The SpaceThe penthouse has ocean views and is right in the heart of Kingscliff village, the iconic fig tree is one of the most beautiful features seen from all living areas. The outside flows inside seamlessly. Entering the apartment you are surpised by the size and style. The beautifully tailored furnishings and decor are all new, fresh and in keeping with this executive laid back lifestyle. The outdoor furnishings include a high bar setting, sun beds, an out door lounge area plus 8 seater entertaining setting. The large open terrace area provides you with a lovely north facing space for you to relax in the after noon under the shade of the fig tree and shade sail overlooking the ocean. This apartment is like new and very modern. The kitchen has Meile appliances cook top and large oven to suit and of course the ice water double door fridge for especially cool drinks on those summer evenings. Quality glassware, crockery etc are included as well as every small kitchen appliance you might use ( coffee machine, slow cooker, milk shake maker, mix master, blender, contact grill and more). Fully ducted air conditioning throughout makes for a comfortable stay all year round. There are televisions and DVD players in each bedroom plus a play station for the kids. Foxtel is also included with an outlet in the lounge area and a separate box in the 3rd bedroom. You even have the use of beach chairs and umbrella for your days at the beach which is just across the road. The bedrooms are configured as 3 King beds and can be split by request into King singles. The master suite is on the northern aspect making it beautifully sunny in winter. The fourth bedroom has a single bed in it only. There is a queen fold out ottoman bed in the lounge room to make the terrace now sleep 9. Everything about this penthouse terrace leads you to your favourite most memorable holiday. You will be walking every where. Cafes, restaurants, the surf club, hotel, parks, Cudgen creek, and Salt village are all within your foot steps. Guests have access to the whole apartment and a secure car park. We do not live onsite The beach town of Kingscliff is located just south of Tweed Heads. A popular family holiday destination it provides beach and estuary access for swimming, surfing, fishing and water sports. The SpaceThis is the Best Beach House with a jaw dropping view of the ocean.. No roads to cross, just walk down the ramp and onto the wonderful world class patrolled surfing beach... "Cabarita Dreaming" comfortably sleeps 7-8. Bring your thongs and your fishing rods for a relaxed holiday by the beach. It is a 3 minute walk to the village, to the hotel, the coffee shops and the cafes. The house is 2 storied entering from the 2 car garage into the laundry. Upstairs: The living area comprises of a lounge, dining room, library nook and kitchen all looking out onto the beachfront. On 3 sides there are wrap around covered verandahs, where you can sit and have a barbeque and listen to the waves roll in. There is a powder room off the living area for guests to use. The modern kitchen has all the appliances- gas stove, electric oven, a raised dishwasher for convenient handling of dishes microwave, and a commodious pantry. There is an LCD/DVD TV in the lounge. Walk through a glass louvered walkway to the Master bedroom, which has views to the surf. The king sized bed is super comfortable and enjoys cross breezes from floor to ceiling glass doors and louvers. The bed linen is all "beachy" colors in the mood of the House. The adjoining en suite is large with a spa bath and shower, and a separate toilet and bidet. Downstairs: There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with 2 single beds in each and an adjoining (URL HIDDEN) bedrooms have large glass sliding doors which lead out onto the lawn. Features: - All bed linen & towels supplied - Spa bath - Washing machine & clothes dryer, iro(URL HIDDEN)Gas stove, electric oven & dishwasher - Barbeque - Wheelchair access - Library - LCD/DVD TV - Pet friendly - 2 car garage - Complimentary wine on arrival :) >Location: Coolangatta Airport is a 20 minute drive northwards. Kingscliff is 15 minutes drive north and is a lovely seaside village with restaurants and bookshops.. Pottsville is 15 minutes south, and has weekend markets selling local farm produce. Guest AccessGuests can enjoy the privacy of a whole house to themselves right on the beach front. The keys to the house are accessed via the " key safe" in the garage. Guests are given the code for the " safe" when they book. Interaction with GuestsI am available to interact with guests via email or by phone, and answer any of their queries. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is one of a quiet fishing village just a stroll along the foreshore from the house. The beach attracts a great many surf board riders to the Headland. Whales can be seen on their migration north from the veranda of " Cabarita Dreaming". Surf carnivals are held with the young nippers, 5- 15 years, learning to surf. The Greenback Tailor fishing competition is held annually in the village, and there is a triathlon held there in late March. Getting AroundThere is a bus which runs regularly along the Coast road from Kingscliff to Bryon Bay. There is undercover parking for 2 cars inside the property. Other Things to NoteThere is a new restaurant just 5 doors down from the house along the grass foreshore.

