. :)
- First floor bedroom #1: queen bed (sleeps 2)
- First floor bedroom #2: two twin bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- First floor den: two queen pull out couches (sleeps 4)
And of course, what would a ski house (wait, didn't I say this wasn't a ski house?) be without a new hot tub on the outside deck. You can also grill out on the propane BBQ, hang out in the sunroom or enjoy the beautiful yard and landscaping in the summer.
This is a luxury property where you and your friends and family will be able to relax in style and comfort after a day on the slopes or out sightseeing in Vermont. Guest AccessGuest have the entire home to themselves. Put on a movie on one of our five TVs. Soak in the hot tub. BBQ on the deck. Cook a gourmet meal in the kitchen. Warm up by the wood-burning stove. Play a game of foosball. The possibilities are endless. Interaction with GuestsUnfortunately we are not in the area most of the time, so will not be able to meet you. We'll provide a complete guide to the house with all the details and access codes to come and go as you please. We'll also give you all of our tips for the best places to go in the area. The NeighborhoodKillington is the perfect all season resort. In the winter, you have the best skiing and snowboarding on the east coast. In the spring, summer and fall, you have tons of outdoor activities - golf, mountain biking, hiking, gondola rides, zip lining, swimming, fishing and much more. Getting AroundWhile we recommend a car to get to and from the mountain, Killington has a number of taxi services and the bars and nightclubs run their own shuttles too. If you're up for walking, there is a bus line about 15 minutes away that will take you up the mountain or to the town of Rutland.
