The SpaceYour own bedroom and bathroom, and patio, with your own separate entrance.
This is a great place to sleep and relax, in a quiet neighborhood with all homes set on large lots, and right next to Bridle Trails State park. Lots of privacy and yet you are still really close to everything you might need. Five minutes from the Kirkland waterfront and all the little boutiques and restaurants, plus several public beaches, and a short drive from downtown Seattle, Bellevue and Redmond.
The location is really close to both Redmond and Kirkland and several large software companies, and you are just minutes away from major freeways such as 405, 520 and I-90. Guest AccessYou will have your own microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster and a Weber grill on the deck. 3 cushioned outdoor chairs and a table for outdoor dining.
Guests that stay longer get to use the washer and the dryer at no extra charge, but other than that there is no access to the main house. Extra sound-proofing was made between the room and the rest of the house to provide privacy and eliminate sounds both ways.
More than 2 guests? No problem! Under the very comfy full size bed there is a 13 inch deep and 58 inches wide trundle for storage (and if you request it I will add a twin mattress in the trundle at no charge).
I also have a cute little foldout couch from Pottery Barn Kids that is great for a baby or a toddler to sleep on that you are welcome to use.