The SpaceFantastic Beach House The Space: We have a lovely self-contained room with kitchenette, own bathroom and plenty of space. You have your own entrance as well as direct access to your own small outside patio. So plenty of privacy! We are a friendly family and whilst you have your own space, we're more than happy to chat and give you any assistance or local tips! Please note that this is a room attached to the main house. I would describe this space as a self contained studio apartment. Casuarina gym membership included. Which includes pool, tennis, gym ect The Location: This lovely brand new beach house is in the perfect spot. It is 100m from the beautiful cudgen creek and 400m from the south beach Casuarina. It is a short 10 minute drive from the Gold Coast Airport and the famous surf spot Snapper Rocks and 40 minutes drive to Byron Bay. It doesnt get better than this. We are walking and biking distance to Kingscliff and Salt Village. The Casuarina recreation club and the Hurley Surfing Australia High Performance Centre are both nearby. Transport: We are only 10 minutes drive from the Gold Coast Airport and 40 minutes from Byron Bay. The bus goes directly past and runs North and South up and down the coast. Please get in touch if you have any questions! Other Things to NoteThis room includes full access to the Casuarina rec club gym Pool And tennis courts . The card is left in the room and you just need to take this to the rec club for access.

Apart from surfing and fishing at the beach, it is a 5 minute walk to rock and estuary fishing, hire paddle skis and snorkelling or diving sites. There are a number of services clubs, pubs and quality restaurants at nearby Cabarita, Pottsville, Salt and Casuarina and a licensed restaurant immediately across the road. There is also a designated bike path that goes south to Pottsville and north to Kingscliffe. Local markets each weekend. Bush and beach walks abound. The SpaceThe unit is part of our main house, but is nonetheless completely private. The kitchen has a cooktop, oven and microwave. There is a double bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the other room. We also have a baby camp cot which would suit a baby or toddler, high chair and the toddler toilet stepladder. Guests may use the 6 metre plunge pool with a swim jet and a barbeque on request. 2 bikes are available to ride the extensive bike paths and can even be used on the beach! A 2 person kayak can be launched at the Salt Boathouse on Cudgen Creek only 300 metres away. The bikes and kayak are used entirely at your own risk. You can also have a picnic BBQ at the Boathouse. South Beach is our main attraction and it is just down the end of the street about 200 metres. There is a surf lifesaver patrolled section of our beach a further 300 metre walk. Salt Central Park is surrounded by restaurants and the Salt Bar and Bistro a short 10 minute walk. A 20 minute walk will take you to Kingscliff Village where there is a wide range of eating options and coffee houses. There is also a boutique cinema. A bus service connects Salt to the Gold Coast and its many attractions. The bus stop is 100 metres away. Mount Warning has a summit walk which the adventurous can do to arrive at the summit to be the first in Australia to view the new days sun! Or any other time of course! Nearby are the Border Ranges and Nightcap national Parks with half day and fullday walks in beautiful rainforest environments. Byron Bay is a 30 minute drive away. The Gold Coast Airport is 15 minutes from Salt and Queensland Rail has bus connections to the Station at Varsity Lakes. Guest AccessGuests may use the pool, BBQ, kayak and bikes by arrangement. Nearby Peppers Resort offers fine dining and Mantra Resort offers family bistro style menus. Both an easy 10 minute walk. Getting AroundKingscliff village with it's shops and cafes is an easy walk along a lovely picturesque boardwalk. A bus stop is nearby and transit to the Gold Coast Airport or Varsity Lakes station can be arranged. Other Things to Note We offer a bbq dinner by arrangement. The SpaceThis large modern beach house overlooks an ocean front dune. Road access is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac behind remote control locking gates. It is a generous 2 stories, with internal and external wooden staircases. The upper level features a large living room, opening onto a tiled deck and a separate west facing sheltered patio. The living room has high vaulted ceilings, fans and a two sided fireplace. A full woodbox is provided, any wood used after that must be purchased. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, large gas cook top and electric oven. The upper floor contains the master bedroom with 4 poster queen bed and a marble tiled en-suite. In addition there is a separate vanity/toilet off the deck for guests. It also has a comfortable daybed doubling as single sleeping accommodation. The lower floor features an independent living area plus 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with showers only). Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a double bed, Bedroom 4 has a double bed with a single bunk over. The living room also has a concealed queen-sized bed and mattress folded back into the wall and double and single sofa beds that can be used for extra bedding. There is a laundry accessible from the patio with a top loading washing machine, sink and dryer. The yard has a deep kidney shaped pool with lawns and landscaped gardens. Direct access to the beach is via a locking gate. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after coming back from the beach. The property is relaxed and comfortable, a true old fashioned holiday location. Linen is included in the rental (includes bed linen and bath towels) but bring your own beach towels. There is free wifi available. There is a good sized library of books for both adults and children to choose from and a huge selection of board games to enjoy. 3 x adult bikes and helmets are available for your use and there are some fantastic bike tracts in the area. One is the nearby Wetlands (just located 1 minute bike ride from the house - behind the Sports Club) and another one that goes all the way to Kingscliff. Swimming The beach house has direct access to Pottsville Beach (no roads to cross) for those who want to surf or swim and down the beach there is a section patrolled by surf life savers during Christmas and Easter holidays. Just a few minutes away is the Estuary with tidal flow, great for swimming, kayaking, fishing and a great favourite with the kids. Fishing Enthusiasts can find excellent fishing on Pottsville beach, with good sized bream and whiting being caught straight out in front of the Beach house, or creek fishing in the Pottsville Estuary. Fishing licenses can be purchased at either of the two local fish and tackle shops in Pottsville. Markets Community markets are held every second Sunday offering local foods, plants, books, beach clothing and homemade crafts. Shops Pottsville has a well stocked IGA supermarket, a great bakery (the sourdough bread is a hit) for those holiday delights, butcher and Greengrocer stocking many locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables. Eating Out There is an array of takeaway food shops including pizza, fish and chips, Indian, Mexican, Chinese and our personal favourite Tongs Thai which is on the main street. There are also a couple of great cafes serving quality coffee and meals. Whale watching Pottsville area offers great whale watching advantage points during their winter migration especially from the Hastings Point Headland. Close Attractions Less than 30 minutes to Bangalow, Byron Bay, Brunswick Heads, Kingscliff, Tweed Heads or Coolangatta. Outings to Tropical Fruit World, or the Madura Tea Estate are alternatives to the beach. The Tweed Coast has a lot to offer. Aside from the many nature based activities like hiking in the hinterland mountains, there is the Tweed Regional Art Gallery (Margaret Olley Exhibit), the great shopping, cafes, music of Byron Bay and Queensland's Gold Coast just an hours drive away. Getting AroundHaving a car is an advantage as public transport is infrequent. Gold Coast Buslink runs a regular service from the village to the Gold Coast and also long distance coach services run through Pottsville. Coolangatta (Gold Coast) International airport is less than a 30 minute drive away. The SpaceThe modern villa is walking distance to the beach, Cudgen Creek, shops, bus stop, restaurants and clubs. It is 15 minutes south of the Gold Coast Airport, 40 minutes north of famous Byron Bay and close to the beautiful hinterland and Mount Warning. It is 3 bed room villa with air conditioning in the main room and ceiling fans in all rooms. There is a computer station and of course Wi Fi throughout. It has 2 bathrooms and toilets and a lovely courtyard area with a BBQ, table and chairs and a lovely outlook the the native forest next door. There are push bikes available to explore the local area with the picturesque bike paths running along the coastline. Snorkelling, surf board, body boards are also available.x There is visitor parking available if you have a car. It is a very quite and peaceful villa with a modern kitchen with everything at hand for making all your meals. There is filtered water and tea and coffee available. A washing machine is available if required. Guest AccessAll areas can be accessed except the two spare bedrooms. Interaction with GuestsI have been here 14 years now and know this area very well. I can provide for you special local places to visit, good eating out and coffee places, the best swimming areas and fantastic places to visit in the general Tweed area. I have many maps for exploring the area either by car, hiking or cycling trails. The NeighborhoodThis is a very quiet little beach side community of roughly only 6,000 people with no buildings over 3 levels. Kingscliff was just voted the 4th best sea scape place in Australia. We have amazing international cuisine restaurants and fabulous coffee and breakfast shops. Its all about great location and relaxed living but still close to the excitement of Surfers Paradise and the Gold Coast. Getting AroundMy place is 5minutes walk to the bus stop (Surfside bus company) that goes both north and south from Kingscliff. It is only 15 minutes drive to the Gold Coast Airport. There is a taxi rank only 5 minutes walk away. Other Things to NoteIt will be very peaceful and relaxing especially if you have come from a city environment. All you will hear is the local bird life and the ocean just down the road.

The SpaceThis privately owned 1 bedroom fully self contained apartment is fully equipped with all the mod cons to make your stay as relaxing or energetic as you want to make it. As well as the king size bed in the master bedroom, we offer a pull out double sofa bed in the lounge area, with all linen & toiletries supplied for 2 guests, sheets & towels for more than 2 guests can also be supplied on request. There are 32" HD LCD TV's in the bedroom & lounge room with DVD player to keep everyone amused. The ensuite comes complete with spa bath and shower to soothe those limbs after a day exploring this beautiful area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, convection microwave, oven, stove and dishwasher, as well as every appliance for cooking and all cutlery. The laundry is fully equipped with washing machine and drier. The apartment has sweeping views of Mount Warning, and the surrounding hinterland. By dealing directly with the owner of this beautifully presented apartment, you can be assured of huge discounts off retail price, sometimes as much as 80%. Coffee shops, and its own Tavern right on site with regular entertainment and dining. IGA, hairdresser, bottle shop, gift shop are all here as well. Sitting just behind the resort is the Golden Door Spa, located at the Peppers resort. Enjoy all the pampering this outlet offers from massages, facials ect. A beautiful patrolled surf beach is on your doorstep. Whales can been seen between June through to October migrating up and down the coast. The SpaceBrand New Home built March 2015 home. Lovely comfortable space. Includes pool and large back yard which backs onto the bike path. Comes with full Access to the Casuarina Rec club Gym now called The Rock, Pool, and Tennis Court. No additional charges. We have two master bedrooms with ensuite which have a comfy queen beds in each, 2 king singles and 2 singles that slide out. Perferct for 2 families. Large Kitchen and laundry with walk in pantry and out door heated shower. You will not regret staying here. Guest Access5 min walk to south Beach, 20 min walk ( 2 min drive) to the salt village. Lovely long Bike paths from Kingscliff to Cabarita head land, 40 min to Byron Bay, 5 min drive to Kingscliff town centre. Basically the best best spot The NeighborhoodSo many things. Nice long walking bike path along the beach, walking distance to the beach and river. 15 min to Gold Coast airport. 10 min to Coolangetta. Pretty much the best spot ever. They can also be seen from Kingscliff beach near the resort. Approx 15 mins drive from the Gold Coast Airport and 45 mins to the Gold Coast theme parks. About 1 hour easy drive south to Byron Bay. Getting AroundThe beach and Salt restaurants are within walking distance from the resort. Kingscliff town is about a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute scenic bike ride. Other Things to NotePerfect for a relaxing getaway with or without the family. Plenty of room and luxurious surroundings. Check out the day spa at the resort and Kingscliff town centre.
